Dejligt sted at starte ferien!

Søde værter, mine hunde var velkomne, hyggeligt med eftermiddagskaffe og dejligt afslappende, at dernede var aftens- og morgenmad. Rart med p-kælder og at hundene var velkomne i opholdsrummene. Var godt placeret i den gamle bydel, så hundeturen bød på sightseeing.

Hvis i vil give den et ekstra + , vil skiltning af indholdet i jeres mad, gøre det lettere for os med fødevareallergi. Vi har mødt samme sovesofa et andet sted, hvor vi selv klappede den ud, og fandt dyne og håndklæder i en kiste - det fungerede godt.

Good hotel, great breakfast

This is a nice hotel great for families as breakfast and dinner were included in our room price. We didn't have the dinner as we had other plans however the breakfast was fantastic. The staff here were so happy to be of assistance and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

the break fast was nice, team was good. the room quality could have been better. the property is quite dated, markings not done well. got the room next to stairs. it was noisy, where we were.

Nice place for family stay.

Gods location, nearby railway station and shopping center. Good choice of meals for breakfast and evening meal. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Parking garage.

No air conditioning in the room, no lock in the bathroom door. The extra bed (sofa) is not comfortable. Noisy road nearby (depends on your room location)

it was a great central location, room was comfortable, spacious with a nice bathroom.

only negative was it was currently in the middle of a major refurbishment, looking online I got the impression that was due to take place last year and would be completed, but it was delayed.

Good choice of food for breakfast and restaurant, hotel staff made you feel very welcome and always ready to help, hotel was having renovations carried out but in no way did it cause any issues, booking again next year with the family.

Lovely stay in Drammen

We were upgraded to the newly renovated rooms and they were wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the linens were great! the staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast and dinner were very nice as well. loving the new renovations and I would definitely stay here again!

Would have been nice to not be food poisoned

The location and the size of the roon.

I fell ill from the dinner buffet, which was not very nice. Luckily it was not acute but still not fully re-established. Something was wrong with the water in the shower as it was either very hot or cold.

Nice, clean, restful, great breakfast.

Staff was super friendly, breakfast great, even supplied access to an outside gym as theirs was under construction.

Little outdated, but that hotel was under renovation so that makes total sense. I would stay hetr again even without the renovation.

Very nice hotel, watch out for room above patio downstairs.

It is clean and neat. People in the reception are very helpful, nice, friendly and service minded. The big advantage of this hotel is their own parking under the hotel, only accessible to hotel guests. One of the few if not the only hotel in Drammen and proximity with such a facility, so you can leave your packing in the car. Rooms are clean with all facilities and the Wi-Fi works perfectly.

we had a superior room on the second floor, just above a patio downstairs. In the patio people gather, smoke, drink and chat. We have had strong cigarette smoke and noise from people talking in the room until after 1 o'clock at night and from 5.30 in the morning. It was very unpleasant. Due to warm weather and no electric ventilation in the room, this was the only way to get air. To avoid this room is to recommend. Breakfast is rich and good, however if e.g. bread is finished before closing, it will not be replenished. Some staff members are rather unpleasant with stiff upper lip and clearly convey that they hate their job and all customers, while others are very nice and pleasant and service minded.

Business stop in Drammen

Excellent position in a quiet and well connected neighbourhood. Fast wifi and friendly staff.

OK for a night or two.

Breakfast was great (included in the price).

Dinner was relatively simple (included in the price). Room was a bit of "faded elegance" so really needs some freshing up. Location could be much nicer, motorway and plenty of roads around. Beggars from southeast Europe camping in cars alongside the road in front of the hotel.

Great place to stay close to train station!

Our room was great - spacious and a very comfortable bed. It’s also very quiet here, which was somewhat unexpected since it’s between two streets and relatively close to the train tracks. There’s a great breakfast, snacks in the afternoon and even dinner!! I’d like to give Trine, the general manager a special thank you for helping me with some translation issues and going above and beyond in making us feel welcomed!
