Never expected this kind of bad experience stay in Ooty.

Only the Room Space

Bathroom was not that expected clean and maintained well. They will provide only hot water in between 7AM till 11AM. This point will be highlighted only after you make the payment or check in. With the Ooty weather it would be very difficult to maintain with cold water. This is ridiculous. The things like kettle, sofa are not maintained with cleanliness. If you ask them to do the room cleaning then they will just clean but they dont bother to replace bedsheets. They have shown bathroom with music but that doesnt work and also full of rust inside the bathroom. Had been to same residency 7 years ago and expected the same has been maintained but it's not. Too much rude response from the receptionist and also they ask us to pay half amount after the reservation or else booking will be cancelled.

View from the window is nice and location is also good

We didn't received our complimentary breakfast. Felt like insecure because we inferred there are hidden cameras in our room.

Awesome room and facilities except the bedding

The family room was amazing. It was very clean, the window and the view from it was so refreshing. They had provided RO water dispenser inside the room, that was so thoughtful! The water pressure was good, hot water was available 7-11 in the morning and evening. The toiletry kit was very thoughtful too. We could have dinner in the room, they had plates, bowls, spoons, everything you can expect was there. There was a locker, extra blankets in the cupboard. There was a door partition too between the double bed area and single bed area so privacy was there too. There were two washrooms and the washrooms had hair dryer as well. The room and facilities were so well thought of. The staff was good and helpful, we did not have any issues here. The location was good as well, it was on the road but peaceful. There was ample parking available.

My only issue with this place was that the bedding was smelly. I have sensitive nose and I could not sleep well due to that. My clothes smelled bad too after sleeping in that bed. I don't know if it was the blanket or the blanket cover but it smelled really bad. It was very late by the time we went to sleep and we were tired so I could not take it up with the staff but I wish they will read this and address that because I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I visit Ooty Our shower tub leaked so the washroom became a bit messy and dirty.

Nice and cosy

No AC. No restaurant in the hotel. Per night amount is too high for the facilities. No breakfast.

Family suite - Location, ambience(lighting, color) and water supply all were really great. Bed was good, and first time I got a water dispenser with 20L water in the room

some linen on the bed were torn off, and not great clean with some strains, breakfast unavailability

TV not working & time limits for hot water restricts our plan, should be 24x7 so that we can get flexibility to plan and move on.
