Brilliant location and the property is great. Manager was very helpful and so were the owners when I contacted before check in.

Great view from patio and adequate equipment for the 5 of us. Let us early check in + late out. Lots of niggly issues; sticking entrance door, dishwasher broken, several lights plus a ceiling fan not working, shower hose leaking.

Perfect location.... Well equipped... Great place to chill and relax

Just back from a great week of winter sun staying in this lovely beachside villa. Perfect spot overlooking the bay, always plenty of watersport activity to watch. Small beach directly out the front of the villa and only a short walk to the nearest populated beach. Highly recommend Sunset Lounge, right turn from the villa walk along the beach. Plenty of great places to eat out but all the facilities of a home that you would need to stay in. Will 100% return and recommend.

We are regular visitors to the island but have never stayed so centrally or with such beautiful views. The pool and outdoor area are amazing and the 5 minutes walk into town were lovely. The villa itself is a lovely size and is adequately equipped for a family stay.

Great for the beach and the town and yet offers a quiet location. Love the pool and the space in the villa. We have been back twice now and will come again!

Easy and chilled, with great views and my favourite the sounds of waves crashing on the beach.

Everything you need for a Villa based holiday, with the added bonus of a reliable and friendly local manager. My only complaint ,and its a small one, was that there was not air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Had a lovely welcome from Gill on our arrival to the villa and a very much appreciated welcome pack.
The location was wonderful with fantastic views and only 10 minutes walk from town.
Unfortunately the pool was far too cold for a swim but I guess that’s expected in November, when not heated.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa.
I do feel however that sunlounger cushions should be provided (we did ask Gill but she said there were none) . Some of the sun loungers were quite grubby.
Over all we had a wonderful stay with no other issues

We have stayed in this row of Villas many times, you open the patio doors and feel the see hit you - brilliant location. Comfortable for 4 adults but would get crowded with any more imo. This villa was probably the lesser of the ones we have stayed in as the quality of mattress, outside sun loungers, towels and internal furnishings/kitchen is not as good or comfortable but that gets swallowed up by the view and smell of the sea

Before writing this review, we gave it a lot of thought as we know how reviews impact on people. But, considering the price paid & having read old reviews, we would like any prospective future renter know that the message is not getting through to the owners. We have stayed in varying accommodation all over the world & have many comparisons to draw upon & have concluded that these owners either do not have the ability to run/own a good rental villa or only use the rent money to support their lifestyles & see no reason to reinvest into the villa. Sadly all the time the villa keeps being rented, they wont invest and update in fixtures, fittings and dehumidifiers thus justifying the current excessive rental. There are better villas out there for less money.
The location is perfect, but that is where it ends & the issues begin. Firstly, there was no welcome food pack the bedding is cheap, nasty & bobbly, the towels are thin, there was no change of sheets even though we stayed for 10 days. We couldn’t wash the sheets because the weather dictated otherwise so we could not dry them. Under the beds was filthy with lots of fluff, dust and even some jelly sweets. In the corner of the rooms was an abundance of cobwebs & dead mosquitos splattered on the wall.
Indeed there is an amazing wifi & TV package however the description of “comfortable sofas” (essential to relax and watch the amazing TV package) is WRONG. These sofas were less comfortable than a park bench, upright metal sofas arranged like a bus shelter running perpendicular to the TV.
The kitchen had 1 oven tray, no cooking dishes for oven, no mixing dishes, nothing to serve a salad in, 3 blunt kitchen cooking knives, 6 non-matching eating knives - basically EVERYTHING around you, all fixtures and fittings, are cheap and mis-matched.
I do not have enough space to write everything that is wrong such as dirty brown stained swimming pool edge not the pattern shown in the photos, not enough hot water to shower 5 adults, the blocked shower, the damp in the basement, smelly beds, mould stained grout in all showers etc. BUT all I can say is PLEASE buyer BEWARE - look around hard before renting this overpriced villa and don't make the same mistake that we did thinking that the reviews were written by grumpy people and it cant be that bad - IT IS - for the price charged we expected at least to have enough hot water for everyone to shower one after the other, some fluffy towels, soft sheets & no damp

Amazing and really big. We had 5 in the villa and had so much space we hardly bumped into each other!

