Good. Okay

Stay area for driver was lousy. Not fit for sleep. Dingy nd foul smelling. Very very dirty. The most unkept as if never cleaned. Could not think of any reason for this carelessness. The responsible for it’s upkeep needs an explanation for irresponsible behaviour.

High Expectations but low experience.

Its Ramada so the name only.

It was Ramada and we are getting in good deal thats only we like about property. property is on Jaipur - Ajmer highway that is good but its very inside from main highway and you will get nothing outside. it looks like property for not well maintained and used only for corporate or marriage event. room was not much clean. looks like old. food was average. AC was not working properly even we keep at 16. fan running on super high even keep on 1. no bathroom accessories given. even they not mentioned what going to available on call. entire property is no smoking zone still you can smell smoking when enter to room. they given only 1 single charging plug for entire room. Extra bed was horrible even 2 star hotel giving good extra bed.

Pleasant

The property is nice, staff good. The thing i had concerns with is lack of some basic facilities. There was no medicines or thermometer available. There was no person at the gate when we checked in, no body to take up our stuff. Just small things, that differ from the quintessential Ramada experience. We try to book a ramada property on most places because we trust you. Just giving these suggestions so that it stays like that :)

The property had reasonable facilities but is located far from city.

The good things: 1. Polite and responsive staff. 2. Good food, breakfast had reasonable spread and food quality was good. 3. Restaurant staff was responsive to our requests and service was prompt. 4. Property is reasonably well maintained. 5. Housekeeping is OK.

1. The location. The hotel is located far from the city in the midst of a forlorn location with absolutely no facilities around. I was disappointed that a Ramada - Wyndham hotel could be located in such a location and there would not be any prior warning during the booking. Especially when I was travelling with family. 2. Hotel facilities like the 24x7 coffee shop was not operative. 3. Area around Swimming pool requires development. 4. We wanted to shift to any other better located hotel the next day, considering that we were willing to forego one-two days rental, but we were told that there would be no refund for the full 4 day period booking. This was unfair. 5. Lastly, please review the red hotel directory kept in the room. It requires professional proofreading and needs to be updated with correct information.

I will not recommend it at all.

The price point was decent because of the distance from the city.

- The property is located outside the main city which is not ideal, travelling becomes a problem and you end up paying a lot on travel that you'd save getting a hotel in the city. - The breakfast was not that great. - The rooms are not spacious enough. - The rooms were not clean enough. - The staff are not respectful, they waited for us to leave the hotel and then came to clean the room without permission. When raised, they instead started fighting with us saying that this is their policy but nothing is mentioned anywhere.

its a very old property and does not stands to Wyndham’s standards. bathroom was very unclean and the overall cost is not justified for the atay.

Average stay far far away from city and life!

The size of the room were very good! the in room dine-in food quality was also good!

Few things were not as per my expectation: 1. The location of hotel is in complete outskirts! To go to any important place of Jaipur, you need to drive for an hour! 2. Taxi service is not available 3. Food delivery apps were bringing food from at least 10km far restaurant as this was the minimum distance of a better restaurant! 4. The hotel is 5 km away from the highway, and there are no lights on street, which makes it little unsafe to travel after sunset! 5. The basic toiletries were not placed in the room! we had to request from reception to provide! it was strange as this is the minimum that should be available 6. Our suite room was with balcony but it was really dirty with bird poop all over the place! 7. The breakfast was a real disaster! One can judge the quality of buffet by having some breads! The breads were hard and did not seem to be fresh! The croissants were very hard which means they were also not fresh!
