Tutto bene e qualità prezzo top

Struttura che a noi è piaciuta molto, zona non centrale ma bella local come ci piace. Ci hanno aspettato per un check-in molto tardi.

Linda y tranquila cabaña en El Calafate

Nos gustó la cabaña, muy acogedora. Limpia y muy bien equipada. Con vistas al lago muy bonitas. El trato de las señoras que atienden. Muy bueno

Comfortable stay

Liked everything. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment was warm, comfortable and had a kitchen.

We stayed in the downstairs unit, so there were no views and it got a bit loud when people moved in upstairs. But it wasn't too bad. It would be nice to have salt, pepper and cooking oil in the kitchen.

Apparemment propre et calme

Stella nous a bien accueilli et s'est occupée de nous pendant tout notre séjour. L'appartement est nettoyé tous les jours est propre. Bienveillante elle nous a accordé 2 heures de plus dans L'appartement car notre avion était tardif. Cette expérience nous a permis de rencontrer Stella que nous avons beaucoup appréciée

Rapport qualité/ prix la formule hôtel avec petit déjeuner nous convient mieux pour nous en couple qui visitons et restons peu à l'intérieur de l'appartement.

It was great to have a full apartment for the four of us, and we got plenty of help with taxis and bag storage before we left Thank you

We cooked for ourslves in the evening and a few extra bowls and glasses would have been useful. But otherwise fantastic

nice and clean room and bathroom downtown is about 10-15 mins walk downhill

there isn’t a proper laundry service, for an extra the landlord will wash your clothes (otherwise there are a lot of laundry service downtown, about 10-15 mins walk)

We stayed longer than average guests. But do not expect service of a hotel. It is like cabin style.

Was a little above the main street, with a good view on the surrounding area.

During night a lot of barking dog's close the place.

Noise issues

The lady who manages the properties on site, Estella, is very friendly and welcoming and a pure joy. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always smiling. She keeps the place spotlessly clean and tidy. The property is located in a residential neighbourhood about a 15 minute walk to the centre (steeply uphill coming back). The shower is very good.

We had a ground floor studio which felt a bit dark and dingey and didn’t feel to be a very welcoming environment. The apartment is pretty well worn and could do with some TLC in respect of decor and finishings. Noise insulation from the upstairs apartment is very poor and we heard every movement. This was a particular problem as the upstairs guests liked to come in very late after we were in bed and we had our sleep disrupted every night for the 3 nights we stayed there. We also had a problem with the heating in our unit which was on permanently (in high summer!!). Not only did this make the room very warm but there was a constant gushing noise of hot water in the pipework which went every 30 seconds or so throughout the night. Estella did rectify the problem for us by calling an engineer who turned off our radiators and drained out the water.

Warm and welcoming if a little rustic

Quiet neighborhood. Lovely and warm. Friendly staff. Spacious.

I booked this accommodation specifically because the description said it had a balcony but it didn't. There isn't any soundproofing between rooms so you hear your neighbours. We had a group of 6 with a baby next door.