This villa was in a fabulous location with beautiful views of the whole waterfront area of Correlejo including the harbour with Lanzarote in the distance and Los Lobos straight ahead and it had it's own gate to the beach. It was in a quiet area among other beachfront villas but it was only a short walk to the main shopping areas and excellent restaurants.
The villa had excellent WiFi (apart from one day when it was unavailable) and Sky TV.
However when we arrived on Saturday Keith, the manager, informed us there was an electrical problem and a fuse had tripped which meant that the pool was not filtering (and as the water was already green probably hadn't been for a few days). The same fuse affected the boiler, the washing machine, the cooker and hob. Keith tried his best over the next 2 days to sort this but it wasn't until an outside light was disconnected on Monday that the problem was solved. Due to the electrical problem it wasn't possible to clean the pool initially and the pool was only finally declared fit for use on Thursday but it still looked dirty round the edges at the top of the water and certainly didn't look inviting so we never used it.
The villa could definitely do with some modernisation. There is only one socket in the kitchen for the kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is a 3 point extension lead but we had to use this downstairs so we could have hot water the first 2 days. The bathroom upstairs vented into the ensuite through louvred panels and there was no vent in the ensuite so both seemed damp.
The location and setting of this villa makes it potentially deserve 5 stars but due to the problems we had and the fact that the villa is in need of some renovation and not up to the standard of other villas we have used in Fuerteventura we could only give it 3 stars. If we hadn't had the electrical problems, we probably would have given 4 stars and despite the problems, we would consider booking it again.

Location is five star. Or six star. Outstanding. Great view, easy access to everything (try Waikiki Beach bar, the food is amazingly good). Communication with owner good, manager very helpful, instructions on how to get there from airport spot on.
The villa is the last house in a row, which makes it more spacious outside. Pool (we had it heated) is great, no problems whatsoever with chemicals and both myself and my 80-year old mother have very sensitive skin. Showering before and after going into pool as instructed solves the issue.
There was milk and tea and wine (thank you!) upon arrival, which is a nice touch.
We chose the house because of the location (GREAT), big beds (not obvious in Spain) and Internet-access which worked fine. Another main reason for choosing this villa was the Sauna. And this is where the problems started. Sauna has not been working for half a year. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is fine, but the kitchen and living room area are tiny and there are only seating facilities for six.
In summer maybe not so much of a problem, in winter spring definitely not so good.
Cleanliness is an issue. The sunbed covers are filthy. The blankets covering the sofas are ragged and soiled. Chairs and table have seen better days, to the point that one chair collapsed under my husband. now, that could have been due to somebody else having a problem and not mentioning it. Still...
The hob was crusted with dirt, I had to clean it before using it for the first time.
There is cleaning after one week, which is good but unfortunatley they replaced reasonably decent kitchen towels with a fitlthy rag I would not use to clean my shoes.
The headerboards behind the beds are not properly fastened, so when a pillow gets pushed against them the bang loudly. We solved that by shoving a towel between headerboard and wall.
One of the lamps over the oven had been taken out, two outside lamps also were broken.
Basically, what this house needs is a thorough make-over. It won't cost a fortune. We were debating whether to give four or three stars but the owner definitely responded to the issues raised in the previous review and we are confident that this review will also result in improvments. In any case - when passers-by asked us for a a contact address as they wanted to book, we gladly provided that :)

The villa itself is in an excellent location and a good size. On arrival I found the villa to be clean and a good layout. The downside to our arrival was that there was no welcome pack which we have always had in any other villa. By this I mean some water, bread, milk in the fridge, some cleaning products but not to even have any toilet roll in the toilet was very disappointing. We had very tired hungry children so we needed to immediately leave the villa to go and food and supplies! The manager meets you at the villa to show you around the villa and gives you the keys etc. He mentioned that previous occupants had had issues with the pool water and make sure that you shower before and after using it, which I think is standard practice anyway. We did this but unfortunately my children and a couple of the adults got itchy skin from the water. We thought this might be a result of the pool just being recently cleaned and chemicals put it so we gave it a day and tried again. But the same thing happened so we called the manager who came to check the chemical levels in the pool, he put some neutraliser in which helped. The adults were then fine but unfortunately the children still had problems and stopped using the pool. This was so disappointing for them and also we paid an extra 50 euro for the pool to be heated for them. Note there is also a 20 euro charge for wifi for the week. Neither of these costs were mentioned when paying the deposit, in previous villas these costs are included in the overall cost and I have had never dealt in a cash payment before either.A couple other issues were a mouldy coffee machine and a the step down to pool broke but these issues were quickly resolved by the manager.I would not return to this villa we have stayed in better equipped ones on the island and perhaps a salt water pool is easier on young skin.I would recommend before booking any villa ensure you know what is included in the price, how payment is to be made and what supplies will be available in the villa on your arrival especially if you are arriving with young children or later at night.

This was our second stay at this villa which has been updated since our first visit. The location cannot be beaten - right on the beach and with the benefit of its' own pool. Our party consisted of myself and my husband, our daughter and son-in-law and our six year old grandchild and the villa was perfect for adults and children alike.Dealing with the owner was easy - prompt responses to any queries - and on arrival in Corralejo the manager was very helpful. There are bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa and a short walk along the beach to many more.Would definitely recommend the villa and look forward to visiting again soon.
