About this apartment rental

The apartment consists of two rooms with a terrace overlooking the sea and the Apuan Alps and a single bedroom, two bathrooms, one with shower and the living room has a large living terrace with table and chairs for dining or just relaxing in the fresh .

L 'apartment was renovated this year, is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning / heating, lift, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 32-inch TV, DVD player, wifi internet access, hair dryer, bedding kits, towels and kitchen textiles, kitchen sets (pots, plates and glasses) Lavazza coffee machine, blender, kettle, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, high chair and changing table. On the terrace table and chairs and sun lounger.

And 'possible to rent bicycles for everyone in the park next to the house.

We are also very close to the Park of pinewood, oasis of comfort and cool during the summer heat.
The pinewood was planted in 1747 to protect the coast from Viareggio by the waves and winds coming from the Tyrrhenian Sea and extends to the northern limits of the city.

We do not have a private parking for the center too. In Viareggio the parking lots are there but are on the street for a fee.

Excellent stay

Very warm welcome by Luciana, gave us very useful suggestions regarding the surroundings, we had an excellent time in the beautiful appartment, don't miss the solitary beach to the south, ristorante l'imbarco for some very nice creations of italian food by young, motivated people, , ristorante il pachino for excellent pizza and a vast choice of craft beers, and do some hiking in the region of montemarcello/punta bianca, to the north. Schöne große Wohnung ganz nah am Strand

Wir wurden von Luciana sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie ist wirklich eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat uns im Vorfeld auch gleich einen Parkplatz organisiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön groß, sauber und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Besonders toll ist die sehr nahe Lage zum Stand und zur Strandpromenade. Auch die große Terrasse ist toll. Die Wohnung umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Bett. Darüber hinaus verfügt sie über 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette und eine zusätzliche Toilette. Also die ideale Wohnung für einen Strandurlaub mit Familie.

Spacious, easily big enough for a family. Great location. Luciana couldn’t have been more helpful, even booking restaurants for us. What a brilliant host. Great food and wine, loads of places to eat. The lift access direct into the apartment was a bonus too. Recommend 100%.

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern zwei Wochen in Luciana's Attikawohnung Ferien gemacht. Die Wohnung überzeugt mit hohem Komfort (insbesondere sehr gute Betten), perfekter Kühlung sämtlicher Räume sowie einer tollen Lage mitten in Viareggio - in unmittelbarer Fussdistanz zum Strand (ca. 2 Minuten). Luciana ist eine grosszügige und herzliche Gastgeberin, welche sich hervorragend und äusserst zuvorkommend um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir können diese Art von Gastfreundschaft nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und die Kombination “Wohnung und Gastgeberin“ definitiv weiterempfehlen.

A very nice apartment close to the beach

We and our three kids had a great stay in Lucianas apartment and Viareggio. The flat is spacious and very clean, great AC and in very good distance for everything Viareggio has to offer (which is quite a lot). The beach is a three minute walk away, and there's ice cream bars (yes, with the "puffo" flavor!) and good restaurants in abundance nearby. Extra plus for the grocery store around the corner. We stayed for a week and Luciana is a tremendous host, helping out with all you can ask for and a lot more! Would absolutely recommend! Take care Luciana! /Ulf & Annika

Great apartment very close to the beach and right in the center of charming beach town

Apartment is very nice, spacious, with a big patio, everything new and nice. Luciana was extremely helpful and nice, very responsive and generous with her time answering questions. Only minuses: (1) apartment wasn't fully supplied -- salt & pepper, dish soap, extra toilet paper; and (2) parking in the area can be tight, especially Saturday night. But overall, highly recommended.

we just returned from a week in the arsella apartment, which is perfect for families with small children. the apartment is 1/2 block from the beach, so our 4 year-old son and 7 year-old daughter had a wonderful time splashing around and chomping gelato. its also 1/2 block from a large amusement park with bicycles, bouncy houses and carnival games. our children didnt want to leave!additionally, luciana was incredibly warm, gracious and welcoming. when you meet luciana, you instantly feel like shes a close family friend that youve known for years. we couldnt recommend her more highly.

The place to be for families

The place to be for families

We spent two weeks in the "Arsella-apartment" with our three children. It was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, the beds very confortable and there is all you need...and more (for ex. great tupperware collection to take food on the beach, lots of towels and sheets for the beds, everything for the baby...). You don't need a car because the apartment is next to the beach, the "pineda" and the town center. Luciana and her family where just lovely and we felt at home. Grazie mile, we haven't spent such relaxing holidays for a long time and hope to come back soon!
