About this apartment rental
This is probably the best apartment in Cascais. It is a Penthouse with unobstructed views of Cascais and the whole coast line for miles. The terrace completely surrounds the property and provides fantastic 360 views, on a clear day from the bridge in Lisbon to Sintra. Only a short walk from Cascais town center, several restaurant areas and beaches. Two double bedrooms downstairs sleep 4.
The features include the exterior Jacuzzi overlooking Cascais and surrounding areas, the double shower inside encased in glass in the bathroom, the outside rain shower on the terrace, the Jacuzzi bath inside, the separate dressing area for the mater bedroom upstairs, the cable and satellite television, all mod cons in the kitchen, the cupboards stocked with numerous kitchen appliances, the marble floors and tiles in the bathrooms, the five flat screen televisions, a double sunbed and sun loungers. there's also use of a shared pool and a separate gym in the apartment block on the ground floor for a membership fee of 25 euro's per week.

My wife and I stayed at this 16th floor gem for just under 6 weeks, with other stays in Portugal before and after.
All is precisely how Nick the owner describes in amenities. Patricia and her husband take good care of the place.
The floor to ceiling windows, that can be rolled back, plus the two additional lofts give you a fairytail flat of just under 4000 Sq feet.
Our stay in this amazing place will never be forgotten. We miss it already.

Wow!!!! This plaice was absolutely amazing. I used this flat for a father daughter trip to Cascais and Lisbon. This was out first time in the area. Getiting into the flat was very easy. They were accommodating with my late arrival. The apartment was cleaning and had everything that you could possibly want. We had not problems with any appliances TVs not working. We did laundry daily and dried it on the expansive and amazing balcony.
You can come for the balcony by it self. It was huge and wrapped around the apartment. The views of Cascais were beautiful. There were chairs for sunning, a nice table to have breakfast out side. The apartment it self has huge glass sliding doors which allows you to open them up and feel like your outside.
Having the 1/2 bath plus the full was also nice.
The Kitchen was huge and you could easily cook in it.
If we come back here again. I will definitely try and return to this apartment.

As soon we arrive the apartment smell mold.
The laundry machine and the refrigerator was duty. The smell was so strong in the laundry and manager put it to work for cleaning and and the machine star linking water to the kitchen floor.
The kitchen was also not clean, but the smell force us to look for a Hotel.

Nick's place was great. A short 10-minute walk to Cascais destinations, and the 16th floor gives a great vantage for the whole area. Overall, great experience

Fantastic 12 nights in Cascais in this beautiful penthouse. We loved the location in an up-market neighbourhood a little out of the central touristy area, though only a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. Apartment was huge with a 360 degree wraparound terrace and a fantastic view of the bay, and all the way to Lisbon on a clear day. Lots of hi tech gadgets, even managed to see the Ryder cup on Sky. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic, we loved it. After 7 days of Lisbon 4 days in this great apartment and the beautiful but busy Cascais was prefect.

We had a great stay with our young children in Cascais. The apartment is huge and has amazing views. We loved cascais and are so glad we decided to stay there rather than Lisbon as our home base.

Wake up every morning to the best view in Cascais! Having a cup of coffee and pastries in the morning on the rooftop patio cannot be beaten. One of the best pastry shops and market are steps away. Everything in Cascais is within walking distance. A terrific pool is at your disposal. And a bike shop right next door. You won't be disappointed.

Superb apartment that you will not want to leave. If you do venture out, beach, historic sites, bars/restaurants, supermarkets and train station all within walking distance. For further afield, trains, buses and Ubers all readily available even electric scooters/bikes nearby. Great communication with the owner and local representative.will be back

Holiday July 2019
Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. Splendid views and good facilities. Just a few odd bits around the apartment need touching up which could be done in the off-season.
Local shop less than 5 mins away
Patricia was very helpful when my wife wasn't well. Thanks for that.
Though there was some work going on in an apartment a few floors down and there was some noise, it wasn't too intrusive and wasn't all the time.

Penthouse Apartment
Had a fantastic 1 week stay at Nick’s penthouse apartment, it was so relaxing we spent most of our days sunbathing on the balcony, the views are amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. It is easy walking to the town centre and the harbour. Great location, you won’t be disappointed.

