Beautiful and comfortable

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Place was spotlessly clean. Beautiful taste in decoration was an added bonus. Also a nice touch was the breakfast stuff available. Overall a lovely small apartment, I would highly recommend.

I feel like I am being really picky here - if I changed anything it would be to provide shower gel, but not an issue.

Exceptional

Owner of the property met met at the door and showed me round. He could not have been nicer. He explained where everything was and how things work. Place was very clean and very well presented. Continental style breakfast provided, with loads of extra items too. Will use again the next time I'm in the area.

Would highly recommend to a couple for a comfortable stay.

This is a tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment. It contained everything we needed for our stay, including a good selection of breakfast items, fresh milk, bread, butter, fruit etc. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Off road parking is useful and there was a good wifi connection. The owner, John, was welcoming and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is directly across the road from a path leading to the golf course and beach, and was a short walk to the centre of town and harbour area.

We stayed a single night in the Annex and could not have been happier. For the money the apartment was ridiculously good value, with a little bit of everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, modern, in great condition throughout, the Annex delivered on all fronts. The off street parking was a nice bonus as well. With a small kitchen, fridge and being firmly in the heart of Lossie this place offers a multitude of options. The breakfast elements supplied within the apartment were a super nice touch and very welcome. Anne and John were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in making our stay a great success. I would most definitely recommend the Annex to friends and will undoubtedly stay again, thank you!

Superb accommodation with friendly host : a must stay choice

if we could rate this stay 11/10 we would. We had a lovely welcome from Anne who had also provided so much food for us to enjoy. The standard of the annex is exceptional. it is beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. Parking is on the property and easily found. The kitchen is fantastic with high quality fittings and very modern and spacious. It’s an easy walk to the beach which gives you a lovely walk. If you are planning to be close by make sure you stay there. We will be back

Very good

Location was good for walking into town. Good parking on private property. Furnishings were of a high standard. Everything you need for cooking in along with lots of breakfast food Flat was compact but comfortable.

No information in the flat for equipment. Could not control heating from the apartment.

Lovely flat for a short stay, host was very helpful

Breakfast was adequate, but could have done with more milk, choice of foods was good.. furnishings were lovely and plenty dishes etc. bread for toast but no butter or marmalade, overall first class accommodation.

As we were there mid summer, it was daylight by 4.30 am and only a blind on bedroom window, I would have liked a curtain on window to block out light.

Exceptional stay! literally cannot wait to return.

This really is a stunning apartment. There is everything there that you need for a self catering break. Very high specification, modern decor. Maximum comfort in a great location. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely book again.

Perfect in every way!

What a find! Absolutely fabulous apartment. Immaculately clean and everything was of exceptional quality. Anne met us as we arrived and handed over the key and she is so lovely and friendly. Offered any help we needed if required. I would highly recommend this apartment as it was superb. The sea view was lovely. Bed so comfortable and the bedding was such high quality. We were amazed at the food left for our breakfast! Cereals, bread, croissants, eggs, milk, fresh orange juice, yoghurts, jam etc. tea, coffee and sugar. Well done Anne! We hope to visit you again in the future. You could not improve anything in your apartment. Perfection is hard to achieve but you have done it with bells on! Everything was first class, thank you!

Lovely apartment

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable apartment in a lovely location just a short walk from the beach. Anne came out and gave us a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived and we really appreciated the breakfast groceries left in the fridge/cupboard for us. One of the nicest places I've stayed in, thank you so much.

Wonderful stay in Lossiemouth

Anne met us as soon as we arrived and was very welcoming. She showed us into the property and explained everything we needed. She also gave us lots of ideas for places we could visit while in Lossiemouth. She left us an amazing selection of vegan breakfast options which we really appreciated. It was more that we could of asked for! The apartment was absolutely spotless and very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the power shower! Sad to be leaving!

Stunning Apartment

From the moment we walked in we could see we had picked the right place to stay, beautiful and everything was spotless. Comfy bed and the suite in the sitting room was so relaxing to sit on. The breakfast items that were left for us were much more than we needed for our three days, Bread, Eggs, Porridge, different types of Cereals, Granola, milk, orange juice, marmalade, jam, butter, Tea and Coffee, It is so unusual to have breakfast left for you in self catering but what a treat it was.

Great stay in a beautiful home
