Beautiful Boutique hotel. Great big rooms with lovely facilities including a pool table. Cocktails were delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Tons of style, great food and wine and well thought out comfortable rooms. Very impressed.

Style of both hotel common areas and room, cleanliness, food, wine, breakfast.

The gym had cardio equipment only, maybe a basic dumbbell would be nice to add.

Great Unique Hotel in Santa Cruz

The facilities were great. ambience and decor were amazing. Rooms extremely confortable. Even restaurant had great food!

Location is not the best for touring the old part of the city. Great location for easy access to good restaurants

Prepare to be very pleasantly surprised.

Enormous space, views from the terraces, breakfast was superb, most staff friendly and helpful. Not much I can say against this place. One of the nicest and best value places I’ve stayed in in Latin America, and I’ve notched up a good few.

Nothing really. Santa Cruz is not the most attractive or inspiring city (it is an agro business based city with the support industries for that business), but that is not the fault of the hotel. one small gripe - some outside furniture on the enormous terrace would have been nice.

Very cozy hotel. Excellent staff. I enjoyed the decoration of the rooms.

I would have liked to have the posibilty to have breakfast in the bedroom. Otherwise, everything else was excellent

Hotel excellent! Good food, interesting arts objects and designs. Very good matrasses. Very masculine atmosphere, not cosy
