About this house rental
Everything have changed after Covid. The way we live, the way we share our time with family and friends......House have change too. We want space, we want netflix, we want a pool, we want open spaces inside the house, we want nice furnishes, we want comfortable, new and big sofas, we want light (natural and artificial), we want bedrooms with comfortable beds with nice linen, with a place to work with our laptop,with natural ligh and a huge tv with iternet and netflix.....we want nice decoration and we want rental houses where owner spend our money for my next visit. But over all, we want owners that cares for what me and my family want.
If you are one like those, this is your rental house.
I have been renting this house since 2010 and in all these years i have learned what ghests wants and needs. I have renovated the house in three ocasions but this is the one i am more proud of.
Semi-detached house recently built in Las Pajanosas.. the charm and the appealing features of an andalusian house without leaving aside all the comforts of modern life. Situated in a peaceful environment, we can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the tranquillity of the countryside and at the same time, enjoy the beautiful Seville, just at 15 minutes driving to the monumental area.
The House is suitable for rental all year round. Popular summer activities include walking, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, horse ridding. There are three tastefully furnished second floor bedrooms (3 double and one of them with an extra sofa bed for two persons.) One of the bedroom has its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a very nice terrace. There is one toillet in the first floor.Child's cot available.
On first floor there is a dinning room with a well appointed kitchen/dining area, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen leads onto a patio with a shaded seating area and a pool. At the living room there are New confortable sofa.
The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within one hour drive.
local area: The Pajanosas it is a small very calm villa but closely together of the center of Seville and in a wonderful countryside.
With the new highway A66, the center of Seville is reached within 15 minutes.
In the area different activities can be developed related with nature. Ridding horses, fishing in the Serrano Lake, photographic safari in the Castle of the Guards, walks in bicycle by beautiful paths and of course, enjoy his wonderful gastronomy.
BY THE HOUSE: - One day trip to Aracena and Castillo de las Guardas. If you take the highway A66 to the north, the first exit to the right is to Aracena. If you take it, I recommend you to go to the Castle of The Guards (Castillo de las Guardas) and visit its natural animal reserve.
http://www.lareservadelcastillodelasguardas.com/. You can visit everyday from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m and can stay in the park until 18.30h. After the reserve, you can keep going and arrive to Aracena. If it is time for lunch, I recommend you to stop in the town before of Aracena called Higuera de la sierra and eat in “La Terraza”, a restaurant in the main square of the town. You can enjoy there all the typical food of the area.
In Aracena, visit the Caves (Grottos of The Marvels). the timetable is every day from 10.00 a 13.30 h. and15h a 18.00 h. you can visit the castle and the church of templars, from XIII century. If you like sweets, I recommend you to go to the Pastry shop in the main square, famous for its sweets.
MORE: If you like romans history, I recommend you to go to Santiponce (Itálica, http://www.vimeo.com/3361995) If you like the meet, I recommend you to have lunch in the restaurant “El ventorrillo Canario” In front of the ruins, very famous for its “Presa Iberica” o “Secreto Iberico” con Mojo picón (Typical Sauce). If you prefer Spanish Rice, I recommend you the restaurant just behind called “la caseta de Antonio”, a perfect place to enjoy the rice (Ask for “Arroz caldoso”) and its see food and fresh fishes.

Great house in a nice town, the host really looked after us and made us feel welcome in Spain.

The house itself is very modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It is situated on the outskirts of a very small hamlet. More rural than we expected but it was an easy 20 minute drive into Sevilla.Juan Luis was a very good host and responded very quickly to most of our concerns. The neighbours were very noisy so it wasn’t as restful as we had hoped but that isn’t any of Juan Luis fault.

Great experience!
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was homey and there was plenty of space for 5 people. We especially appreciated multiple bathrooms. The air conditioners worked well. The house was well-stocked for cooking dinners. After staying in a few places that required us to meet a person for a key, we really appreciated being able to let ourselves in. Juan Luis was a great host and was very responsive to emails! If you have a car, we would highly recommend this place!

Very clean and spacious home
Except for the fact that the house is about 30 minutes away from the center of Seville, the place was lovely and comfortable. Buses were not frequent to the city centre and Juan was helpful in arranging for a taxi.

A lovely apartment with a wonderful host
The apartment is about 20 minutes from Seville by car in a small Spanish village. It is nicely furnished, clean and has full kitchen for those who like to cook. But the best part was our host, who went out of his way to make us feel at home. There were tips about restaurants to eat in, places to visit, where to park for free in Seville and what quaint villages would be nice to visit. The bedrooms are upstairs so the apartment would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The only downside is that the apartment faces acreage that is somewhat unkempt so that can be off putting when approaching the apartment for the first time. But the apartment, itself, is lovely.

