Second villa offered on short term rental, the first one being visible on offer No. 6419932, ‘Villa Pampas 2’ is a 210 sqm geodesic dome villa with a unique architecture where a sense of harmony, light and space prevails. With a large private pool heated in winter and a lush tropical garden entirely fenced to guarantee total intimacy, you will enjoy a very comfortable, peaceful and safe holidays during your stay. ‘Villa Pampas 2’ boasts three suites(master bedroom with kingsize bed and adjacent bath room), all bedrooms air conditioned, a very spacious living room with an elegant interior design of contemporary style, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV, international channels, monitored alarm system with mobile guarding intervention from Brinks, baby equipment (cot, highchair, stroller, rocker, safety stair gate) as well as a cleaning lady services inclusive. The cleaning lady is very quiet and helpful, and she may prepare typical local dishes and cuisine as an optional extra. ‘Villa Pampas 2’ is located within walking distance (100m) of the very nice Albion public beach and the Club Med La Plantation d’Albion 5 star resort where you may have the opportunity of enjoying some of their services (Bar/Restaurant on all inclusive, nautical sports, pools, mini golf, tennis/sports, etc.) for a fixed package for a day. The apartment is exactly as described. Nothing is missing. The housekeeper is great. The owner was easy to contact with any queries. We were six people and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa was what we expected.
Albion beach was very small and the public side of the beach was very messy
Local food outlets were very minimal.
The local dogs did keep us awake at night.
But regarding the accommodation the house keeper was amazing. The host was very helpful organising taxis and any issues that needed resolving. The villa had everything you needed and was more than enough space for our family we even. Only used two of the bedrooms. Overall a very nice villa.

Property actually better than VRBO photos garden and location superb, garden a tropical paradise and pool great, secure parking and location in Albion one of the best villages. House keeper visits daily for 3 hours she is very friendly and her cooking is a must a real added bonus to our stay Overall a great place I would recommend to anyone Thank you Paris

Parfait....
Nous venons juste de rentrer de nos vacances dans la villa pampas 2 . Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants et tout était simplement parfait...un équipement optimal et tout est très bien entretenu....interieur comme exterieur..un grand merci aux propriétaires paris et marie christine pour leur disponibilité et à soumila pour ses services... il y a à proximité une superette très bien achalandee ( ouverte de 5:30 à 19:30...pain frais matin et soir)...pour diner nous vous conseillons le restaurant la murene dirigé par clevio qui organise aussi des sorties bateau....et surtout allez déjeuner chez marie christine à l'escale créole à moka un accueil et un repas sans pareil....nous gardons de nos vacances un très bon souvenir et nous réjouissons d'avance de pouvoir y retourner

Vacances paradisiaques
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Pampas2.
La villa est conforme aux photos, encore plus jolie en vraie!
Soumila est exceptionnelle, gentil discrète et excellente cuisinière.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et de bons conseils. Ils ont été bienveillants et ont su nous conseiller pour des restaurants où des excursions.
Nous avons été à l’escale créole le restaurant de Marie Christine et sa maman à Moka, un endroit incontournable à faire à Maurice.
Et pour ce qui est des sorties, Clevio au restaurant la Murène peut organiser des sorties en mer, nage avec les dauphins, pêche et île aux bénitiers.
La plage d’Albion se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied tout comme le petit supermarché.
Tout était parfait !

Die Villa Pampas 2 in Albion hat allen Komfort. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für sechs Personen
Das Haus war optimal aufgeteilt für drei Paare . Es war sauber und es fehlte wirklich nichts, was man zum täglichen Leben brauchte. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und lud zum relaxen ein. Dodos Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung, gut sortiert. Die Haushälterin Soumila war sehr freundlich und kochte auch mehrmals sehr lecker und ausgesprochen günstig für uns. Der Verwalter Paris Forget kümmerte sich sofort, zuverlässig und kompetent um jedes Anliegen. Der Strand in der Nähe wurde viel von Einheimischen besucht und nicht so touristisch gepflegt aber ok.
Insgesamt also nur gute Erfahrungen und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Super séjour !
Une villa qui correspond totalement à la description. Belle proximité de la plage et d'un petit commerce etonnament complet sans parler du bon resto la murenne atenant. Il ne reste qu'à mentionner le professionalisme et la gentillesse des propriétaires avant et durant tout le séjour et cela compte pour profiter aux mieux de cette belle île sans oublier la gentille Soumila dont il faut absolument tester les plats.

