This stylish, upside down house in the popular Cornish village of Kingsand has sea views and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
In Kingsand, an 'upside down' little house on three levels with good sea views, snuggled in a row of 18th cent. houses, two minutes stroll from the beach and Coast Path. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms a twin, and a double with French windows to a tiny courtyard, imaginatively done just for two; ground floor toilet. Smart, roomy bathroom. Up on the first floor there is a light, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with those lovely time-wasting sea views binoculars provided to observe the shipping which passes. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient. Take a day walking in nearby Mount Edgcumbes 800 acres or take the seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Parking is in a public car park 200 yards away, it is possible to unload 30 yards from the property.
