This was a last minute rental after the one I had booked cancelled me due to electrical issues. The house itself was OK. I reached out in advance to check if there was a grill because I wanted to bring steaks to grill. I was told that a charcoal grill would be brought there for us. It wasn’t there when I arrived and we had to wait for one to be brought over to cook. None of the TVs were functioning either because the remotes didn’t work or were t the correct remote for the TV. Most people rent a house instead of staying in a hotel so that they can cook, have a common gathering space, etc. The kitchen was bare bones. Minimal plates, glasses, flatware. Not a single oven mitt or potholder at all. So you can cook, but good luck getting it out of the oven. We used a bath towel. And there was no coffee maker until I reached out to the manager. Then a tiny hotel sized coffee pot was dropped off. Showers were a little challenging in terms of getting temperature right. Pillows were pretty flat and worn out. It was generally clean, but the back patio had cigarette butts all over the grass.
The house rules stated checkout time was “before 11:00 a.m.” Yet I received a message the last evening reminding me to check out by 10:00. I did get the OK for 11:00, but had the housekeeper outside waiting to get in from 9:15 on.
So, the place has potential. But it needs a couple of hundred dollars spent at Target before I’d recommend it as a rental. Otherwise, the description needs to be updated on the VRBO website.

Very clean! Very nice home overall. The pictures are accurate. The house has been updated. The beds were comfortable. Nice residential area, very close to Hard Rock and access to the Turnpike. The host was responsive and we had no problems. I would definitely recommend.