SUPERBE SEJOUR ET SUPERBE VILLA
Superbe séjour et superbe villa pour notre séjour de 4 semaines à Villa Pampas 2 Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et la villa avec ses trois chambres équipées chacune d'une belle salle de bains correspondait exactement à nos besoins.
Que dire en plus :
villa correspondant exactement à la description et très bien équipée rien ne manque; très bon accueil et relation avec Paris et Marie Christine qui sont d'une extrême gentillesse et se sont montré réactif au moindre sujet ( nattes, parapluie, cafetière ) que du positif.
Que dire aussi de Soumilla la femme de ménage qui est discrète, gentille, accueillante et surtout une cuisinière hors pair pour vous concocter de superbes repas, n'hésitez pas à faire appel à elle et en plus des prix défiants toute concurrence.
Une chose à faire absolument est d'aller déjeuner à l'Escale Créole la table d’hôtes de Marie Christine un vrai plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles, elle nous a régalé et fait découvrir les vrais saveurs de ses produits. Que du bonheur
Pour les courses il y a un petit supermarché Dodo à proximité très bien achalandé et avec du pain frais tous les jours matin et soir; nous y allions quasi tous les jours et les prix sont très correct pas plus cher que le monoprix à cascavelle (Flic en flac)
Ensuite pour les repas le restaurant La Murène est à deux pas et Clévio le patron est à votre écoute avec son cuisinier hors pair; nous avons par deux fois déguster des langoustes toutes fraiches et succulentes, mais chez lui tout est très bon et à un prix très correct alors n'hésitez pas à y aller et à faire également les sorties aux dauphins qu'il propose.
Egalement n'hésitez pas à manger les mines frites de Chris la petite baraque à coté de la murène ( près du temple indou) ou autres préparation faites par Chris ou sa gentille femme, elle nous a régalé avec un carry de poulet vraiment excellent; vous pouvez lui commander et y aller les yeux fermés
Dernière chose nous avions Kevin comme taxi pour faire nos sorties ( 6 personnes) il est super très gentil et vous fais découvrir son ile avec passion.
Enfin pour terminer allez voir le petit magasin de souvenir à coté de la murène la patronne est super gentille et les prix défiants toutes concurrence.
Bref en conclusion que du bonheur pendant nos quatre semaines à Villa Pampas 2 et dans ce village d'Albion

geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete, tolle Villa und ein super Vermieter
Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Der Garten ist fantastisch und nicht einsehbar.
Der Garten und die Villa sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Sicherheitseinrichtungen waren sehr gut, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben.
Die Hausperle hat uns mehrfach sehr gut bekocht und war mit ihrer herzlichen Art eine große Hilfe und dennoch diskret.
Der Vermieter ist einfach nur super: Vorab hat er uns viel organisiert (Flughafentransfer und Mitwagen usw). Auf ihn und seine Organisation konnten wir uns immer 100 % ig verlassen. Auch während des Aufenthalts war er immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr unterstützt. So ein Vermieter ist einmalig.
Das einzig Negative waren kläffende Hunde in der Umgebung.

Une oasis de tranquillité
Nous avons passé en famille (six personnes) d’ excellentes vacances pendant deux semaines fin juillet dans cette villa spacieuse et conviviale décorée avec goût et possédant un superbe jardin clôt avec piscine.
La plage est à deux pas et on peut y faire du snorkeling facilement pour s entraîner et voir quelques poissons (prévoir une sortie en mer pour en voir plus)
Par ailleurs nous vous recommandons d aller dîner au restaurant la murène tenu par Clevio qui propose une excellente cuisine locale et bon marché (réserver en avance si vous souhaitez goûter des plats de poisson pêches de frais, la exemple le mi-cuit de thon). Une autre adresse pour le déjeuner est l’escale créole à Moka (a combiner avec une autre sortie). Par ailleurs Soumyla nous a préparer d excellents plats pour dîner à la maison.
Le propriétaire Paris et sa femme Marié-Christine on été extrêmement serviable et nous ont organiser le transfert depuis l aéroport et une location de voitures)
Nous y retournerons!

Tolles Haus!
Die Villa hat uns super gefallen! Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und die Bäder ensuite waren wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Das ganze Haus ist hochwertig und dekorativ ausgestattet. Der Pool in dem wunderschönen tropischen Garten ist eine tolle Erfrischung! Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut bestückt. Paris war so nett, uns bei der Autovermietung zu helfen. Der kleine Dodo Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Er ist auch bestens ausgestattet. Das Restaurant La Murene ( direkt neben Dodo) ist auch wärmstens zu empfehlen . Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, hat uns aber überhaupt gar nicht gefallen. Er ist schmutzig und stinkt! Wenn man wenige Meter entlang spaziert, weiß man auch warum! Dicke Abwasserrohre führen dort ins Wasser.....
Zum Glück hatten wir ein Fahrzeug und konnten ausweichen. Flic en Flac ist ein langer weißer Strand, wo das Baden auch eine schöne Erfrischung ist.
Alles in allem 5 Sterne für das Haus, aber ohne Auto ist der Ort nicht zu empfehlen.