Great experience in a wonderful apartment
We stayed 3 nights in Juan Luis apartment while touring southern Spain. The apartment had everything we needed, well equipped, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of towels, parking and best of all, a super host. The hot tub and two private decks were a bonus. The bus stop was only a block away and the bus to Seville was a 40 minute ride, cheaper than driving and parking. The small village that the apartment is in has a good supermarket and veggie market as well as good restaurants. There is a restaurant just a few steps from the apartment called bar Castillito that was fabulous.
Juan Luis made booking easy and was very helpful with giving us lots of information on the area. We were 4 adults. We would highly recommend this apartment

Excellent
We were s group of 4 girlfriends travelling from Canada. This townhouse was amazing. Great space and fully equipped with everything you need. Located in a small town about 12kms from Seville it was a great location (however we did have a vehicle) travelled to Cadiz, Cordoba, Carmona and a couple of days in Seville itself. The home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Would definately rent it again

We were very happy to stay here. The house is large and very well equipped. We travelled with our 4 year old and 1 year old. There was a baby bed and high chair and even a stair gate. The stair gate was very usefull to keep our 1 year old downstairs. Plenty of space in the house, bedrooms and bathrooms. 2st floor balcony was cosy to sit in the evening. Enjoyed the jaccuzzi at the 1st floor terrace, could cover it (better for safety with the children). The house and terraces are very private.
Nice village, small with just some small stores and restaurants (Casa Lopez have great food), but perfect because it's a quiet place without being isolated. The house is in a dead end street and has a nice view. In 2 minutes walk you're at the mainstreet.
We rented a car at the airport, would recommend to rent a car. In Sevilla we parked at Parking Puente Remedios, 60 cent an hour and in 15 minutes walk you're at Plaza de Espana. Also rented bikes, advice: if you want to rent a bike with one or more child seats, make a reservation. We had to bike to a second store for the second child seat. It's a nice way to see the city. Did go to the Zoo, it's badly maintained, but at a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay and want to come back!

Lovely town house
Perfect location for visiting Seville and surrounding area. Pleasant village with good restaurants within walking distance. Owner extremely helpful and even managed to accommodate us when we mixed up our dates! Well equipped and very clean. Definitely recommend staying here rather than the centre of Seville, where parking is a nightmare.

La maison est située près de Séville à la sortie de l'autoroute ce qui nous permet d'être rapidement dans cette très belle ville. Great family apartment
A lovely, spacious apartment incredibly clean with all the essentials needed for a relaxing holiday. We didn't want a resort holiday with the children so this was ideal with access to a local pool and a 25 minutes drive into Seville which we did every second day.With not a tourist in sight it was safe to let the children wander each morning to buy breakfast in the local shops. And with Juan's wonderful insights into the do's and don'ts of Seville I would highly recommend this accomodation as a place to stay.

A good base for exploring Seville and around
My wife and I rented this property for a fortnight, to be within easy driving range of Seville.
The house is relatively modern, situated in a sleepy, linear village with a smattering of shops and eateries along a main road. The three bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. It was helpful to have two bathrooms. Showers worked efficiently and there was always plenty of hot water at good pressure. The open plan living / dining area room had two settees to seat six people comfortably and a table and chairs for six. The kitchen has a four ring halogen hob and oven. There is a good sized fridge / freezer, as well as a full sized-dishwasher. All the appliances we used worked well although had seen better days. There could have been more crockery, glassware and cutlery to use the dishwasher more efficiently. The wi-fi was very effective. Externally we frequently sat out on the upper terrace which, although it overlooked other properties, at least received afternoon sun. We did not make any use of the hot tub or the lower terrace, which was rather cramped and featureless.
Las Pajanosas is a residential community, so expect some noise from neighbours. You can park your car right outside the front door which is handy when you arrive loaded with cases or shopping. The area in front of the house is scruffy, with plenty of litter strewn across it.
Seville is about a 20 minute drive away. Other places we enjoyed visiting included Aracena, Carmona and Italica.
Thanks to the owner, Juan Luis who is well-meaning and responsive. He sought to resolve minor issues quickly, via contact by texts and email.

Quiet and conveniently close to Seville
We enjoyed our five days/four nights at this house. It was a little cool in the evenings while we were in Spain so having heat in all the rooms was great, especially the wood pellet fireplace in the family/dining room. The house is undergoing a few minor renovations and needs some new paint on a few walls but was still great to stay in. In a few weeks once the renovations are finished and a few walls are freshly painted the house will be even better.

Nice, clean, well situated
As a family of 5 touring Andalucia by car this was perfect. We rented this apartment to explore seville and we did driving 15 to 20 minutes and parking just outside historical quarter. But we also explored towns and countryside north of seville which was equally grand...tour of pig farm and ham curing, a ranch that raises bulls for bullring, awesome cave with lakes, crystals,stalagmites. Highly recommend. Stayed 3 nights would prefer to stay a week

Ruim rijtjeshuis, goed ingericht, tamelijk modern, wifi, airco etc. Fijne badkamers, ruime woon- en slaapkamers en keuken. De patio met bubbelbad aan achterzijde is wat klein en grenst rondom aan huizen van de buren, geen gebruik van gemaakt. Op straat parkeren mogelijk, rustige buurt. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar spreekt goed Engels en gaf veel info over het dorp en Sevilla. Rustig dorpje met wat eenvoudige restaurants, goede basis om de omgeving te verkennen per auto.

Great Family House to Explore Sevilla and Andalusia!!
Our family of five stayed at this home for 9 nights and loved every minute of our stay! With three spacious bedrooms and three lovely baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, lovely private patio and large dining & living areas, it provided plenty of space for both individual privacy and fun family time. The entire home was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Juan Luis was an amazing host and went well above and beyond our expectations to help provide assistance with our stay and and wonderful guidance with the area. Each day, we would take the easy 15 minute drive into Sevilla or hit the road for one of our many day trips to the beach, Ronda, Cordoba and even Portugal. It was perfect! I can't begin to over recommend Juan Luis as a host and his beautiful home just outside of Sevilla! You won't regret your choice!
