Spacious, luxury 2 bedroom apartment on the spectacular Praia D’el Rey golf and beach resort on the beautiful Portuguese Silver Coast fifty five minutes from Lisbon airport.

The generously apportioned 1st floor apartment offers:
• two large double bedrooms (one with en suite) all linen included. High chair and cot available on request.
• separate shower room with toilet and sink.
• fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs etc
• large, comfortable open plan living room with ample seating, stereo, flat screen TV & DVD player, dining table and chairs for 6, access to two separate sunny balconies
• outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and sun bathing
• balconies off all rooms
• use of nearby shared heated swimming pool (including childrens pool)

The manicured resort offers one of the finest golf courses in Europe with its beautiful clubhouse, a tennis complex, the facilities of the wonderful Marriot hotel, miles of unbroken golden beach, a fine fish restaurant and stunning sunset views.

There are many attractions within a short drive of the resort including the magnificent medieval walled village of Obidos with its imposing castle and selection of quality restaurants, the picture book Obidos sea water lagoon, many traditional Portuguese villages and towns which are a timeless reminder of the areas rich cultural past. The area is host to many excellent restaurants.

A magical place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and all that this beautiful part of Portugal has to offer.

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff are following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. For visitors staying more than 10 days, clean sheets and towels will be provided, but the maids can not come and clean and change linen during your stay. We must leave at least 24 hours between visitors. Please do not book on a day that someone else is leaving. This is in line with current local rules.

Excellent communication in advance from the host, offering lots of suggestions for places to visit and activities in the area. The apartment was exactly as described - large, comfy and homely with everything required for our stay. All amenities as required and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very spacious with balconies off every room. Nicely heated community pool for use solely by all the apartments. Quite often we were on our own at the pool. Overall a lovely place to enjoy your Silver Coast holiday. Good access to several restaurants

We spent a great time in this beautiful apartment. Sunny terraces facing the garden and the pine trees and also the balconies with the bedrooms and the kitchen provided magnificent views. For us it was one of the best locations in Praia d‘el Rey. We will certainly try to come back next year!

Obrigada pela estadia na v/ propriedade, a casa está muito bem equipada, espaços e decoração muito cuidadas, limpeza inexcedível. A piscina tem uma temperatura muito agradável e a zona é ótima para descansar e para quem procura tranquilidade. òtimo para quem tem crianças! Excelente apartamento, espaçoso e muito confortável. Boas varandas. Equipado com tudo o que é necessário. Muito limpo. Na cozinha haviam muitas formigas, faltou líquido nas casas de banho para lavar as mãos e papel higiénico. Falta na proximidade um supermercado e café.

die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war super, alles war vorhanden. Der Strand ist fantastisch und auch die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt, dort bekommt man alles. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub und danken Catherine für Ihre tolle Unterkunft.

Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse an der Einfahrt des Resorts. Tag und Nacht ist man mit regem Verkehr konfrontiert. Unseres Erachtens ist ein Aircondition im Apartment erforderlich um das feuchte die Feuchtigkeit des Klimas in den Griff zu bekommen.

The Apartment is located in a very nice Golf Resort . You can do all kind of activities ,if you like.Playing Tennis ,horseback riding,playing Golf …! We had a wonderful holiday and any questions we had were answered immediately. The Apartment is well equipped and has several balconies to sit on . The pool is near the apartment and very nice . We loved it and will come back !

We stayed fo 10 days at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is large and modern with 4 different balconies in a great resort. You definitely need a car but you can get to the beach, hotel and clubhouse in around 15 mins or so by foot, but a car is a must to visit all the wonder areas. Obidos was stunning and Lisbon (only an hour away) was a delight - definitely worth at least one day trip if not two. Lots of lovely restaurants and the hotel is lovely with a great spa if you like that sort of tihng. Would definately recommend and if you do go in June there are miles of empty beaches and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. No noise and a nice temperature at that time of the year. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday thank you ...

Danke, Familie Walne-Pennington, dass wir in Ihrem herrlichen Apartment wohnen durften. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Anlage war top gepflegt, nur wenige Schritte zum beheizten Pool, Tennisplätze gegenüber. Zu den fantastischen Stränden nur wenige Fahrminuten, kann auch gut zu Fuss erreicht werden, ca.15 Min. Als kleines Minus können wir nur die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bewerten, ein Auto ist eigentlich unverzichtbar.

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in a very nice area where you can do many activities. Cath is very helpful and she replies to every querie within a second. The apartment has every single detail you may imagine. It has a very good size and it is very bright so you can enjoy the portuguese sunshine from every corner of the apartment.The kitchen is also fully equipped. We had a lovely holidays and did a lot of activities. The portuguese food is delicious and it is not very expensive. You can find a lot of restaurants in the nearby villages at a very reasonable price. We are looking forward to staying at Cath's apartment again!
