My wife and I spent 10 days at this wonderful property. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Outdoor space is very nice. Kitchen very well equipped and the bathroom is newly renovated. Would stay again.

Our family loved this place. So cute work all amenities we needed. Brian the house manager was great. We hope to be back!

We travelled as a family of four, with two kids aged 13 and 11. The house was perfect for us - with each child getting their own room and double bed. Location is ideal - less than 5mins walk to a lovely public beach, with all amenities right on your doorstep: bakery, deli, supermarket and a great wine shop. Great base for exploring the rest of the coast too - 10min walk to the station for the train to Monaco or Grasse. Or an easy 30min walk to Antibes. Check in was simple and communication with Camilla was excellent. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need (nice wine glasses!) for a really easy and relaxed holiday. Lovely stuff.

The house is very nice and the little yard outside is pleasant to sit in. It's a very easy walk to the beach and to shops nearby.
There's a good house booklet with lots of info.
Brian, the property manager was helpful. He came over and replaced a light bulb when we needed it. :-)
The host was very gracious.
We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house was wonderful and truly perfect for a family beach week. We loved the updated kitchen and bathroom. There was everything we could possibly need including beach towels and toys for the kids. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect with the beach, playground, grocery store and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walking distance. Thank you for a great vacation!

Have to totally agree with other reviews. Very well equipped Chalet and great service. Had problems to begin regarding the cooking facilities but was fixed ok. Camilla welcomed our 2 hour delay late night arrival with generous enthusiasm that we all needed badly at that point. My only complaint about the location was the noise from the road at the bottom of the garden. We were expecting some road noise but it was greatly increased by the reverberation off the tall buildings at the back, this plus the train noise was quite unbelievable at times. We realise nothing can be done about this but none of the reviews I read had mentioned this so have decided to mention myself as it would have helped me in my decision to book the property. I will end on a more cheery note, the beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for those with a young family needing to get to and from the beach easily and quickly (literally a 2 minute walk!).
The property itself was also great - good rooms, air con that works very well, fully equipped kitchen, and brilliant garden providing lots of shade for kids playing.
Communication with the owner has always been very easy, with a quick response time!
Would definitely recommend this property for those with a young family wanting a beach break!

Really helpful host.
Great space for a family, with the layout of the building and the front yard giving everyone lots of space.
Tight parking space, but we got a mid size SUV in there with a little care.
Air conditioning in each room except the bathroom lead to a very comfortable environment, even as the mercury started to soar upwards.
And the location for the beach is exceptional!
Overall, we loved it :)

Great location. Perfect with young children. Terre et mer restaurant at the corner has great seafood.

We were very happy to find a spot in Antibes, offering walking access to the beach, good restaurants and boulangeries. The house has an amazingly private garden; the house is a survivor, along with other single period homes, around which the city grew and grew. Checkin was easy, Brian greeted us with warmth. Communication with Camilla was easy and thoughtful. The only challenge for us was in how dark things seemed when needing to close the shutters upon leaving or retiring for the night.. Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend for families on a beach vacation!

Emplacement sympa près des plages le jardin est très agréable la propriétaire très agréable et facilement joignable la seule chose qui m a dérangée est le fait que la maison soit très sombre

Super efficient communication with owner and agent, helpful and accommodating. The house is perfectly situated for a beach holiday, just a few minutes walk to the sandy beaches. He house is nicely decorated and feels very french. A local supermarket & patisserie just around the corner for whatever you need.
Plenty of restaurants in Juan Les Pins and just a short taxi ride to Antibes Old Town - definitely worth the effort.

We enjoyed our stay of almost two weeks in this lovely cottage. It is really a little paradise with this nice small garden to relax. The house offers a lot of space which is great for a family with children, it’s fully equipped and very well located: One the one hand very close to the beach, on the other hand supermarket, bakery and restaurants in walking distance. The proximity to the train station allows you to undertake excursions to nearby cities (like Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco) without a car. Public transportation is also surprisingly cheap and the nearest bus station can be reached walking in just 5 minutes.
This very central location does bring a little disadvantage though: Due to the proximity to the Nice airport you do hear the aircrafts loudly on some days (apparently their route depends on the wind direction). On other days there is no aircraft noise at all. Also the train rails pass closely by the house. But this is a trade-off you have to accept for this central location for which the advantages offset the disadvantages.
Communication with the owner Camilla and the house manager Brian was very friendly and easy. Thank you both!

A charming house with great family accommodation and lovely outside space. Square Dulys has all the necessities needed on the doorstep and the town is a nice 10-15 minute stroll along the front. Camilla was very helpful and we would love to return.

