Noisy room

Lobby area was very nice and size of the rooms were generous. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with a wide choice.

Room was located facing the roadside and was very noisy with beeping/sirens from the traffic, this made it difficult to sleep - a shame as the stay would have been great otherwise.

Exceptional food, beware of the guides-ask for a trustworthy one.

The food was just amazing ! Breakfast and dinner was superb and thanks to chef. Service staff was also amazing, Kirti, Muskan to name a few, and some of the guys, which I am sorry to say forgot their names. Travel desk was also helpful in arranging my tour to Agra and Fatehpur Sikri and also my trip to Jaipur. Thanks to Adnan for arranging this. The driver (again I forgot his name-Parmar sahab??) was extremely helpful and trustworthy. Guide for Taj was helpful.

One of the guide who was arranged by the travel desk for Fatehpur sikri didnt show up initially, and we had someone else who didnt know English. Then we asked for the real guide (Abid?)-the switch was not comfortable for us. Then the real guide- who actually helped us with so many photos, but he was not walking along with us, making us a prey for the scammers and sellers in the road. He also took us to some shop nearby, which was not at all helpful. This part of the trip could have been better arranged by the travel desk.

Great hotel , highly recommend to anyone staying in Agra

Great location , clean , amazing food and staff. Pool area was superb .

Extra bed we requested was very hard and uncomfortable.

Never take room on first floor…. Shabby view. We requested but they ignored.

Room had a defective door bell…. At times working and most of the time not working…..cleanliness was average.

Excellent

The staff were very helpful and caring, especially Sunita helped me and my friends a lot about an issue we had. Room was very clean and silent. The open buffet breakfast was excellent.

Una agradable estancia.

Amplitud de habitación, limpieza, buen wifi, insonorización, desayuno surtido, rico y muy bien presentado, un pequeño homenaje para nosotros que hemos ido a, aunque buenos, hoteles indios, ya que este es un típico hotel estadounidense, nos apetecía tener más confort y mejor desayuno.

La literie

Le relatif mauvais entretien des salles de bain qui n’étaient pas aussi propres qu’on était en droit de l’attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, une chasse d’eau prête à lâcher, la climatisation qui est tombée en panne, donnant lieu à une fuite conséquente venant du plafond ( réparée peu de temps après ), un interrupteur sorti de sa boîte et qui pendait dans le couloir juste en face de notre chambre avec de longs fils électriques à l’air libre pendant un bon moment sans que personne ne bronche ( pas très sécurisant quand vous voyagez avec des enfants ). Enfin, l’impossibilité de commander à la carte au restaurant un soir avec une offre pré établie à prendre ou à laisser. J’ai dû faire une croix sur le dîner du coup, n’ayant pas d’autre restaurant à proximité et le quartier ne donnait pas spécialement envie de se promener dehors le soir. C’est assez agaçant, surtout qu’une autre cliente indienne a pu commander elle à la carte.

disappointed at the service . At the max, a 2-3 star stay at 4-5 star prices.

the breakfast arrangement was pathetic, it was overcrowded with callous unprofessional staff . my family waited for 30 minutes to get one omelete & dosa . never have i seen in a 4/5 star hotel that one has to write their request for the dish & the staff personnel who was writing it was serving dishes to his own favourite guests bypassing the guest orders placed before. In total it appeared to me a ration scam to say the least.

Perfect for a stop-over or for a longer stay. Good place for visiting the Taj Mahal.

Travelled with extended family and all rooms were next to each other. Food and service was excellent. Room was clean, security was good, safe hotel in a colourful area - typical Agra. Rooftop pool was refreshing, communal areas were well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was a life time experience and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Breakfast was a delight. I especially like the Indian cuisine. The staff were friendly and just welcoming and very attentive and responsive.

The staff was courteous and the hotel clean

Constant noise from the roof top from some machinery or cooling tower. The room assigned to us was on the top floor. Room AC cooling was not up to the mark and I had to call the hotel maintenance staff twice to check and fix it.

Decent Stay 7/10.

Property is at a good location- easy to find rikshaw, auto and cabs. Food is also good. Neat and clean.

The room service needs improvement. It was pretty delayed. Staff did not bother much for the requests.

Everything was great. Even the buffet was exceptionally good - provided you were seated in Cafe G and not the other area

I didn’t understand why I was charged more than the booking.com amount. It showed 16.5k while I paid around 17k. There was roughly over 500-600 rs difference without clear explanation.
