I liked everything about this hotel. Firstly, its geographical location is surrounded by many beautiful places. The National Museum, the old city center can be easily reached. There is also a supermarket and many small restaurants near it. Secondly, room service is provided every day. The room is cleaned. When I return to the hotel, I find The room is clean and tidy and smells nice. The interior decoration is lavish and full of art
There is no mini fridge in the room

location, room and cleanliness
I was little disappointed about staff this time. usually, they are very friendly, and this is one the reasons we always look forward to staying at this hotel, but this time stuff looked mean and was not friendly at all. I noticed this hotel was packed and maybe this is the reason personnel is caring less about how they reflect to their customers since they have lots of business now. I think next time will look for another hotel instead.

The area is great! it’s safe (didn’t go out at night though), close to the center (many transport options available), lots of delicious food!!! it’s near the Guadeloupe church and in December we saw some carnival walks and celebrations (wich were very interesting for us).
it’s a good place, but mostly for adults, as walls are thin and you can here other guests sometimes. The furniture a bit old, sometimes bedsheets have holes (but they are clean).
still I can recommend this place for its price because of the great location, personal and cleanliness

the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. if you love walking, our lady of guadalupe and the downtown area are like 40 minute walk, wich is not bad at all. the very nice and safe main walkway to the basilica is right in front of the hotel
the people at the reception desk could be a little of more help, they did not know much about giving directions to bus stops or places

That it was cheap
They gave away our room even tho we messaged and said we would be late and then our flight was delayed and we were late. Ended up offering a single room for 2 guys which we took because we needed a room. Not an ok place to stay

Big room but smokers outside and everywhere in other rooms.although it’s prohibited no one cares. tge rest is okay, you can’t expect much for 20$. It’s perfect when you speak Spanish and don’t want to spend ridiculous amounts of money at the Hilton,my normal to go brand. Staff is very nice and try to accommodate you the best way. Wifi was fast
Seedy area, dirty . Very unsafe at night.

Everything was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay with my daughter. the house had everything you need for a quality vacation. Maria, the owner, was very caring and you can turn to her for everything you need. The location was favorable for me personally because the house is in a beautiful part of city , security is at a high level, I went to the beach by taxi - about 250 mxp and I discovered a public transport line to the city center - bus R26. From the center you can continue to wait for bus 1, which runs through the entire hotel area, but the journey takes a little longer - about 2 hours. At 30 m from the house there is a swimming pool where I spent every night with my daughter and met wonderful people.
Everything was perfect . 👍

Well located next to bus stops which take you directly into the city and a metro station within 15 mins walking distance.
Nice clean room with en suite bathroom, clean and at a fantastic price.

Comfortable large rooms
Huge beds
Large TV and a "sound system" to connect your phone to
Friendly cleaning staff
Room service
No AC or fan. The room gets quite stuffy if you close the window
Street outside can be noisy during the day
Reception staff need cheering up
Wifi ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Hot water didn't work a lot of the time.
If you have kids with you make sure you do not let them turn the TV on. When I turned it on it was already tuned into one of hardcore adult channels

I've stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. For the most part, I enjoyed it this time, too. I stayed for almost 3 weeks. The staff members were really kind. Room service is offered. The shower was hot. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was comfortable enough. The room was very spacious and well-lit. The location is perfect for getting exercise on the way to the Basilica de Guadalupe. There's a Walmart not too far away. There are lots of restaurants nearby. On the back streets, there's a huge street market with all kinds of clothes and food.
The internet was spotty but fast when it was working. The walls are thin and there's space under the room door, so I was able to hear conversations outside of my room and the sex sounds of the people in the room next to me. I had a room on the opposite side, away from the street and facing the garden. I didn't use my window much because I could see directly into another person's room when his window was opened, too. Other people with their rooms facing the garden didn't find it necessary to close the window when having sex, so of course they were audible, too.
