ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU !!!

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu, posiłki monotonne praktycznie codziennie to samo tylko w innej formie ( 7 rodzajów sałatek na każdy posiłek to samo tylko wykładane w talerzach PLUS JEDNO DANIE MIĘSNE) , opcja All inclusive to zwykłe oszustwo i wyciąganie pieniędzy ( zamawiasz napój twierdzą że już go nie ma i czekasz pół godziny aż go kupują obok w sklepie i naleją ci z plastikowej butelki, albo czekasz godzinę na zamówiony napój i tak go nie dostajesz a jak się o niego upomnisz to patrzą na ciebie twierdząc że trzeba czekać - sklep 50 metrów od hotelu - ŻENADA!!!!! ) żadnych przekąsek między posiłkami ( słodkie napoje nalewane z beczki do dystrybutorów smakują, jak chemia gospodarcza) wszystko tam jest naciągane więc ZDECYDOWANIE ODRADZAM ZAKUP TEJ OPCJI W TYM HOTELU, Mieliśmy sytuację iż przed wycieczką do miasta powiedziałem na recepcji że przyjedziemy do hotelu po kolacji i proszę o zostawienie nam posiłku byliśmy dokładnie w hotelu 20:45 , DOKŁADNIE 15 MINUT po zakończeniu kolacji, otrzymaliśmy informację że nic nam nie zostawiono i kuchnia jest już zamknięta więc mamy sobie iść i zjeść na mieście, na informację że przecież prosiliśmy o zostawienie posiłku przed naszym wyjściem z hotelu recepcjonista wzruszył ramionami - TOTALNA TRAGEDIA !!!! Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, w łazience GRZYB ale jak masz małe dzieci to omijaj ten hotel z daleka bo sprzątają tylko w trakcie twojej drzemki jeżeli się nie załapiesz pokój będziesz miał nieposprzątany przez cały pobyt ( na nic zdały się tłumaczenia że dziecko śpi i prosimy o posprzątanie po śniadaniu mają to gdzieś bo starszy Pan około 50 lat pracujący na recepcji na ranną zmianę stwierdził ze oni sprzątają tylko po obiedzie i jak nie dostosujemy się to nasz problem i ma to gdzieś, zwykły PROSTAK, MASAKRA !!!. Wystarczy poświęcić trochę więcej czasu na szukanie noclegu aby znaleźć obok hotel dużo lepszy jakościowo za tą samą ceną lub niższą, dlatego szkoda pieniędzy i nerwów.

Cea mai mare greșeală sa rezerv aici, ne a stricat complet vacanța.

Cel mai prost hotel in care am fost vreodata! Am platit pentru all inclusive si am ajuns sa mancam in oras. Am platit integral in momentul rezervarii, 1142€. Am cerut rambursarea partiala a banilor si am precizat ca sunt dispusa sa le platesc taxa catre booking si 2, chiar 3 nopti de cazare. Am ajuns pe 14 iulie, la 4 dimineata si am avut rezervare de pe 13 pt ca aveam zbor de noapte. Cei de la booking nu au avut ce face, iar domnul de la receptie a fost amabil, insa mi s a cerut sa astept pana luni dimineata(fiind duminica si zi nelucratoare cand ne am cazat) pentru decizia proprietarului. Bineinteles ca a refuzat sa ne inapoieze o parte din bani. Camerele extrem de mici, baia la fel, minuscula si pe deasupra se inunda la fiecare dus. Cat despre mancare…ceva mai prost nu exista. Sa nu va luati dupa titlul de “all inclusive” pentru ca e complet opusul.

Highly recommend for a calm and cozy stay

Nice and cozy atmosphere. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great chef. Dinners were especially good. The beach has all you need - WC, dressing cabins, food and drinks.

There was an odour at the bathroom.

Vhodne pro tydenni pobyt

Lokalita je docela dobrá. Pisčátá pláž s restaurace cca 10minut. Neni daleko supermarket MIGROS, dobra nabidka ovoce , zeleniny, syrů, freshy s pomerančů a granátového jablka. Velice vstřičný a poctivý perzonal. Zvlaštni poděkovani paní Zarife - recepčni. Snidaně velkolepe. Kuchyň je dobra. Hotel neni velký ale utulný, pěkný, dobže udržován.

