Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Flowers and a hummingbird in the garden. A nice swimming pool. During the night your hear the calming sound of the river flow. The people are also very helpful, arranging a pick up from the airport and a baby bed. We would for sure come back!

Great place in a fantastic location, right next to a beautiful river. It was very quiet during our stay (weekend). It is worth spending some time in San Antonio itself due to the delicious local wines and nice locals.
The breakfasts could be a bit more varied and the fish less burnt (maybe it was a one-time situation, another time it was perfect).

The location was so tranquil next to the river. The pool is a bit scruffy but a great way to cool down.
In the week it was quiet.
Helpful staff.
The restaurant took hours to prepare food, to be expected at the weekend when it was absolutely full with day guests but surprising when there were only a few other guests.
At the weekend, the loud music pumping all day.
Lack of communication before stay. Also lack of clarity over transfers. Told there was a free transfer from town on arrival but there wasn’t. Expensive in a taxi. Not ideal if you want to do day tours as you need to get to and from town.

Excellent breakfast; good meals available in the restaurant.
Guests used the restaurant area to socialize in the evening-sometimes loud and late.

A beautiful place, tucked along the river with incredible views and access to surrounding nature. The nearby community is lovely and it is a joy to walk around the area. The staff of the hotel are friendly, kind and go out if their way to accommodate for a great stay. The waterfall hike is stunning. I can’t wait to visit again.

Loved the family friendly environment! All of the staff I met - Bridgit, Samuel, and Margot (the chef) - were wonderful. Margot made me a special meal. Bridgit made sure I was comfortable and arranged for a moto-taxi for my journey back to Tarapoto. Samuel made himself available to guide me on an incredible river hike to a nearby waterfall. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location- peaceful (which is hard to find in la selva). Small pleasant community close by. Great little swimming pool. Good food. Free shuttle.
There is beginning to be a bat problem in the space between the ceilings and the roofs. It is not bad yet, but if something is not done soon, it will become a big problem.

The personal was really friendly and did everything to feel comfortable. The food was tasty. The place is really nice in the middle of nature.
It would be great to have more furniture in the room, some wardrobe or something like that. The wifi is available (reachable) just in some places.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big, the view and the sound of the river is very nice
It was not very clean
