Booked the hacienda has a special 2 night treat at the beginning of our holidays. Simply amazing, probably the most beautiful hotel i've stayed in.
Expensive but worth every penny. The friendly staff, the views, the rooms, facilities, especially the pools are perfect.
Hard to choose a highlight but think its the quality of the food!! Breakfast, poolside snacks and the Evening meal at Eden are all incredible.
Thankyou Hacienda & see you again soon

The views are amazing… some of the best we’ve seen on the island but the property itself is tired and in need of major investment to bring it up to what they claim is a 5 star. The entire decor of our room was shoddy with light switches covered in paint and unfinished skirting boards, one of which stuck out from the wall and looked hazardous. I have seen complaints regarding cleanliness but I must add our room, sheets and bathroom was.
A major gripe was that when we booked I’d stated two adults and one child ( myself, my 23 year old daughter and my youngest at 16). On checking in we were advised that my youngest would be classed as an adult and so would have to have a bed made up in the room at a cost of 187 euros per night. This bed was smaller than a single bed and not at all comfortable. I struggled to comprehend that, even if we were a family of two with one child, we would be made to sleep in one bed.
It’s also off the beaten track so once you’re there, that’s it. The nearest town for anything you might need is a taxi ride away so if you’re not completely happy with the food served here, you’re stuffed. Myself and my two daughters went for a break last week, one of which is vegan and I have a gluten intolerance. We found the food very limited and sadly had a server at their only restaurant who was very curt when we asked if anything from the menu could be modified. We cut short our planned four day stay and checked into another actual 5 star hotel on the island.
I must add the reception staff were excellent, Lara especially, very accommodating and thankfully didn’t charge us for the remaining days.

The location was good, the views were amazing. Good restaurants taxi drive away.
The breakfast and dinner were terrible. We had to wait 1 hour for breakfast and had to send it back as it was cold. Eggs were terrible, how can you get eggs wrong?

The ambiance, staff and environment were beautiful and peaceful. The rooms and view were perfect as well.
Staff contacted us twice during the night due to a noise complaint of furniture moving and loud noises. It was a misunderstanding because we weren't the ones making noise, we were basically enjoying the view and sleeping during those times.

The location of Hacienda Na Xamena is absolutely breathtaking! We had a family room which had a separate twin room for the teenagers. Hotel staff were fantastic and willing to help with everything. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as it’s about 30-40 mins to Saint Antoni / Ibiza town. We booked hire car through the front desk and it was delivered to the hotel within 15 mins and was reasonably priced.
Pool bar felt overpriced and food was a bit average.

Only the view
When leaving the reception, they made us pay for an extra bed, which we had asked for when booking two months ago! Rude attitude from the staff and personally from the manager! Super incorrect!!!
And last but not least bad food!

Location and views where stunning. Most beautiful sunset and the view on the sea was stunning.
No complimentary water, the rooms where not cleaned nicely and the food on the pool restaurant was horrible. Also the fact that you have to pay 40 Euros extra to use the second pool there is not amusing.

Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and friendly staff. Eden also excellent and a great menu.
Loved my spa treatment. Though the thalassotherapy would be private and involve more options eg cold and hot water but the views were amazing!
Laura on guest relations is exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. She’s an absolute star!

The view, relaxed atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. thoroughly enjoyable stay
I could see directly into the garden area and jacuzzi of the suite below. This meant there was zero privacy for both me and the people in the suite below when using the facilities of our suites.
personally I don’t like to have people be able to see me when I’m in the bath enjoying the view, and I can certainly imagine the people in the private jacuzzi wouldn’t have enjoyed being overseen by others.
For the prices charged by the hotel, a level of privacy is expected.

The views from the hotel are just breathtaking. The room was spacious with fantastic large size private jacuzzi bath tub outside on the terrace. We have used it every day and absolutely loved it. A nice little Bang & Olufsen wireless speaker gave us an opportunity to stream our favorite music while enjoying the warm jacuzzi with fantastic views. The restaurants serve delicious meals and sweat treats. The Spa treatments were great as well. One of the best vacations in our lives. We have already booked our next stay.
The wardrobe cabinets in the room could be a bit bigger. We did not manage to unpack and empty our suitcases during the stay.
The outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold for us, but excellent for people who love swimming in a fresh cold water.

Everything, this place is truly Heaven on earth!!! Never see any place like this. The staff is very friendly, love the shape of our room, our balcony is just stunning, you don’t need to go anywhere to watch the sun set, the sun set just right in front of you!! I will never forget this place, is hundred percent the best spot in Ibiza!!!!

View is stunning no doubt
Be ready that hotel is very tired and old-fashioned, pictures don’t show it. There is no shadow/umbrellas by the pool, so you have to spend all afternoon in the sun or use weird small armchairs with canopies. Food is not tasty especially by the pool (very limited, just fried staff) and lunch menu, room service is not impressive either. Massive lack of privacy, you will hear and see everyone below you on their terraces and balconies and they will hear and see you as well, so idea of romantic sunset for two was very challenging.

Location and views, quite special
No GM, very understaffed, the ‘no sunbed reservation/hogging’ rule not applied. Despite Ops Director promises, nothing done. A sea of unoccupied sunbeds with books on them. Restaurant very good but some food arrived cold, not at the same time, there is so much more but my feelings have been made very clear to the Owner. Happy to go back once a GM is appointed and they operate to their rules and the staffing and training is vastly improved. Such a shame. An allowance was made (c7%) against the substantial bill but I would have much rather the hotel operated as promised and advertised. It is not cheap, and not a fiver star it purports to be at the moment. See picture of a sea of empty but ‘reserved’ sunbeds.

Excellent views and food.
If you did not have reservation for food on evening you had to eat out or room service.
It was 20mins to a nice place to eat in a taxi.

Fantastic views from hotel and room. Helpful staff. Very nice pool area and restaurant with great food.
Some rooms are quite old and tired with some problems: we could smell humidity from the walls. Not so many amenities as you would expect in a resort of this caliber. Feels slightly overpriced if you look at 5* competitors on the island

The location and the overall environment is stunning.
The restaurant is overall poor in service. Order comes late and often incomplete. However the staff is friendly and trying their best.

Fantastic romantic hotel with a great view, in this hotel you feel that you have privacy and individual approach. Really great ❤️
Hotel is more private and for couples, would have been better if it’s adults only.

The view from the pool is amazing!!
Our shower broke on our first night and there was no hot water. This was fixed the following day.
