Allen in allem oke aber nicht herzlich

Personal unfreundlich bzw es sagt eigentlich niemand was. Man wird weder über Frühstück, Wellnesszeiten etc. informiert. Bei Bezahlung ganz komisch wurden 5 mal gefragt ob über Booking bezahlt und bei den Gästen vor uns hätten sie mehr auf als Booking angezeigt verrechnet, wenn man nicht auf den Preis verwiesen hätte. Ausserdem mussten wir den Hund nicht bezahlen - es wurde gesagt der wird erlassen weil noch keine Hauptsaison - meine Eltern die 15 min später ausgecheckt haben schon?! Also etwas komisch, grundsätzlich wäre es ja oke zu bezahlen aber dann sollte dies einheitlich sein.

Exceptional friendly and supportive staff. Hotel was very supportive making sure our son can eat gluten-free and enjoy his holiday - special thx to our waiter who was there for us every during our stay!

very over rated and I had a terrible experience and will never go again

the location was perfect

The staff were very aggressive and not welcoming. I requested a kettle and a mug in my room but they ignored my request, and when I went to the bar asking for a mug, the restaurant manager fought with me and told me you have glasses in your room and your not allowed to take from the bar. very bad coordination with their cars, they always answer No before understanding the request.

very nice staff and the location is really good.

The breakfast was OK, we did actually expect a bit fancier facility for a 4* hotel. Also, we did not have room service for 2 days due to high demand (lots of checkouts/checkins) which was quite a pity if you are travelling with a small child. There are actually two different buildings (older and new) and we were situated in the older one, which would be fine except that on booking. com only the new one is on display and you kind of expect sth else.

Relaxing, lovely beach, very quiet area

We booked a luxury suite and it was lovely. Very well laid out with lots of lovely extras, fluffy robes etc. The roof top terrace was a luxurious extra.

I had asked if the pool was heated and was told it was, but unfortunately it was too cold to use. With our luxury suite we had a jacuzzi but it caused problems nearly every day. The water drained away one day. The temperature was never right it was either too hot or too cold. The settings did not seem to work properly. It definitely needs a service/refurbishment or to be renewed.