Lokalita celkem je na úrovni, ale většinou chtělo by to lepší uklid včetně plažů. To se ne týka hotelu.

Worth its money

Very good and tasty meals, good room, helpful staff. Especially the girl at the reception: she booked me a taxi, showed directions to the places I was interested to visit and took care of my stay in general.

2-star hotel recommended for short stay

Close to the beach. Good meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Small, but nice pool. Bedroom was also fine. I recommend this 2-star hotel for a short stay.

They are taking the food away before the scheduled mealtime is actually finished. The bathroom is small and the water from the shower doesn't drain. They don't like it, if you want to change your used beach towel to a clean one (but they will do it).

Can't recommend

Bad location. No prøvet beach as stated on site, actually not even close to the beach. At least 15 min walk. Very noisy, as it's close to the airport, so flights flying right over the hotel every 3 min.

Highly recommending for you to book them!! The food, the staff, the place are 10/10. I've been to many places, but never met such a friendly and helpful staff before. The receptionists are speaking good english and always there for your requests.🥰 I was worried about the food, because my stomach is sensitive; but never had a problem with any of the food I've eaten here. Many variations of delicious foods are served, also by the loveliest waiters and chefs. The rooms are tidy, the cleaning ladies are also really nice and the spacious, clean beach is max. 5 mins away by foot. Thank you for everyone for our pleasant stay, you're the bests. 💗

A lovely place

Stayed several times in a row at this hotel because of very good experience there. Lovely and very well maintained hotel in a good location. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. Perfect option if you love enjoying calm relaxing vacation time. Excellent and very kind personnel.

A wonderful cozy hotel

A small and cozy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very delicious and we enjoyed it every day! The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Generally, a very nice place to stay.

A bit far away from the city center. You have a free access to a beach that doesn't belong to this hotel but to some restaurant. The beach is good and they provide you with umbrellas and a deck chair. However, some of the staff members there are just absolutely terrible: arrogant, insulting other tourists when they don't hear and even aggressive towards you with totally inappropriate jokes. This totally spoiled our experience of the beach.

Racial Discrimination!!!

They checked us into another smaller hotel Ramona telling us as you’ve booked only one night you’ll be fine in this other hotel, while still at Esperanza we were given a few mins to have lunch and the lady at the reception was standing on our heads while shouting at us that we are getting them delayed. -Did we book and pay for Esperanza or Ramona? -Why were we made to walk from one hotel to another either to make use of the room or have our meals? -What gives them the right to shout at a guest? -Are they supposed to serve us or is it vice versa? This is a shame!

Overall a good stay.

The staff at the hotel were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Pinar at reception was particularly helpful in all respects and she was very understanding when we needed to change the original room offered to us. She sorted this out with ease and without fuss and we were placed in a more suitable room early the following day of our arrival. We opted for the non-alcoholic all inclusive stay and the food choice was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes with a good number of meat, chicken and vegetable dishes and many different types of salads, cheeses, and desserts. The airport transfers both ways was easily arranged and priced reasonably and went very smoothly.

The bathroom could do with a shower curtain to avoid water splattering everywhere, and the shower head could do with a descaling, although these are minor issues and did not affect our overall stay at the property.

Fair property for a fair value

The location is a plus close to the beach. The food was good.

what I didn’t know was the property does not have an elevator which meant climbing three flights of stairs with kids. I would not recommend if you have small kids that you need to carry in arms. also, the bathroom was 16 sq.ft not spacious enough and water hits the toilet and all over when you shower.

Good hotel for a family looking for a quiet location

Had a lovely room at top floor (3 out of 3) with sea and mountain view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and kind. They even took our suitcases to the room when we arrived and back when leaving and gave us sandwiches for the road ❤️

Good value for a 3* hotel. It is a cozy hotel with small grounds (more suited for family with small children as not much room to get lost :) )The bathroom was really small, no lift, you need map guidance to get to the beach (first couple of times, then it is fairly easy to get there) as hotel is a couple of streets away from the water. No labels on food to explain what it is and ingredients. Not much to go for a walk an see nearby within 10-15min walking distance other than beach.
