The quality of the building did not meet expectation and definitely not worth the amount paid.

Great stay

Great staff. They spoke English and tried to accommodate all our requests. Spacious apartments. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay .

I liked the location, close to Shop and Cafe, a Short walk to the shopping Mall and The clinic I was attending . A good cleaning service with fresh bedding and towels every two days. I liked reliable WiFi connection, a comfortable bed. Extra pillows on request. I liked use of the treadmill and Gym area. Helpful reception staff for extension of my stay. Good supply of coffee, tea, Toilet Rolls etc . I liked having a dishwasher, washing machine and cooking And Refrigeration facilities. Always Smelled nice in communal Areas . Reception staff helpful, polite And welcoming .

It would Have been useful to have tea towel/oven gloves. Using oven without this is difficult. Toaster Would be handy and Maybe microwave . Extra utensils Would Also help. The smoke Alarm is too sensitive When using Oven due t it’s close proximity to cooker, making it Difficult to Use the oven without Disruption. A manual in English for tv, as I had problem to change size of subtitles and nobody could Help. I think air Conditioning Should be available all Year round . It was difficult for me without it, I had to suffer noise of open windows and traffic to stay cool. Although I could not Use spa or massage facilities due to Surgery I think it would be good For them to be open all year round. I would Want to make Use of these if I stayed in istanbul again, so if they were not available It would Influence my reservation . But it was specified at booking that they were not available, so it’s just an observation .

Large apartment and great location

The location was great and the apartment was large also staff were very supportive and helpful especially Denis he was always trying to make our stay comfortable.

No resturant in the facility so we had to buy grocery for the kids breakfast in case we can't go out early to a near resturant which are few steps away. Food applications only work for turkish numbers so was hard to order food too. Cleaning is not every day only every 2 days. One bathroom/shower room for the full family so it takes time till everyone get ready.

My stay was quite good but its little bit expensive.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I requested to exchange my room on the ground floor to top floor but they were asking more money :)

They cleaning staff will definitely open the door and come in even if you tell them not to disturb. They wont care about it.

Pleasant

I only like the location of the residence.

The aprt cleaning was not good at all. The people there ask for money in anything they do. The AC was not working when i arribed to the room. They took time to find me solution and when they solved the issue they put me in a room and put my kids in seperate room which wasnt comfortable at all to me and my kids.

Memorable Trip to Istanbul.

Very nice clean apartment. Very friendly staff and in particular Deniz. He make you feel as a family member. Highly recommend this accommodation for the families visiting Istanbul. All types of great food stuffs are available to order through app at this place.

At times difficult to get back to the The Leos Residence from the tourist attractions as it is bit far and in particular during the rush hour times.

Best Place to stay in European Side of Istanbul

Perfect location with extremely helpful staff. Huge apartments. We did stay 6 nights. First 1 bedroom and then 2 bedroom. Both are perfect and equipped everything that you need. Perfect underground parking. Must give a try. You will not be disappointed.

well designed,large room &fully equipped very good location and helpful staff.

we had some problem in the bathroom. the roof had leaking problem. they tried to fix the problem but they couldn't so they change our room. thanks to the staff specifically Mr. deniz.

The hospitality of the Staff. Mr. Denis was so friendly and honest. he made me feel that we are in a safe hands and added a big value to our stay.

Great Hotel in Istanbul

- Check-in: the reception desk was expecting our arrival and was prepared with the room door cards and the paper work which made the check-in process very quick. - The room: the room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. - The staff was always ready for help. They helped us many times for getting taxis, information and with the luggage. - Check-out: very quick with no issues.

Nothing major only few minor stuff to mention: - We had booked 3 rooms. The room in which I was staying did not have toaster unlike the other two rooms which had a toaster. - The size of the double bed is relatively small. It is fine for two adults but if you have a kid who also sleeps in between, then it would be tight.
