very clean, friendly staff, air conditioning, parking, nice surroundings.

The house was very clean, both rooms had disinfectant dispensers. The beds were comfortable, the view outside was beautiful, the grass was freshly cut.

When arriving at the location (that has poor signal by the way), we contacted the manager of the place so we could get the keys to enter it. The keys were delivered to us not by the manager but by another person which was a bit confusing for us since we were always in contact with the manager and were expecting to meet her and presentig the documents of our reservation to her as well. The documents weren't checked, we were given the keys immediately which might sound amazing cause you want all of the process to be as fast as it can be, but it felt rushed and not as welcoming as it could be. The room with the kitchen had cutlery for 4 people when the reservation was for 5 people, luckyly we brought cutlery for ourselves or someone would have to share. The sprinklers were left working all night which was crazy imagining the amount of water that was wasted since the grass was quite short not needing that much water. Needless to say the floor outside was wet pretty much for the whole stay for us which isn't nice when the parking lot has a sandy floor and you get your car full of sand that was glued to your shoes.

They cheated me as I paid for the biggest room but they give me the the smallest plus it’s not clean and need to renovate completely

The most messy Manement with the the most non clean place and very noisy I left the property on my second day even I paid for three days

Comfortable accommodation and nice décor. Nicely kept surroundings. Friendly staff at the waterpark. Access to indoor swimming pool outside the waterpark.

The house wasn't ready upon arrival (at 5pm it wasn't yet ready); we stayed 3 nights and the bathroom towels weren't changed (should be changed every 2 days as advertised); we were 4 adults and 2 children, made a reservation according to booking availability but upon arrival a house to host us all was not available nor an extra bed for the 2nd child. We ended up paying 130€ more than the reservation price to host a couple in another house. During the day we couldn't find a place to park at the supposing private parking due to the number of visitors to the waterpark. There wasn't a reception area, check in and out made at the entrance of the waterpark. Couldn't find the free spa and gym (there were gym/spa facilities in a nearby building, but the person at the reception told us they no longer had an agreement with Aldeia do Tâmega to give access to it. Water leakage in the kitchen sink, which soaked the kitchen floor.
