With 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and a balcony upstairs, certainly delivers a countryside feel. It can certainly serve as a romantic retreat or a family getaway.

This property is located in the Arrábida Natural Park near the village of Portela, a picturesque village, surrounded by fields and pastures, which is only about 10 minutes’ drive away from some of Portugal's most beautiful beaches, as well as very close to Vila Nogueira de Azeitão and Setúbal.
The property spans two floors. On the ground floor you find the living room with fireplace, with direct access to the paved terrace, garden and pool; a fully equipped kitchen also with access to the garden and a dining area on the overlooking patio; one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds; and one full bathroom.
On the first floor, you find one bedroom with a double bed, with access to a balcony with phenomenal panoramic views over the countryside, and one bedroom with two single beds - all with air conditioning.
Guests have access to all amenities of the land and the property, exclusively for those renting it.
The Arrábida Natural Park enjoys a temperate climate all year round, thanks to the many hours of sunshine and the proximity to the sea, boasting fantastic and numerous beaches in the region. The Portinho da Arrábida beach is certainly one of the most beautiful in Portugal, with its crystal-clear waters full of small boats and stunning views of the Natural Park.
Azeitão is located in a wine region integrated into the municipality of Setúbal - just a few kilometers and 30 minutes from Lisbon, accessible via both bridges over the Tagus River (25 de Abril Bridge and Vasco da Gama Bridge) - already showing the transition to the Alentejo region, with vast plains and picturesque villages.
The gastronomic highlights are undoubtedly the fresh fish and delicious seafood, but don't resist the Azeitão cheese and the most typical sweets – the Azeitão pies, made from soft eggs and cinnamon. Accompany them with a Moscatel wine from Setúbal.
