Übernachtung in Rheinbach

Zimmer gut und sauber, Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung. Personal sehr nett, reichlich Parkplätze.

Niet slecht maar ook niet echt goed

Parkeren, inchecken, ging soepel. Restaurant direct in het hotel

Het bed was klein en Spartaans, gordijnen konden niet dicht en alleen Duitse zenders op tv. Restaurant personeel was bazig en beetje brutaal.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war an einen anderen Gast vergeben.

Wir hatten ein „großes Zimmer“ für Samstag und Sonntag gebucht und bezahlt. Erhalten haben wir ein „Standardzimmer“, ohne dass beim Check-in auf die Änderung hingewiesen wurden. Als wir den Wechsel reklamierten, hieß es, dass das Zimmer gebraucht würde, ein Gast habe Zimmer für eine Hochzeit gebucht. Bedauern oder eine Entschuldigung wurden nicht ausgedrückt. Es hieß, wir könnten am zweiten Tag in das große Zimmer wechseln (haben wir abgelehnt). Als wir auf den Preisunterschied hinwiesen, wurden wir auf den Rezeptionisten am Montag verwiesen. Der Rezeptionist am Montag äußerte Bedauern und veranlasste eine zügige Überweisung des Differenzbetrages. Die Punkte sind für den freundlichen und schnellen Frühstücksservice. Wiederkommen werden wir trotzdem nicht.

Preiswertes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen

Nähe zum Monte Mare, Zimmer sauber, Check in bis 24 Uhr möglich, super Frühstück, Nichtraucher Zimmer

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer zum Raucher Pavillon bzw. zur Raucherterrasse und leider war der Rauchgestank in meinem Zimmer unerträglich bei offenen Fenster ebenso das Geplapper bis in die frühen Morgenstunden einiger Gäste auf der Terrasse . Schlafen konnte man nur von 4-6 Uhr morgens. Dann ging das Gelaber wieder los und der Gestank im Zimmer. Wahrscheinlich ist es nicht immer so, aber an dem WE war es extrem.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Personal (Frühstücksraum, Empfang) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Außenbereich, sodass hier Zigarettenrauch störend ins Zimmer zog.

Handy location for touring.

Nice clean accommodation, friendly staff, easy check in. A spacious room with comfortable beds. Decent sized bathroom. A good breakfast. Underground parking garage for my motorcycle.

Noisy road beside my room meant you couldn’t open the windows but they did block the noise. The air conditioning was not very effective. No hot water in morning for a decent shower. No curtain or blinds on the window only mesh curtain.

Basic facilities, more than enough. Cartain cannot shield sunlight from window. We have to wake up early, healthy but not comfort for long sleepers like me.

Disappointing

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying longer than 1 night. The breakfast staff were so rude. They counted and surveyed everything you ate.

Exceptional

Check-In and Check-out is so fast. The staff were great and friendly. Costs are affordable

Rooms are not sound proof. But the Costs of the stay justifies the facilities .

Perfect room and excellent breakfast. The road is close but you really can't hear it qhen you close the Windows. Lots of parking and really helpful staff.

Friendly, welcoming Hotel, excellent value for money.

The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were superb, everything fresh. Evening meals were also really nice and filling. Rooms are comfortable, clean, with Coffee makers, bottled water at reception. All in all a superb stay - I will be there again soon!

Only one disabled parking space, parking a little cramped. Otherwise little negative to add!

Convenient to the motorway. Good for an overnight stop.

No bar or restaurant open at 8:30pm. No reception but keys were left for us so easy access.

Very practical for short stop while on the road, reception organised room key well, although reception was closed. Nice tea, coffee and kettle in the room. Clean and fresh room.

I was surprised the hotel was rated “quiet” so close to large roads. For those who like to sleep with windows open, it’s not so quiet. Okay with windows closed.
