Location was perfect, great view of the sea. It was also in a quiet area of sunny beach, for us this was excellent. The staff was also great, well prepared, and helpful. The pool was also great!
WiFi was terrible, and whe. It works, it had slow speed. What I also did not like, is that the bartenders were also drinking alcohol, which was not very professional. Another point was the beach, it was quite far away from toilets and bar

Am gasit camera curata dupa aceea nu s-a mai facut absolut deloc curat,la pranz si cina mancare de cantina,foarte proasta,prajituri jalnice,nu merita banii nici pe departe plus am platit in fiecare zi sezlong cu umbrela,hotelul are foarte putine pt cit de mare e hotelul.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Food was diversified , with many many options. Pools are big and not near the property limit so you get enough privacy. Beach is 10m away. Price for the night was good enough. We plan to visit this location every year if they keep the same quality/price (it is our second year now).
Soups were a bit too salty for my taste (remember that you can add salt if you want, but you can't remove it if it is too much)

The location is awesome and the building and the lobby are very nice. The food was good. Some of the main restaurant and front desk staff are nice and work very hard
I was planning on working remotely for a couple days but there was no internet in the room. The internet was only good in the lobby but it was too loud to work there.
The beach / pool towels can only be replaced between 4 and 5 pm. This was an inconvenience that I am not used to. I didn’t want to wear a watch or carry my phone while on vacation.
Housekeeping on my floor were extremely rude. They yelled at me for touching their towels when I tried to swap a few towels on my own. They continued to be rude and unhelpful for the duration of my stay. The hotel towels were like 2 star hotel towels.
I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I started using the bathtub stopper at night and that helped.
They have a dress code for men only for dinner. No toe strap sandals for men. I personally dislike dress codes targeting men.

I liked everything, the food, the drinks, the staff, the view, the pool, the beach bar and the beach. Everything was like in the pictures. And I love that is pink 💗

Not a lot, the outdoor area and pools were the best. The rest not so.
The hotel is dated and very worn out. The carpets in the hallways are thread bear. The rooms are like something from the 70's. The staff are mainly miserable, probably for having to work there. The food was an absolute rubbish, everyday the same slops. The towels for the pool could only be changed once a day for a one hour period. The ultra all inclusive is a joke, they say top self!! i have never heard one of the brands and they all tasted awful. This is and probably will be the worse all inclusive hotel i ever stayed at. The snack bar does the same food everyday and it still cant get that right. To top it all my daughter had towels in her room with bugs crawling all over them, when she complained, there was a roll of the eyes from the member of staff and she handed clean ones without a sorry or even comment. The rooms are cleaned daily supposedly but the beds are changed twice in a one week stay. Rubbish throughout.

So here's ou second review of DIT MAJESTIC, from which we've recently returned.
An "Ultra All Inclusive" concept for which we've payed almost 1.800 euros. Over 200 euros more than last year, and with a little less quality then last year.
Bear with me please, 'cause I'm gonna split this into good and bad:
THE GOOD:
- VERY CLEAN LOCATION.
It's no surprise, I don't know how they manage to do it every time, there isn't a single leaf on the sidewalks, not a cigarette mug on the ground, not a fly in the pools, not a yellow straw of grass near the trimmed bushes.
The whole place is very clean and tidy and also the room service does their job with efficiency.
- VERY KIND STAFF:
Their english is constantly improving, ever since we've starting visiting this country for vacations (2017) we see that every year things are improving in the communication sector.
The room cleaning teams have absolutely no understanding of english, but everybody else manages.
- VERY WIDE FOOD VARIETY:
We didn't expect anything less in this sector, but although the variety remains, the quality of some products lacks. These will be debated further on.
The stews remain their forte: everything KAVARMA related (the bulgarian stews) remain the BEST STEWS I've ever eaten. Beef, Pork, Chicken... they really konw how to cook them.
- GOOD BEVERAGE VARIETY:
Although they have substracted some of the cocktails and spirits, they still manage to offer a somewhat pleasant drinking experience for us balkans.
The beer was always fresh and cold, the SLOVENA beer which was local was a very pleasant surprise, very close to BURGASKO, a perfect taste in my opinion.
The Brandy is a no go however, it will be debated further on.
- GREAT POOLS:
The pools remain as clean and cozy as they always were.
Unforgetable experience with kids.
THE NOT SO GOOD:
- LACK OF LOUNGES !!! At The BEACH !!!
In the past they had a full array of lounges with umbrellas and tables at the beach, well, maby not enough for the whole hotel to enjoy but still... an enormous portion of the beach was reserved for MAJESTIC.
NOW ??? They have (ATTENTION) only 5 ROWS of LOUNGES !!!
5 ROWS in the left side , near a beach bar, for which YOU NEED TO GET UP AT 04:30 in the morning to ensure that you get a place, let alone one in front.
We woke up at 05:30 and THERE WERE ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT !!! At the backside.
People used to take turns to guard them.
This is totally not cool.
I mean why in the world a much smaller hotel, like MARVELL, besides DIT, has the whole array DIT had in the past and now DIT has this tiny winy array ???
This is the main reason I'm cutting a star and a half from the score.
- The BEER CORNER serves only beer now. Fresh, good, clean beer, in frozen pints, but besides a couple of snacks (peanuts and sticks), nothing more.
- They took out the LONG ISLAND ICE TEA from the menu.
Most barthenders know how to make it, but it isn't an option anymore.
- The BRANDY SUCKS !!! Literally sucks.
I'm a huge cigar / brandy fan and the PESHTERA they have now (or how it's called) it's ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !
The whiskey was a good surprise, HANKEY BANNISTER seems quite decent. But still, it's not brandy.
- The food is great in variety, but the SOUPS ar DISASTRUOUS !!
We romanians are heavy broth eaters, but there, besides an occasional vegetable cream soup, nothing was to be had.
The Chicken Soup was TERRIBLE ! No taste at all.
The Fish Soup was ALSO TERRIBLE. We've even found LAMB in it, and this raises the question: "what do they use to make this soups ?? LEFTOVERS ???"
Their minced meat dishes still contain that condiment we're not fond of... couldn't say what it is, but it's disturbing.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SEAFOOD !

