Good place of stay inside the city.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city, making travel easy. Guests can enjoy city views from their rooms. I loved the food in the restaurant; a wide variety of options were provided, and the service was notably good.

The rooms felt smaller and were congested if an extra bed was used. Additionally, traffic noise could sometimes (during peak hours) be heard even if the windows were closed.

Acceptable, but not outstanding.

Central. Good breakfast.

Very loud. Lots of slamming doors, kids screaming in the hallways. No air conditioning.

Overall good

Location is right inside Munnar Town. Easy access to Market, Restaurant etc.

Room Air Conditioner is not provided as it may be required especially during April, May, June..

Better than expected

Room was very nice. Cool and comfortable. Shower very good. Traffic noise not as bad as feared when we arrived. Staff were helpful. Was good value. Alcohol in bar and restaurant except on religious holidays, such as Good Friday and Easter Monday during our stay... Food in restaurant was very good.

Breakfast variety could have been better. I wouldn't recommend staying in central Munnar, there aren't really a lot of places to eat anyway.

Restaurant let it down a bit

Reception staff and rooms and view was excellent. The general restaurant waiters were friendly and attentive

The restaurant didn't have a lot of menu at lunch time, also another point i and companions noted during stay was the waiters seem to be over worked however the older manager figure in a blue shirt wasn't doing anything at all and at times when busy this made service slow. Room service for 3 drinks to room 211 was also very slow took 30 minutes. Also the inclusive menu options were very restricted

- Very friendly and accommodating staff - Good location city-wise - Clean and spacious room

- The walls were really thin and other guest’s voices ruined our sleep

The best stay in Munnar

A modern hotel with well furnished and neat clean rooms. Almost business-like accomodation. Very nice and helpful staff, fluent in English.

Nice structure and clean rooms and bathrooms. The personnel are very kind and helpful. They helped us in organising a last minute trip to Cochin for 5 people.

Excellent Recommended.

Location perfect right in the middle of town and close to the jeep rental station and bus stand and shopping. Also right where the four roads meet that take you sightseeing in the four different directions. We took the half board deal which worked well. We were lucky to be upgraded to rooms with incredible Mountain views. Breakfast buffet was good. Hot water, amazing wi fi and comfortable bed. Also the only hotel in town with a bar and restaurant serving alcohol.

Some on going renovations causing daytime noise. Not too bad.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property with my big group of family friends and kids!

Very helpful staff, easily approachable location, clean rooms, yummy food at buffet. Interconnected rooms available.

It is a hotel and not a resort. We were completely satisfied with our choice but just clarifying for travellers who may choose this property.

A functional hotel that is quite central but easy to go hiking from

Food was good and staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel was centrally situated but nice and quiet in the rooms. Everything worked well in the room and was clean

The view out the window was of old toilet seats. Many many toilet seats. There was nowhere to go in the hotel apart from the bedroom and the dining room. A sitting room would have been nice

Good stay but overpriced.

Location 10/10 - near munnar bus station Room 7/10 - big clean room. Comfortable bed, toiletries provided.. Charging ports not near the bed.No view. Window doesnt open. Tarrif was 4000+ per night Food : overall good food. But very limited food options so 8/10 Staff : very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Cost is a bit high. Hotels next to this are available at 2K or 1.5k per night.

Keep your stuff secured always:-

Location, facilities, cleanliness, room space, room service etc.

I kept one sealed 5 ltr bisleri water can just outside the room, forgot to keep it inside immediately....one of the room service folks took it away...not even bothered to ask if that belongs to us....When I inquired later at the front office, they ignored this incident and never returned that bottle as well....very unprofessional staff.

Avoid booking this property!!!!

The rooms are fine and the location is good.

Food and overall services are very bad. Management doesn't even care if you make a complaint. During the check in they mentioned that the kitchen is open throughout the day however when we requested for evening tea and some snacks...we were informed that the kitchen is closed and will only open for dinner.

Location, front side Mountain View, staff, restaurant and food

If family give single double bed instead of two joining. Moreover back side view is useless. Make it something better than the dump ground of sanitarywares.

Excellent accommodation and professional staff!

Loved corner deluxe room (201) and despite being near lift shaft, it was mostly quiet. Hotel is beautifully clean, and staff are friendly, professional, and keen to please. The Three Rivers Restaurant has a nice ambience and serves excellent food and also wine and beer.

Walking out of hotel for first time as entrance/exit is right on road on a sharp bend and Indian driving is really scary! Was a bit shocked when we saw Christmas lights being strung in front of our window as I like complete darkness to sleep. Luckily, they didn't interfere too much.

Amazing stay at reasonable price

One of the best properties that I stayed during my South India trip. Cleanliness is at par with 4/5 star hotels. Location is perfect and the internet works well.

Overall good hotel to stay with good ambience, good location and cooperative staff.

Breakfast was good and had both north and South Indian dishes . Restaurant was very clean and having good ambience. Taste was also very good.

Clarity on Food expenses on actual and given in confirmation voucher were not same and need to convince the receptionist and restaurant manager. They should have first aid kit available with them.It costs nothing but matters a lot in emergency.

Stay was good and surely will come next time and will stay at the same hotel

Al though the B fast was not up to the mark there was alacrity BF Quality was not good

Please improve your house keeping as we have to call so many time inorder to get the things of wash room like shaving kit, comb and other things it should be always available in the room

Nicely located hotel with good comfortable rooms

Well located hotel. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Professional staff at the reception. Good room service.

Restaurant: Quality and hygiene of food from their restaurant can be improved. Room: Too much outside noise entering the rooms and seemed like there was no soundproofing.

Except for the attitude of the staff the experience was good.

There was variety in the menu.

The stubbon attitude of the staff about non-booking of the sixth room even when mail from booking.com was shown.

I was very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet room compared to the noise outside. The staff is great.

The buffet breakfast included everything I wanted, fresh fruit, idli, sambar, and other traditional foods. The chef also offered eggs cooked to order. The banana bread was delicious.

A small workout room for exercise would be nice.
