Close to the sea and friendly staff
Central air conditioning in a room not working properly.

We been sent to another Blue sea hotel in Cala Millor, because of booking mistake. There was a nice atmosphere, close to the beach. Good All inclusive drinks, great food. Nice rooms.
We been waitting for 2 hours to find out, that booking is double and we must to go to another Bluesea hotel, thanks at least, that they alloud us to have a lunch there and later offered us a taxi for free to get to other hotel and the same price. Hotel was nice and we stayed here for 2 nights. THANK YOU FOR RESOLVING THIS SITUATION SO NICE.
Pools could be a little bigger and that young, slow barmen should be replaced (you maybe know his name, there is only one young man who is working terribly slow and driving people crazy :D), that was terrible to wait for him, all people were frustrated.

The staff
The room had damp on the wall. We booked a room for three and the damp was on the ceiling, right above of the pillow of one of the beds.

The included breakfast had enough choices (with the exception - not enough fresh fruit, no Turkish coffee available). The apartment, which is opposite the hotel in another complex, is well equipped, as presented in the pictures. It was a bit stuffy upon arrival, so it was necessary to often open windows . The kitchen in the apartment was good for cooking (we even made tortillas - no oven, you have to buy spices and salad oil if you will cook some more), the beds were comfortable, the cleaning was done every day - the towels were changed (the only thing that bothered us was on the first day we founded leftover food from previous guests in the microwave oven). The air conditioning only works if you have the windows closed (it doesn't have the option of heating, so it was still a bit cold at night in early May). On the first day of our arrival, their water heater broke down, but they quickly fixed it and we were already able to take a warm shower. The staff is friendly, parking is possible around the hotel and on the streets, but beware of the restricted/marked area. The beach is 3 minutes away, the shop 1-3 minutes away. The hotel has some animations every night. You also have the option of weighing your luggage before departure for âŹ1. You can pour water from the machine in the hotel.
I'm usually always afraid when I book some kind of accommodation and in this hotel that fear was unnecessary. Overall a very nice experience staying in Cala Millor if you are a little flexible. We recommend it!
The safe for money was not working.

Clean, pleasent staff and good location.
Walls made of paper. So noisy, doors slamming, guests within hotel, on balcony ouside. Stuck 2 nights then went to local air bnb which was excellent and just came to and fro for meals as were already paid for!

Hotel was good value for the price
All inclusive drinks there was a good selection
Tiles in bathrooms, grouting etc could do with update.
Selection of foods are very basic, not many "whole meals" for evening foods. Just lots of bits.

Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food varied everyday, plenty of different drinks and you could have something else every day and almost every meal, which we really appreciated. The hotel was very clean, you could put sign on the door handle, when you needed to clean you room or when you pleased not to be disturbed. The cleaning lady always took out the trash, made our beds, cleaned the floor and the bathroom and have us fresh towels when requested. The hotel was like 5 minute walk far from the beach. Eventhough there are very few parking spots infront of the hotel, we always found palce to park our car near the hotel. We also stayed in other BLUESEA hotel in Palma de Mallorca and the diference was immeasurable, so that everyday we wanted to get back to Cala Millor.
The only problem we had was with all inclusive at the bar. All inclusive is limited till 11 pm, after that you had to pay for you drinks. This was not the problem. From half past 10 pm you only could get 2 drinks per persona. Nobody at the reception or at the bar told us and when our friend went for 4 drinks for our table, the personel started to shout at him in Spanish and gave him only 2 drinks. It would be no problem for everyone of us to take care of our drinks, only if we were informed. So this is the only complaint, because it could have been easily prevented. Also this staff lady did not comunicate in English, which surprised us in hotel and place like this, where foreign turists are very common.

The food was great, the beds were comfy, the timing of the meals was perfect, and the animator was talented. Everyone was polite and ready to help. Cava is included with the all-inclusive.

The staff was very friendly!
I like to take the stairs rather than the elevator and noticed how very dirty they were. clearly, they had not been cleaned for days which is not a good look.
twice weekly there is no room cleaning which no one told me. It happened to be on the day after we arrived so I left the sign hanging at the door all day wondering when they would come. the next day I was happy to hear that they would come to clean the room so we left the sign out for the room to be cleaned all morning during our boat tour from which we returned at 2.30 pm. I was looking forward to a clean room after two days with two kids but it had still not been done. went and asked the ladies which were lovely and they finally came to clean the room at about 3pm. So yes, clearly understaffed there.
the game rooms, pool tables etc. are very run down and old. Hotel advertises children animations but when I asked about it at the reception they said this was only if there were kids present. plenty of kids but no animation.
Food was very monotonous and definitely very limited choices for vegetarians. We had all inclusive booked but had to eat out twice a day. Breakfast was alright!

I highly recommend! Great staff, very good food, rooms cleaned thoroughly every day. Interesting animations for older children and adults, a very involved leader. Near to the beach. Outstanding value for money.

The location was good
The place shouldn't be advertised as a hotel! It is absolulty just like a hostel! Single beds even though advertised as doubles! Had to give deposits for cups...even though its all inclusive and most people don't turn up with cash. Food was just like a canteen and not very nice so other then breakfast we ate out all meals. Some staff were very rude, one even admitted he hates working there. Lifts continuously out of action meaning we had to carry our cases down 4 flights of stairs and no staff helped or even cared.
Awful place, wouldn't stay there again although if you're looking for a very cheap break it's worth it for that.
3.5
The food wasnât of good quality and not much to choose from, as we were all inclusive this wasnât great as we spent far too much money we shouldnât have on eating out instead
