Nice stay in a beautiful forest! The hot water in the shower is what we really missed.

The camp is situated in a beautiful forest, the houses are hidden among the trees and you get to enjoy the starry nights and beautiful calm mornings. The host was very friendly and welcoming as well.

The bathroom was a bit of a problem for us. There was no hot water so it was a real struggle to shower since the mornings and evenings were both cold. The temperature of the water heats up to a certain point but it is not enough to take a normal shower especially to wash your hair. For 1 or 2 nights this is fine, but if you stay a bit longer this could be quite a problem from our point of view. The whole bathroom could be comfier, with more privacy and again...hot water.

Beautiful people, good location

Sasha was a great host, and we had a really nice dinner and chat with him and the other guests. Anastasia was really sweet, and brought us the delicious dinner and breakfast that her mum cooked! I cannot stress enough how delicious the food was. Thank you ❤️ we had a great time and look forward to our next visit! I would not recommend this to people that are boring and like to be by themselves. Also, like Sasha would say, "don't expect luxury"! 💕 Enjoy life in its simplicity is key.

Maybe the shower could've been cleaner. But good value for money.

Very good

Sasha Is a very good host (as well as Anastasia, his Little girl) and he gave us a very good time chatting about Life and the world that surround us. The place Is a Little "Spartan" but It Is a very beautiful Place within the Mountains of Montenegro.

Peaceful and Friendly

Amazing stay in the Stela cabin at camp Drno Brdo! The location of the camp is beautiful and peaceful, the owner Sasha made us feel at home even as we stayed only 2 nights, and the breakfast and dinners with homemade food (cheese, milk, etc) are copious and delicious. We highly recommend.

The first thing to mention is definitely the host Saša, who welcomed us as a part of his family. We learned a lot about the way of living in Montenegro, especially in his surroundings. His wife provided us with delicious local food. The location is perfect for hiking or rafting.

We spent 2 nights surrounded by nature in this peaceful place. Sasha - the owner was an amazing host. We had many interesting conversations about local culture and traditions - his knowledge and openness were beyond our expectations. When visiting the camp don't forget to ask for the local foods for breakfast and dinner - it is all organic, traditional and delicious. 100% recommend!

Super delicious breakfast (included). Also our dinner that we booked was very tasty. Especially because Sasa and his wife produce everthing by themselves (from eggplants to cheese). They are both very welcoming! The rooms are clean and the blankets will keep you warm at night (1 °C when we slept there).

We spent 3 days at Sascha's place and we loved it. It's a friendly place with a unique atmosphere, Sascha's wife made the most delicious dishes, we felt like visiting family. We recommend it to everyone who loves nature and needs some relaxing time far from the city.

Great location, cosy and comfy cabins, wonderful host

This was my second time I spent the night at Eco Camp, been there back in fall 2019. Same as with the first time I've bene there, really happy to choose this location. You can find a really enjoyable and warm host whom you can engage in a good conversation no matter your topic of interest. Great cabins with comfy beds, the quietness you can find in here make all the difference. the connection with the Mother Nature is there, though the forest, the earth and the wonderful and clear sky. the lack of light pollution made the perfect spot for viewing the The Perseids. I have to mention the food, we had only the breakfast and as we left very early in the morning, the host was very kind to pack us for the road many delicious home-mad pies which actually covered the entire day of travel

The bathroom, i believe deserves a little bit more attention, In the end it served the purpose, had the well deserved shower after a long day ride with the motorcycle, but i would recommend to invest in a better solution for the shower.

BEST PLACE in this region - special experience

Owner is a very friendly man, who tells everything about the country and entertains people. He is one of the best man I have ever met in my life. :) :) :) Radiantly positive, for everyone has a good word for it. Everyone drinks his words and watches with interest what he says. It leaves no one bored or lonely. The accommodation is such that you can easily meet other guests and experience a special experience. The plac is very good for relax and recharge. You will see many start on the sky at night, You will hear some animals and smell the nature thousands of scents. Have many good places in the near like lakes, montains and forests. By the way the price is almost nothing and you will get quality breakfast and dinner.

Sasha is a fantastic host, friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts and dinners were generous, home style cooking and delicious with the produce coming from their farm. The cabins are simple but cosy and comfortable. There’s one shared bathroom for the property which was fine. It was clean although the hot water is a bit tricky to handle.

If you are in Montenegro, do not hesitate and go to the mountains at least for a day. ⛰ For fresh air which has a smell of the herbal tea, for nature which makes you think it is a wallpaper, for million of stars in the sky and completely black night, for total relax of your mind and for the best nights sleep ever. But foremost for the true heartwarming hospitality. 💫 I am expressing my sincere gratitude to universe that we are blessed to meet soulful true and simply amazing people on our life-route. One of those is Sasa, who made his eco-camp all by his hands andadded the most important ingredient to the place - part of his heart, who spent his day with us telling lots of great stories and made a showaround of the lands, whose wife cooked domestic delicious food and simply who has big soul and fabulous motto - Don’t hurry, catch each moment and enjoy it on fullest, as you are the master of your life! 🌿

The camp is surrounded by forests and nature. The few cottages are very charming and cozy. The facilities are very clean. Service is awesome and special. The night sky is stunning! Perfect if you need to free your mind.

Sasa the host is simply wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Drno Brdo and couldn’t recommend this place enough. As stated in all the reviews Sasa the host is a wonderful man, friendly, hospitable and an all round great guy. We spent our evening with him enjoying beers and rakia and talking about all kinds of subjects. Our double bed was comfortable and Sasa even provided us extra blankets to make sure we were as cosy as possible. We ate delicious local food which was prepared by Sasas wife and in the morning had a great breakfast of homemade pastries and doughnuts. Such excellent value for money - would have happily stayed the whole week!! Thank you Sasa - hope to see you again some day. Sarah and Wout

There was nothing at all we didn’t like however I’d advise bringing warm clothes for youre stay as the climate can change quite quickly with this being the mountains!
