Ruhiges, großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, schöne Anlage, freundliches Personal
Late Check out (3Stunden) wäre sehr teuer gewesen (soviel wie eine Übernachtung!)

Amazing
Nothing

We liked everything: the really nice and welcoming staff (especially Priya), the spacious rooms, the relaxing environment, the pool, the clean beach, the great restaurant
There was nothing we didn’t like. The check-in process could have been smoother as the rooms weren’t ready at 15:00 but they made up for it with a late checkout

staff wasn’t helpful in changing my dates after explaining to them a medical condition and needing to leave on emergency.
wanted to change from 3 night to 1 instead and they did not allow it; other hotels are much more helpful specially in an emergency situation.

The pool villas were out of this world, the infinity pool and the gardens were beautiful, food was fantastic, and the beach was amazing. They even had kayaks to take out into the waters. Felt so relaxed we extended our stay.

This is a typical old-style "luxe" hotel in Thailand. The hotel is set in extensive tropical gardens, well away from the road and it enjoys peace and tranquility. The room we had was huge - we had deliberately selected that type of room and the space certainly didn't disappoint. Breakfast was nice enough and located overlooking the sea so really quite lovely.
The room lighting is rather dire, I'm afraid, especially in the bathroom where it's pretty difficult to see well-enough to shave. There's no lack of lights but they are just too dim for their intended purpose. The wifi was also very weak in our room and we had to go to reception a couple of times to get a signal. However, staff were very responsive and helpful and certainly did their best to assist us.

Beautiful pool right in front of the beach, great for kids! Food & drinks are great too. The sunsets are amazing 🤩
The menu is a little overpriced.

beautiful location and gardens, attention to detail was remarkable
Spar was closed, was not mentioned in the booking, some of the fixtures are on the dated side

Pretty resort, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good.
I had £50 taken from my purse in my room when I went to the pool for a swim. Informed staff and they said there was nothing they could do. This ruined most of my stay.
The spa pool in the room was freezing and too many chemicals used which burns your eyes. The room was dusty. Couldn't find the light switch to turn the bed side light off. When we checked in we were given the key and was not shown around the room or resort.
There was no facilities to make a hot drink, unless you wanted to pay extra for a coffee. When booking this gave the impression this was included. Very disappointed.

Outstanding breakfast and the food in the restaurant is also really good.
The beach is private and therefore really quite and enioyable.
The whole resort is covered with plants, which gives it a jungle vibe.
The bungalows dont have twin beds, but you can book twin beds..
But the bed is kingsize, so it didnt really matter.

The resort itself is situated at a nice stretch of the beach, very private and safe, ample parking (and near to room), check-in was fast, the room is well laid out, super clean, well equipped, the Dolce Gusto coffee was great, the amenities are sufficient and it is very peaceful. I like the restaurant, the staff was very kind and helpful and supportive, the food is great and very affordable prices. I like the pool and location and serenity of the accommodation.
The resort is great, i do not have anything that i disliked, it is very peaceful and quiet, perhaps not immediately next to other restaurants nearby, but it is not an inconvenience.

Food is good. Beach nice and clean. Late check out. Decent prices.

The resort is a great place to "get away from it all" in the Pattaya area. It's location very likely has the best beach before reaching Sattahip. The accommodations are spacious and the resort itself is very spread out, with a junglelike garden feel. Nothing much to complain and especially suitable for relaxing at the resort. Definitely best to have your own transport if you want to venture out for dinner or drinks, though potentially you could walk on the beach towards Bang Saray for some other dining options.
Not much to dislike. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that is was difficult to get the huge room in the right temperature.

The resort is a huge lush green garden, with old trees and beautiful nature surrounding the villas. We loved the sound of nature, fragrance of the garden in blossom.
The breakfast was magnificently served according to all possible COVID measures. The staffs at the restaurant are more, than attentive.
We used to dine at the resort only and so we enjoyed delicious dishes, served beautifully.
The villa with the garden view was spacious, with everything you need during your stay.
A bitter drop occurred up on arrival, when we were checked-in in another room, than the one we booked. It happened to us already in the past, at another places, that in case a resort would be overbooked, Thai customers would get the priority, and foreign guests would get a 'degrade'. This is, what we sensed was happening there. However, we finally have gotten the chosen and booked villa. But it was an unnecessary incident.

Garden and great beach
Breakfast food quality could be improved
