The hotel was quite charming and in a beautiful place. The bathroom and room were clean.
The breakfast that was offered seemed a little over priced for what I received.

Lovely rooms, with great views, in a quaint picturesque little french village with all amenities at a fair price.
Our only real disappointment was the owner, he was pretty grumpy. We had the odd little question and he treated us like we were being absolutely ridiculous (like asking if they had an iron, or if we could have more cheese with our breakfast). We were travelling with well-travelled visitors from abroad and they were horrified at how rudely we were treated. His wife was friendly though. And the babycot was a disaster, incredibly old and looked like it had never been wiped down before, luckily we had ours in the car.

Breakfast was adequate but limited. We went to other places for a fuller breakfast. Host was very friendly and the dinner was great. Very clean and comfortable.

Very charming hotel in a small, quiet and beautiful village of Zellenberg. The room was super cozy with a view over the small street outside and looking out of the window felt like being in a Disney fairytale. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The restaurant was also outstanding, we stayed 2 nights and had dinner and breakfast both days we were not disappointed.
Lovely staff as well, both we and our dog felt welcome.
The only thing we did not like was the big, shared duvet, 2 smaller would've been nice.

we were here in November
The owners are really nice persons.
the room was clean. The property is on 20 minutes with car from Colmar and 40 min from Strasbourg.
The parking is on 100 m from the hotel. The owners they will give to you a map where you can park
The room is small , when we arrived in the room were some flies.
The heet was by air conditioning, all night we cannot sleep because of the air conditioning noise and also we had headaches because of it.
The beds are old and small
The breakfast is 9 euro per persons , but we didn’t like it: they gave to us some ham and salami, I don’t think we’re fresh , because have it a strange taste, like they was from many days in the fridge ( fridge taste).
In the village where is the hotel, you don’t have nothing to do. Is only the restaurant from the hotel. (small and expensive restaurant).

The owners and their son Jon were very helpful and friendly! The restaurant was a nice treat .. there isn’t much else in the town others than a 1 star Michelin restaurant which seemed closed. Our rooms had a balcony with a table and chairs over looking the vineyards! The shower had good pressure and hot water! Always a plus! Also appeared to have an AC / heating unit, and a mini fridge.
Wasn’t a fan of the carpet in the bathroom. Again the room was very rustic but comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and polity. The old lady who welcomed us, was helping us to bring the bags upstairs.
There was an AC, which was a bonus for the areas, but unfortunately it was not working. As expected in France, the restaurant would accept reservation until 20:00, we travelled from Switzerland and we arrived 20:30 and we were offered only a foies gras Flan, which was not my taste.

We were so grateful to be welcomed in this safe, cosy hotel at the height of the Covid-19 situation. The owners kindly cooked us a delicious and welcome meal although we were the only guests for that night. The location was perfect - quiet and picturesque amongst the vineyards. We easily parked our car in a nearby square. Breakfast was great, with fresh croissants and welcome coffee. We were driving back from Italy and our night at Schlossburg refreshed us for our next day's full drive. Merci beaucoup, Monsieur et Madame und danke!
It was all perfect, from start to finish.
A warm welcome, a comfortable room with a kettle to make our English tea in the morning ;).
The room was on the ground floor and easy to access the restaurant opposite in the little street.

The hotel rooms are across the street from the restaurant. Modern facilities and comfortable bedroom in a 16th century building. The restaurant is very traditional, old style Alsace. Serving authentic local cuisine. The owners are very friendly and Madame speaks some English. There is parking just up from the hotel in a square.

The location was good. It was a nice small village near Ribeauvillé and Rikwihr. The view from the rooms was beautiful. The breakfast was nice. The price was ok and the owner were friendly.
The hotel was a little bit outdated. The towels were old and this made them look less clean. If they made a little bit more effort to change this kind of details it would be better.