This property is beyond fantastic!
The word is COZY. It is perfect for kids a walled in garden/ courtyard so my 2 year old could roam free within its confines. 2 bedrooms downstairs (next to each other) and another room upstairs, loft style on the other side of the house. (perfect for those who might not want be woken up by early morning baby calls) We slept in the downstairs room and put our son in the room next to us in a pack n' play Camilla so kindly provided. It worked like a charm. The living area is great- very spacious and livable with a large kitchen table. The house is very clean and well taken care of and there is My husband worked remotely from this house for 2 weeks and assures me the Wifi is excellent and reliable. There is a washer and dryer- which are top of line and work like a charm and the air conditioning is great for the hot summer nights. One note of caution for those of you traveling with friends/ not family- the bathroom is very centrally located (right next to the living room) and has the traditional European bathtub/shower head setting. Just a heads up in case you are not wanting to be so intimate with some of your guests- it didn't matter at all for us, but I could see this being an issue for some.
Brian is the house manager- English speaking. He opened up the house, explained the ins and outs and helped me get all of our stuff inside! He also helped us pack pack up the car when we left- which was wonderfully helpful and above and beyond.
Location! Location! Location!
It is perfectly located 2 short blocks from the beach in Juan-les-pins. It has a wonderful selection of restaurants right around the corner. 3 of our favorites are Tiffany's Kitchen- who offers a fantastic breakfast with excellent service and the best pain au chocolat (trust me, we tried them all) in the neighborhood. Also, extremely friendly to English speakers- very helpful and kind to us travelers who aren't particularly strong in French. There is a fantastic place right next to Tiffany's which serves paella to go for 10 euros- TRY IT- two cartons feed many and quality of the food is excellent. Also, there is a pizza truck which is on the corner of square Dulys (open everyday except Wednesdays) Perfect for feeding kids/groups. the pizzas are about 10 euros a pizza and are made with fantastic ingredients. Right past Tiffany's on the other side of square dulys is a supermarket with everything you need for a fun vacation and fantastic produce!

This lovely little house is a true hidden treasure, a small paradise hidden away to stress away from the beach. We stand there with our 3 kids and it was just perfect! Cozy, well-equipped, clean, great service, lovely owner, fab coffee&dining place around the corner and just a few minutes walk away from the beach - ideal really! We can strongly recommend a stay at this charming house ... you won't regret it!!

The house is a little oasis, three minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach and very convenient for shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary here. Very well equipped house and friendly local management. Some traffic and train noise to get used to.
The house was clean and well-maintained, comfortable mattresses and a large bright bathroom.
Juan Les Pins is very French and is close to Antibes.

This house is ideal for families and couples/friends alike. It is only a stones throw from the gorgeous sandy beach and a short stoll to the centre of Juan les Pins. Camilla is extremely helpful and is a pleasure to deal with. Our group was five adults and 2 kids and the house was ideal for the kids- plenty of toys, dvds and a secure garden for them to play in. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this place enough!

We rented the house in July 2010 for one week. A very cosy, but still modern living - and extremely close to the beach (three minutes walk). The house and garden was very clean and proper and the communication with the owner easy and very nice! Shops, bakery and the centre of Juan les Pins "just around the corner".
We came by car and therefor, the (small) parking place on the property was really useful.

We rented this house for a week in july and it turned out to be a perfect little get away house for us – 2 couples and one kid. It is only a short walk to about everything. The beach or the bakery is just minutes away.
The house was clean and uncluttered and had a good ambiance. The toys and the childrens books helped when the ones we had brought along ourselves lost interest.
I would recommend this place to others!

We rented the house for a week in july 2010. The house was perfect with a very nice, private garden. The standard is very good. Free WiFi was great since we have a teenager. Walking distance to the beaches was about 3 minutes and there is both a very nice public beach and several private beaches that is really good. There are also many good restaurants to choose between. Camilla was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and this is an excellent choise if you want to spend your holliday in Juan-Les-Pins.

We have been staying for 10 days with 4 adults and three small kids. The house was lovely and the garden ideally for the kids. Also things that are already there including books and toys for the kids helped to have a nice holiday. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and having a good glas of red wine.
The close public beach was nice enough for us and there are plenty of private beaches with different styles that one can join as well. Thanks Camilla for the flexibility regarding arrival and departure times.

A great house in an excellent position - just minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and transpoprt links in Juan les Pins. The garden is fantastic - secluded and very peaceful - and we spent many happy hours out there enjoying the local wine.
The house comes with everything you would ever need - I particularly appreciated the wifi connection. Camilla has been extreemly helpful and joy to deal with. I have no doubt we'll be back again soon. For the combination of outdoor space, tranquility, and central location I don't think you can beat this house - very highly reccomended.

We rented the house for three weeks in April 2010 and had a lovely time. What we really liked about it was was the proximity to the public beach, and having a garden to relax in.
The house has a really nice rustic atmosphere and is generally of good standard, clean and well-maintained. For us, travelling with kids, we really appreciated bath tub, dish washer, washing machine and a dryer. And the wireless internet access of course.
Apart from the beach, the house is also really close to two playgrounds, supermarkets, your local bakery and more. And, the street is fairly quiet which is also nice. Walking distance to everything in Juan les Pins.
When it came to restaurants we found it perfect to get Asian food to-go from the restaurant just a minute away. Also, we visited a number of restaurants by the beach and in the town center.
Overall, this is an excellent choice if you want to visit Juan les Pins and Antibes for your holiday.

This house is lovely and is in a brilliant location, one street back from the beach. It is very quick and easy to get the bus there from Nice Airport. There is a fantastic place around the corner to get fresh bread and croissants and a supermarket just down the road. It has off street parking which is a bonus and is walking distance from everything. We had a great stay there, I would definitely recommend it and would love to go back and stay there again. Camilla and Stefan were very friendly and helpful to deal with. Thank you.

A lovely old house in a street parallel to the beach and well situated for shops and restaurants. A good bus service runs along the coast allowing access to Cannes , Nice and the airport. In fact we used public transport for the whole week.
The kitchen is well laid out and the living room has satellite TV and a DVD player with comfortable chairs to relax on. The bedrooms are a good size with good storage.
For a busy area the house is set back from the road and is very quiet.
All in all - highly recommended

Spent one week holiday at this house, which is both charming but still modern. Great location, very close to both shops and the beach. Everything worked out perfect!
