Très décevant

Endroit agréable, bien situé par rapport aux Hot springs. Climatisation et draps en coton.

Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec le sourire mais ils ne nous ont donné aucune explication, ils allaient même oublier de nous montrer où était notre chambre. Rien sur la possibilité de faire chauffer de l'eau pour qu'on puisse se préparer un petit déjeuner, j'ai dû récupérer deux tasses dans l'évier et les laver. La chambre pourtant deluxe était très petite avec une salle de douche minuscule. Pas de tables de nuit, décoration horrible (vieilles images scotchés au mur...). Des affiches partout pour qu'on jette les ordures mais il faut chercher les poubelles. Les chats les vident dès qu'on a le dos tourné. Bref, ça va pour une nuit et si on ne trouve rien d'autre.

Overall the host made our stay very nice.

Lovely lovely host. Very friendly healthy looking cats to greet us each day.Nice garden.

Everything was nice but I felt it was a little overpriced

Great location for a short stay in Poring, with wonderful hosts and homely atmosphere!

Loved that the hosts took so much care and effort to make our stay great. Very homely, made for a great visit to socialise with other guests.

The facilities were quite simple, there was no wifi provided and minimal phone service.

Lovely, peaceful location but a bit out of the way to walk anywhere. The owner kindly offered to drop me off at the hot springs though and bus stop when I was leaving. No restaurant on site or in walking distance but cooking facilities available.

Very nice, non-posh place, with a warm and helpful host family.

Very nice, non-posh place, with a warm and helpful host family. The rooms are basic, aligned to a large shared terrace, where you can see all kind of interesting animals. 10 minutes-walk away are the hot and warm springs, also the entrance to the waterfalls. A five-minute walk brings you to the small Langanan river where you can bath and see fishes. Highly recommended especially for families.

Doors could be a bit more isolated to reduce the noise from the other guests.

It was the beginning of the self-organized family Borneo trip.

Great location, interesting and very friendly hosts. We had a good time around. We were hosted with care and were invited to join the family activities, tea, homemade snack, etc. We really appreciate our time there. Nice place to begin our self-organized family Sabah tour.

It was not a problem for us, but we think, if the main patio and the main lodge area/porch got serious cleaning and going over the endless mess of millions of random items, it would be an amazing place. Otherwise it is a chaotic fustercluck of forgotten pieces of random origin: starting on broken action figures and on finishing on motorbike parts or so... For 1-2 day stay, it is ok, but for a longer one, I would find it distracting.
