About this house rental

In a typical Provence village with all shops within walking distance, You will have a spacious house, between Avignon, Nîmes and Pont du Gard, with large swimming pool on land planted with olive trees. Ideally placed to enjoy the activities of the region and very comfortable to have a holiday spirit when you are there. Big pool. Spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms for each.
The 240 m2 house with 4 bedrooms and sleeping area can comfortably accommodate family reunions and group vacations. The 1900m2 plot is fenced and closed by an electric gate ensuring the safety of the little ones and the tranquility of the parents. In the south of France, we like to live outside! Everything here has been designed to make this lifestyle yours during your vacation. In the private garden, a large terrace with an exceptional view, partly shaded, overlooks the 11 x 5m swimming pool secured by a roller shutter.

For meals, part of the terrace has been covered and a barbecue is at your disposal to make good grills flavored with Provence herbs.

The house on two levels, includes a large living room of 75m2 with, a TV area with corner sofa and a room with very large table to eat all together.
On the ground floor 2 large bedrooms open onto the terrace and the swimming pool. The game room with Tv corner where many toys are left available for children. Upstairs 2 other bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 more people.

Located less than 20 minutes from the most beautiful Roman cities in the South of France, Avignon, Nîmes, Arles and Orange. You come for the sun, and the vineyards to discover, and history awaits you at your vacation spot. The region is rich in picturesque places, whether they are world famous or more secret. You will have the leisure to discover them in all seasons!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house felt like a well loved home - well equipped and easy to be in. Laurent and his wife had incredibly kindly left us some food and milk and special bits for the children - we did not arrive til 2 a.m. so these were very much welcomed. Instructions to get in were clear and it was easy! Any questions we had were quickly responded to and we had the pleasure of meeting them at the end of our stay. The bedrooms had air conditioning, bar a small bunk room and the beds in the main bedrooms were comfy. Lots of room both outside and in. There were sun beds and pool toys/equipment for the absolutely gorgeous pool. The temperature of the water was perfect and it worked really well for the range of ages we had. I think it was also saline rather than chlorinated. The water felt like silk. We loved the garden space and the olive trees. We loved the easy space for eating / sitting outside. We only had to walk a short distance into Rochefort du Gard which had a brilliant supermarket (supplemented our Lidl visits of 10 mins away), a brilliant boulangerie, a few places for coffee and a lovely little ice cream place which also served food. There was a little children’s playground as well. Everyone in the village was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house.

The owners of the home were very kind and responded well to questions. This is a very large house which was great for larger groups, but the house is need of a little TLC. Toilets are old and need to be replaced and overall house could have been cleaner. The house has many unique features, but some are in need of repair.

Nice and easy check-in and -out. Large, well-equiped villa with an incredible view, pool, and plenty of fascilities.

We loved our stay in this house. It had a lovely rustic feel to it. It was a beautiful property with fig, olive and almond trees! The pool was lovely and clean and there was lots of space to enjoy the sun on the deck chairs. It was great having space to eat both inside and outside and the living room had a big couch that fit everyone and there was lots of space and options for everyone (7 of us) to sleep. Whenever we had a question we could text Laurent who would quickly get back to us. It was a quick drive to Avignon (15-20 minutes) and 15 minutes to Pont du Gard. Overall we really loved the house and we would definitely come back!
