Buena estancia

Las vistas La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento

El salón está convertido en habitación, así que se queda inoperativo y saturado. Persiana de uno de los cuartos rota Sofá cama del salón incómodo Televisión del salón no iba bien Mando de la tele del cuarto principal estropeado. En resumen, la casa está bien pero necesita mantenimiento

Not worth the money and pictures give false impressions

We were under the impression that this was a private apartment, despite speaking to the owner and asking questions he didnt mention that other people would be in the same apartment. The pictures and description on booking.com that were posted were very misleading. People who were sharing the apartment also were under the same false impression that it was a private one. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. The owner is not to be trusted.

Very disappointed by misleading and inaccurate listing.

After searching for 'Apartments' in Vigo on Booking.com I saw this listing for 'Apartamentos Suites Vigo' which had an icon that stated: 'See all three available apartments'. I clicked on the icon and was taken to another page saying 'Choose Your Apartment' under which you could choose an apartment with a triple room, double room etc. There were loads of photos, including nice a nice living room area (salon) and though I could see none relating to each room I trusted that the host of the listing would look after us. There was nothing in the main listing description (top paragraph, main page) indicating that we would not be getting our own apartment to ourselves. We were deeply disappointment and stressed to discover when we arrived that we were sharing our apartment with 8 other people!! They would not upgrade us into the only suite with bathroom despite it being empty for our entire stay (and I offered to pay) so we had to stay 3 days in a cramped 10metre2 room (the listing at least said the bedroom of our apartment would be 30metre2), sleeping in bunk beds with all our stuff – and our dog! There is one toilet/bathroom for up to 9 people!! There was no additional bathroom (as stated in listing). Our balcony was not private either, the walls were not sound-proofed and we heard everything that went on when guests brought visitors back at 2am. There were plastic protection sheets on the mattresses (I know this is not unheard of but sleeping on these without air con in July is very sweaty and uncomfortable). People were smoking in parts of the apartment and there were conflicting notices (one said 'Do not smoke', another said 'Please use the ashtrays). It was a very uncomfortable and stressful stay, especially as I immediately asked the manager on day 1 directly how much it would cost to upgrade to the *only suite* and he said it was already booked (but it was not, it remained empty throughout our stay).
