The location, the food and facilities.

The room and the corridors were not very clean. The kid’s recreational staff was not very good. The shower floor was very slippery, what is very dangerous for a 73 years old woman like I am. I called the reception to request an anti slip mat but they did not have one. If a guest falls in the slippery shower you will have to deal with a huge problem.

too much noisy during the meals due to the kids entertainers, not all the pets were trained , one even tried to attack me and my dog the activities for adults weren’t clear and pontual

recreational area and friendly staff. Spacious room.

room was missing a few amenities that I expected to have- body lotion, disposable cups and chilled water in the mini bar. also the room lacked a small table with chairs, that seemed to be missing from such spacious room.

very noisy and unfriendly people in the reception but with some minor changes it could become a hotel worth visiting

the restaurant, the duty manager, the view

the people reception was incredibly unhelpful, even arrogant. Constant very high music from the swimming pool day and night. You need to rest after visiting this hotel. it’s a golf hotel without any transport to the golf course perfect if you like walking two kilometers to the golf course with your golf clubs on your back.

scam sellers from tourist agency were quite aggressive and annoying! kept coming to talk to me when I just wanted to rest!!!

Exceptional

Location, staff, children care and activities. Pools close one to another, facilities close each other. Activities long day long. Very good relation cost-benefits. Verily good food. Children food separated (great idea).
