Everything was as nice as advertised, suprisingly good music in the lobby was a bonus :)
Frequent lack of clean water cups in the wellness area which is easy to fix.

Beautiful and cozy family-ran hotel, super clean, very nice staff, good food and right on the slopes.

The property is in an amazing location. The view and balcony from your room is straight out onto the slopes. The rooms and facilities are modern and well equipped. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful if they tried. Food and drinks are excellent and service is flawless. You won’t want for anything. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Excellent food and very attentive and accommodating staff. Everyone very friendly and good relaxation facilities. Ski in and out is a wonderful facility although the access run to the hotel in the evening was very risky due to the number of people.
We were disappointed that there was no massage availability as this is one of the main criteria on which we choose hotels and it had been offered at the time of booking. However the hotel did advise that this had been as a result of the lockdown at the start of the season and had been unable to recruit a replacement masseur.

Nice location if you are looking for quit and remote. nice people and basically all you need is there.
compared to the high price you pay it’s not worth it in my humble opinion.it’s in the details, they are just not that great.
junior suite is a bit older and quit dark. fine but not great. breakfast starts way to late ( 8am) so everybody is urging to go in because they want to ski. I just don’t understand that, please open breakfast at 7:00 of 7:30.
there is only 1 coffee machine in the breakfast area so big lines to get a cup. why not place a 2nd machine ? for a room full of people it just is not enough.
breakfast is ok but could be more diverse diner was great.
fitness area is small and, as example, no water available. have you ever been to a gym without water ? also in the rooms, first night there is a Boyle of water and 2 glasses. great but that’s it. no more water after the first night and no more fresh glasses, just the ones you got at day 1.
I think it’s the details that are off. and if you pay 400 a night, you do expect that to be better.

Most convenient location in the middle of slopes.

Fantastic location. Right on the slope.
Breakfast was very late. 0800.
Too late in my opinion, if you want to be first on the slopes.
Used the option to go skiing before breakfast, but it would have been nice, to be able to have a cup of coffee before going.
I expect that option in a four star hotel.
