Location was good between station and city centre.

Rooms getting a bit tired. We'd read the reviews about the noise from track side so booked courtyard side but could still hear the trains although not badly. Main issue we had was collecting our bags after checking out. We'd agreed that we could leave our bags after checkout, gave a 15 minute window when we'd be picking them up on way to station and were assured no problem as there would be someone there all day. Rang bell for ages and no one came! Eventually found someone working around the back so still caught train but not impressed (they'd even taken the contact phone number down from the door to add insult to injury). Thought it was quite pricey for what it was.

comfortable and cozy. no air con but it was nice out so just opening windows was enough.

trains can be loud but it didn’t really bother us. shower doesn’t get very hot. one of the beds felt very used, like a hole in the middle. we still slept quite well!

Great breakfast (although quite pricey!), extremely helpful and nice staff, really clean and in a great location

Easy location, comfortable, good food and bio too!

The location was convenient to the train station and to the city centre, Schloss and tourist areas. While there was some noise from the trains, it wasn't overly disturbing and the hotel provided earplugs. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the bio theme of the place.

Superb

The location is within walking distance from the historic district and yet tugged away into a corner, away from the tourist buzz. Great. The hotel has an elevator and thus is easily accessible for older and disabled people. The staff was friendly, helpful, and flexible. The room was impeccably clean. The breakfast had plenty of options beyond the ordinary (including options for vegetarians, lactose intolerant people, plenty of seeds and nuts etc.). Excellent.

I am really happy with my stay and gladly will stay there again. It is worth mentioning, though, that there are train/tram tracks on one side of the building. So, if your room is on that side, you will hear and feel the trains go by, especially in the summer with the windows open. However, that was clearly visible on the map, so we knew that beforehand and since our sleep is quite deep, it didn’t bother us. Still, if your sleep is easily disrupted, I‘d recommend a room on the other side. Also, for the summer I‘d recommend lighter blankets, but I suppose that is just a matter of personal preference.

Fabulous

Extremely friendly staff. Clean. It had what we needed and the breakfast was really good for this size hotel - and of course bio. Walk to City center in minutes.

Parking is not easy if you have a large car. We had a room facing the train tracks. It was far more noisy that we thought. With the windows closed it was ok (Except the freight trains will wake you up). If you are a light sleeper this will certainly be an issue for you. Ask for a room facing away from the tracks in that case.
