Very enjoyable
Wonderful location. Very well equipped . Only two suggestions- proper shower in the bathroom instead of hand held mixer and new sofa as existing one is very uncomfortable. Other than that all good

We like the location and that it is on the marshes, close to nature and water always wins. Good equipped property
One of the main features for me is the decking above the water, the table and chairs were not kept clean and would have taken it a more than a quick wipe, more like a season clean.I would add 1-2 tablets to the dishwasher, as we did ours by hand. Also we mixed our dates and wanted a cancelation about a month in advance( though I booked it for Easter,but turned out it is for MAy).I know it is our error and it says nonrefundable,but if there is a months notice I would appreciate some flexibility. We were given the opportunity to change dates, providing they are happy, but I checked the dates and most weekends were booked anyway. We would have booked it later for wewilderwood and now we could stay just half the time and half the people ,so it wasn't ideal