Villa neuve et bien entretenue où rien ne manque
Marie Christine et Paris sont des hôtes exceptionnels ! Ils ont organisé notre transfert depuis l’aeroport et nous ont accueillis le samedi soir. Un repas nous attendait et le petit déjeuner était prévu également ! Ils ont été aussi très réactifs face à un soucis de climatisation dans une des chambres. La maison, d’architecture originale, est très bien entretenue. Il y a aussi une glacière, parasols, fauteuils de plage, ce qui est tout de même sympa ! À moins de 10mn à pied, il y a un supermarché bien achalandé ainsi qu’un restaurant « la Murène » que je recommande !!! Je suis également allée plonger avec le centre de plongée du Club Med : top !!!
Seul point négatif, la plage d’Albion qui à cause des grosses pluies de ces derniers mois avait perdu sa couleur turquoise. Mais, ça ... Marie-Christine et Paris n’y sont pour rien.
Nous sommes également allés déjeuner à l’Auberge Créole qui est la table d’hôte de Marie-Christine : accueil formidable, déco superbe et repas délicieux !!!
Je recommande vraiment cette villa et j’ai hâte de revenir à l’Ile Maurice.

Traumvilla in der Pampas
Die Villa war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind immer auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in der letzten Strasse im Ort. Neben dem Supermarkt und einem kleinen Restaurant (Montags geschlossen) sowie einem Andenkenshop gibt es hier nichts in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weitere 2 Supermärkte im weiteren Ort und eine Pizzeria (geschlossen). Strassenküchen am öffentlichen Strand sind super lecker und zu empfehlen. Wer lieben daheim isst, der ist bei der Hausfee Soubmilla bestens aufgehoben. Für umgerechnet 7,-€/Mahlzeit kocht sie prima essen. Zutaten extra versteht sich. Sie hat eine Speisekarte mit ca. 20 Gerichten vorrätig. Tauchen kann man direkt ggü. im Hotel Club Med. Dort findet man ein tolles Team vor. Empfehlenswert! In die nächtsen Orte nach Flic en Flac und Port Louis fährt der öffentliche Bus jeweils ca. eine Stunde. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Geldautomaten muss man suchen. Es gibt einen an der Hauptstrasse im Ort ggü. der Haltestelle in einem Neubau im 1. Stock.
Wir haben uns bestens erholt. Danke für diese tolle Gastfreundschaft und Grüße an Marie-Christine und Paris.

Excellent séjour à la villa Pampas
Nous venons d'achever notre séjour de 3 semaines à la villa Pampas et nous sommes déjà nostalgiques...
La partie extérieure de la villa est bien entretenue, avec une belle végétation donnant beaucoup de charme au lieu.
Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, pas forcément très grande, mais suffisamment pour que nos enfants puissent s'éclater.
La villa est très bien : fonctionnelle (cusine équipée, meubles, TV, ..) et très spacieuse. Soumila la gouvernante est très gentille et très consciencieuse pour maintenir la villa dans un état de propreté impeccable. Soumila est également disponible pour cuisiner des plats mauriciens, nous avons eu le loisir de faire appel à ses services et avons aimé les bons petits plats qu'elle avait préparé.
Paris et Marie Christine, les propriétaires de la maison sont très gentils, ouverts, et réactifs en cas de question ou problème, c'est très appréciable.
En terme de sécurité, qui était un point important pour notre famille, nous avons été pleinement rassurés par la présence d'une alarme et du recours potentiel à une société de surveillance en cas de probléme. Nous n'avons eu aucun souci de ce point de vue et avons passé des vacances sereines.
En conclusion, je dirais que je recommande fortement la villa Pampas pour passer des vacances paisibles et avec un bon niveau de confort.

Amazing villa!
We stayed at Villa Pampas for more than a week. The Villa is absolutely stunning, exactly how you imagine it to be. Great bedrooms, lovely bathrooms and perfect pool and space outside. It contains everything you need and the housekeeper was very nice and helpful. We recommend Villa Pampas for everyone!

Villa mit Pool in traumhaften Garten
Die Villa mit Garten und Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Albion und ist ideal zum Ausspannen. Der Garten ist noch viel schöner als es die Bilder zeigen und der exzellente Service durch die Vermieter Marie-Christine und Paris Forget ist kaum zu übertreffen.
Der tägliche Hausservice durch Soumilla, welche auf Wunsch auch sehr gute einheimische Gerichte zaubert hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Soumilla ist wirklich eine Perle und überraschte uns mehrmals mit Kokosnüssen aus ihrem eigenen Garten.
Wer unabhängig sein will, dem vermitteln die Hauseigentümer auch einen Leihwagen zu günstigen Konditionen.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

What a great place. It looks indeed like on the pictures! We were there as 2 families: so 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The whole house is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Our son was using the garden furniture for the nights; but Marie also provided an additional bed for him at the Mezzanine. Soumila, the lady for the house, was there every day except Sundays. As she is cooking for the guests: which basically is also helping her to earn some additional money; we asked her to cook for us twice. Great Creolian food: delicious! The house is nicely located: at a calm street, just a few footsteps away from the public beach. A supermarket – fresh baguette every day- and some restaurants are nearby. A wonderful place we can only recommend.
