Ótimo lugar para se hospedar, na próxima ida a Bariloche nos hospedaremos no mesmo lugar!

Café da manhã excelente, com um ótimo período de serviço. Quarto aconchegante e limpo, com mobiliário mais rústicos seguindo a proposta do hotel. Colaboradores atenciosos e prestativos. A localização do hotel também é excelente, há poucos passos da rua Mitre e de frente para o lago.

Os equipamentos multimídia do quarto poderiam ser mais modernos. As regulagens do aquecedor do quarto não são muito eficazes, o quarto permanecia bem quente apesar de regular.

Que no tiene rampa tanto en el frente como desde el estacionamiento. El estacionamiento por ser descubierto, alejado y sin cobertura para llegar al mismo (nieve/lluvia) un poco caro!

Buena ubicación muy cercana a todo el centro de Bariloche.

No hay aire acondicionado ni tampoco un ventilador. No hay frigobar. Instalaciones muy antiguas. El desayuno no es variado, se espera mucho más cuando se vende un desayuno buffet. No volvería ni lo recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio. La ubicación y vistas al lago no compensan la regular calidad de servicio.

The view.

An old hotel in all aspects. No air conditioning in a room that the window does not fully open. The parking spot for checking in, right in front of the hotel, was full and the staff said it was a police problem, not theirs. The hotel parking space, paid, behind the building, has a 2 store stair, narrow, impossible to carry luggage. By the way, they have no one to help with luggage.

Average room, decent location

The hotel staff person during the night shift was amazing. The room was too hot and opening the windows made the room too noisy. The person at reception provided us with a table fan which was a life saver. The rest of the staff weren't too helpful.

The hotel staff apart from the person who helped us were just ok. The room is not good value. It is too small, too hot and too noisy. Might be better value in the winters. The location is quite nice though.

Excelente ubicación y precio razonable

La vista al lago en el comedor es maravillosa. La ubicación y conectividad increíbles. Personal muy amable. Limpieza impecable.

La vista de la habitación era hacia unos tejados muy feos. Las sábanas eran sintéticas y duras. Las almohadas muy voluminosas. La puerta era con llave, mientras que otras habitaciones tenían tarjeta, lo cual era más cómodo. El vidrio de la ducha era muy pequeño, por lo que se escapaba el agua al ducharse, mojando todo el piso. En general las medialunas del desayuno estaban añejas y secas, siendo que hay una alta expectativa a la calidad por ser la especialidad de la zona.

El desayuno buffet muy completo. Destaco la atención brindada por el personal, trato cordial y siempre dispuestos. Los recepcionistas nos recomendaron una agencia de excursiones muy responsable, nos pidieron los remises, etc., en fin solícitos y amables. Las chicas del bar muy amables.

Comfortable hotel, if a little basic.

Hotel was in a very good position and provided adequate accommodation for a very reasonable price.

It is quite basic, but you get what you pay for. There is no air-con which I suspect would be an issue in the summer months especially as the hotel is on a main road and traffic noise could be an issue if you had the window open.

The location is great, the views from the restaurant amazing and the staff is friendly

outdated, the sheets have a smell (like humid), the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

the staff was not helpful, english was bad.. our toilet was not flushing the whole first evening and night. we did not get new room, it got fixed only the next day, as compesation we got lousy 2 glasses of wine and some cheese... definitely not great, minibar is missing, we could not get any water in the hotel, the premisese are old and would use some renovations, the breakfast is mediocre at best

I would not recommend to stay at this hotel - it’s too expensive for an hotel that was probably top notch 30 years ago.

the staff was friendly, they helped us with all our questions and needs. lovely people especially the team of the bar (I twisted my ankle and asked them several times for ice which they were happy to provide)

the property is directly on the lake but our room was on the parking lot side : the city is so small that you don’t really need to be directly on the lake but can be at a 2 min distance and have probably a much nicer room. the rooms are old, small, and the beds are small and not very comfortable .

Great location, good value for money

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of storage space. The shower is terrific. The breakfast Is very good.

The hotel is a bit dated, could use a little refurbishing.