The rooms are big, the staff from the Turkey is very nice, and the food for adults is good.
If you want to make a reservation at this hotel, it is better to know this: The hotel has a capacity of over 1000 tourists, but they have just around 100 sunbeds at the beach. So, you will be very lucky to get one. Secondly, the food from the kids corner is over 80% fried, so unhealthy. In 2023 the beauty salon and the shop are closed. The doctor is not on the location. If you want to make a reservation to the Japanesse or Italian resturant, do that when you arrive because after one or two days you will be informed that they do not have enough space.

- Hotel is very clean, the rooms are well equipped and the furniture is in good condition
- Food is good, very diverse and well prepared and the waiters are kind and helpful
- Hotel has nice pools, garden and a good view to the sea
- Hotel beach is shared with other hotel (Marvel), they are not having a clear distinction for the sun beds and the personal from the other hotel didn't let me sit on the sun beds because they said they belonged to the other hotel and they behaved very impolite. When I went to Majestic reception to report this case they didn't take any action. So, be prepared to be kicked out from the sun bed you think is for Majestic hotel.
- In the last day before the check out a hotel personal member come to my room to announce me that I must clear the room, this was happened before the checkout hour and again the hotel person was addressing this request in a very unpolite way.
-The hotel personal (except the waiters) are not helpful, are inflexible, impolite and many of them have issues in understanding English
- Attention to the parking, because you must check out at the same time when you leave the room, otherwise you will pay 20 Leva per hour. We didn’t know this rule and we stayed for another 45 minutes and they didn’t let us go with the car from the parking without paying this huge fee. We discussed this to the reception personal an after 10 minutes of argue they let us go without paying, but they are very inflexible and they don’t know to communicate the hotel rules clearly from the beginning.

The sunbeds by the sea were not in front of the hotel. Confusing for our children not to have them as you go out of hotel.

All good, the staff was wonderful, it was clean. The only bad thing is that at the beach, the sunbeds were limited, you had to be early to catch an empty one.
Many people occupied the sunbeds and they were going to eat breakfast, and the staff couldn't help.

The food was exceptional! The buffet in the main restaurant was different every day, you will always find something that will amaze you! Ice cream and desserts were also a delight! Huge variety in beverages and cocktails to enjoy throughout the whole day! The pools were very clean and huge! Our room was extremely clean, big and with great view of the beach and the pools! Overall the hotel gets a 10 for hygiene and a 10 for food and beverages! Staff was usually very polite and we have to specially thank the animation team for the amazing fun times and games!
The one thing we really didn't like was that guests reversed the sunbeds by the pool just by leaving their towels on them all day. Hotel management should do something about that. The furnishing in the room looked old fashioned, the other two restaurants in the resort were closed in June and also the wine and the orange juice were awful. And that's about it with the negative things we have to say about this lovely resort!

Everything looked just like the pictures, had a very good location, there were many food options and a lot of activities around the pool day time and at night.
A little upgrade on the drinks side is needed.

I really appreciated that we received an upgrade of the room free of charge. The resort has really nice garden and rooms with spectacular sea panorama, large clean pools.
There were no sunbeds on the beach (1-4 June 2023) and when I asked at the reception, they told me that there will be only in a week or so, while other hotels already had them on the beach. This was really disappointing! You should inform your customers that what is written on Booking is not valid in the beginning of summer.
There is no soundproof at all, you can here every word from the other rooms.
The food is not great, not terrible... but drinks are really bad, poor quality even for juices. I don't expect to have great quality at this price, I am just comparing with other all inclusive hotels. Here the wine cannot even be called wine; you should definitely revise your drinks providers.

Friendly staff, activities during the day, excelent food with very good variety, comfy and clean rooms. Everything was well maintained in the hotel. Reccomend going on a quick visit to Nessebar peninsula.

Pro: large rooms, pool area wide and clean, clean gardens and well maintined, multitasking staff as they are missing personel, various food to choose from though not so good quality.
I would choose another hotel for the next holiday in Bulgaria, but overall it was not bad, we had fun, even the facilities were not as expected.
-Missing kids playing facilities, playground very small and for very small kids.
-Its not ultra all inclusive, they only have the breakfast, lunch and dinner, no snack bars anywhere
- Very low quality of drinks, all of them, from coffee, sodas...etc
- no private beach area, we book the hotel with beach and sunbeds facilities, but the beah was only in the right side, it was not thei hotels and it was for the price of 27 bulgarian leva 2 sunbeds with umbrella. This issue was subject to argue wth the hotel as al the guests were having this problem.
No beach bar on the beach, no toilet, nothing, just the sand and the sea, which was ok.
