Would come back to stay here. Highly recommend.

The room was really spacious. The staff was very helpful in helping me navigate around. They gave great local recommendations for food and things to do. The location was excellent. Welcome drink at the reception as I was checking in.

It's good to stay

Items were good but not the service and refill, needs to deploy more staff

Cleanliness was not available . Rooms needs more cleaning. Mosquito 🦟 racket should be provided.

Didn’t meet the expectations

The rooms are big and spacious

The price was very high compared to the other hotels located just opposite to Swargadwar Sea Beach. There is hardly any sea view from the windows. No balconies. This property lacks the traits of a resort. No garden and playing rooms.

Exceptional

I booked this hotel for my mother and aunt who were travelling to Puri and i am glad I booked here cause they both felt very safe here and the staff was helpful to them. They got an early check in by an hour and were very welcomed by the staff.

Location was good

I booked two rooms via booking.com.with. Bf included. When i reached there i was told only room was booked and no breakfast included. Was really frustrating

The location was very comfortable. Place was clean but could be more if they do not leave the garbage trolley near the lift.

Bad experience

Breakfast very bad taste, waste of money, will never recommend or stay in ur hotel. Night dinner any special dish tat was asked they min waiting time is 45min since chef are busy.

Reception team was not courteous enough. When I enquired tat all 4star or 5 star hotel give breakfast complimentary they asked me to just pay n no proper reply for my question. Manager was never accessible when I requested to meet him .

quite near to the Jagannath temple. all required amenities are available.

staff are quite knowledgable in the Jagannath mandir traditions and they take care to dispose of annadanam properly. room are comfortable.

the restaurant is woefully small for the number of guests and it is a nuisance to find seating in the mornings for breakfast. rooms could be better lit.

It was a nice family vacation for 6 days

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The restaurant offered good food. They offered an extra bed free of cost in the deluxe room. The place is well-known in the area. So, any auto-wala will take you there just by name. It's close to the beach; 5 mins drive.

Parking is a big headache if you are taking your car. You have to park in the open area and on the street sometimes. The hotel is home to many pigeons who can do beautiful paintings on the car overnight. The hotel should have offered covered parking or a car washing service (with a minimal cost of course), as the professional car washing is quite far from the place.

Don’t keep high hopes about this hotel.

The hotel itself is a nice building. That’s all.

Breakfast options were limited & mostly bland. Room keys don’t function properly. There is absolutely no view from the room. Checking in experience was horrible.

Good

The best quality of the resort are the people who are the staffs working there. They are extremely polite and courteous. The location of the resort is a plus with it being close to the beach and a couple of nice restaurants

The maintenance of the room has been poor The window in our room wouldn’t close properly, hence there was a gust of hot air coming in The fan would also make noise when it was put on low speed The Wi-Fi was not working properly as well

Hotel is in a very good location. Budget hotel and clean hotel. Stay was pleasant. Good spread of breakfast. Hotel staff Suryakanth, Subendu and room keeping incharge Gaurang were very kind and co-operative. Overall good hotel for money.
