Nice place located to the ceter and closed to the bus station for Tre Cime and 5torri.

Traditional decor, shutter windows, comfortable beds, great location in shopping are of cortina. Easy to park nearby
No a/c but this is standard for Northern Europe. A little tricky to find as small streets near hotel . Very basic breakfast offering.

lovely hotel, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, next to the church. Beautifully maintained, traditional property with attention to detail. Excellent breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient.
Not so much a dislike as a note to
guests. The hotel is very central but this means you can’t park near it. Though you can reserve a space a five minute walk away and the young lad on the front desk escorted us all the way there and back! The town is quite lively and the clock chimes every 15 minutes and tolls at 8am an noon. This didn’t bother us, we found it quite nice, but if you want a quiet hotel this might not be for you!

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Service at this exceptional. The concierges were so helpful in transportation options. The food and service at the restaurant was top notch.

location in the city center, very comfortable and super friendly staff
Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars Hotel: from
table setting, to the bread options, no vegetables, little fruits, etc.

Monica and front desk were very helpful.
would be good for travelers with cars to get detailed instructions in advance on where to park when checking in. Also, ability to get coffee very early in the morning instead of waiting until breakfast is served.

Great location - handy to the ski buses
Breakfast was dreadful - “hot”
choices lukewarm at best, same for the coffee. For the price would have expected a chef on duty.
Lift was slow and jerky.

Great location, easy to get to the ski lifts, very helpful staff.
The room is quiet and warm. Good beds.
Breakfasts are not good, no coffee and tea in the room.
Suite for three people had amenities for only two.
The water in the minibar is not complimentary, although the.price is not mentioned anywhere.
Minibar itself was empty aside of two bottles of water.

Hotel was very comfortable with a great view. Staff was very welcoming and friendly and took very good care of us. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Good menu for lunch/dinner. Right in the middle of the town center, it is central to shops and the cable car.
The room was a bit small and had nowhere for us to lounge except on the bed. Make sure to ask for more pillows! Also, be prepared to listen to the church bells up close and personal as the hotel is within spitting distance of the beautiful church. We found we got used to them very quickly.

The staff that checked us in was very rude for the duration of our stay. The room advertised on Booking.com indicated it had two single beds and one large double bed but when we showed up, the hotel told us no such room existed and that the sofa in the living room could be turned into a double bed. We had specifically booked this room because we wanted the three separate beds and it was a big inconvenience not to have that setup. The hotel didn’t offer to correct the mistake at all. Bad advertising and bad service.

Great location, room, view, etc. Room was clean and roomy.
A bit expensive. Breakfast "hot" foods were actually cold.

The old world charm.
The staff all appeared to be very happy and worked very efficiently and conscientiously.
Beautiful breakfast and good coffee served in silver pots.
I liked being shown my room and helped with my luggage.
An earlier breakfast start than 7.30am.

Location and service was good. Excellent help from receptionist/consierge on anything from trails to restaurants.
Though not their fault, they are very close to a number of bell towers, going off before 8 in the morning every day.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Truly the nicest people who went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. They would give us directions, help us plan our day, explain the bus routes, and call us cabs. Every single person who worked there was beyond friendly. The location was in the center of town and unmatched. Great rooms, great shower. Will be recommending to everyone!
The only complaint which is barely a complaint — they didn’t fully replenish things at breakfast so you had to get there early to get the full selection.

Good Location, pleasant staff. paid for the half board and was satisfied with the meals.
Pillows were uncomfortable and the room’s curtains didn’t block any light from coming in so sleeping was a challenge.

Great location. wonderful staff (especially at the front desk) with a certain old world Italian charm.
this hotel is well kept and has managed to hold on to the old world Italian grandeur.