Week in Cascais
Spent a week in this beautiful property. Didn't leave the apartment 2 of the days sitting on the balcony enjoying the fabulous views whilst drinking champagne in the hot tub and then utilizing the BBQ. Game of pool on the night time in the games room. A fabulous place to stay in Cascais. 10 minute walk to restaurants.

Nick helped to arrange for all of our needs all the way from our airport pick-up to any apartment needs...it could not have been smoother. The apartment is very large for 4 people and the rooftop deck is spectacular! It’s a little bit of a hike into town but worth every step.

Absolutely amazing!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the highlights on our trip to Portugal! Patricia, one of the owners, greeted us with a bottle of wine, fresh flowers, and some cheese, which was so sweet! We’re seasoned travelers and this is the best hospitality we have received. The penthouse itself was very clean and spacious. The view outside was gorgeous and we could not get enough of it. We got to enjoy the view from the jacuzzi which was such a great experience. On the last day, Patricia allowed for us to stay about longer to check out at 12, which was also so nice! Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly highly recommend this resort! Huge thank you to Patricia and Nick for their kindness!

Amazing view and spacious
Lovely views from all sides and very comfortable. Aircon works well. An older building with stairs to get to the elevator. No shade at the pool. About a 15 minute walk to get to the beach/restaurants etc.

Stunning
We had a lovely stay at this spacious and comfortable apartment.The views are stunning and we were fortunate enough to have great weather for the whole of our stay.The wrap around balcony was ideal for soaking up the sun all day.The centre of town is a ten minute walk away and there are two supermarkets to stock up on all you require.It is a 5 euro taxi ride back up the hill to the apartment.Ther is also a small supermarket across the road and a bakery which sells delicious cakes and sandwiches.You can also take a bus from the bus station in town to a number of places and the train station is also handy if you wish to take a trip into nearby Estoril.A 40 minute train ride will also take you into Lisbon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would not hesitate to book again.

Simply fantastic!
This is the second time we've had the privilege of staying here, and it really is a privilege. This is a truly stunning apartment, covering the entire 16th top floor, with the most magnificent panoramic views, which are superb and far reaching. The constant vista captivates you. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is also well situated, with a short walk to town or the marina. The hot tub (or you can make it cool) is brilliant and the upstairs pool room, with various other games is great, and not just for kids. We will definitely come back. Having stayed in many, many other villas, apartments and cottages, this rates amongst the very best we've staying in. Thanks Nick for letting us stay and thanks too to Patricia who offers any help you may need.

Stunning apartment with stunning views
This apartment is without doubt worthy of the 5 stars. The view is amazing and with the view, hot tub, games room and weather it was hard to leave the luxury to explore Cascais. We will definitely be back!! Big thank you to housekeeper Patricia too for her welcome and being on hand to answer questions and help us out when we were there.

Fabulous luxury apartment
Having spent three days in Lisbon, we took the coastal train (2 euros) to this apartment for four nights. Really had the wow factor, with stunning views as promised. Very clean, loads of kitchen gadgets, quick wi-fi, satellite tv....everything worked. The games room is brilliant - we had a lot of fun playing the table football, pool table and the pinball machine. Cascais is a really lovely location. Would have been very happy to spend a few more days.

Simply Fantadtic
This is a great quality apartment with incredible views. I really mean incredible. Probably one of the best views we've ever had, which can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining area and lounge with Fantastic floor to ceiling Windows. The very large wrap around terrace is also wonderful and the hot tub an added bonus. The fixtures and fittings inside are top quality. The apartment is very well located, with only a small walk to shops and restaurants and the main centre of Cascais. I have no hesitation in recommending this 5 star accommodation. We will most definitely go back.

A fabulous place to stay
The views from the penthouse were everything that the web site claimed , the games room was better than we envisaged and an extra I have never seen in any other self catering accomodation , up and better than most hotels and at no cost . It was a perfect out of season place to stay and can see that in high summer you would spend most of your days on the terrace . The owners advice sheet of where to eat and how to use appliances was very clear and useful.

Great Apartment
We stayed hear with our two girls aged 3 and 5 and had a brilliant time. The pictures really don't do it justice, the views are balcony are just brilliant, we spent most of our time in the apartment just looking out the window. It is a great location and you can walk to the beach, marina, shops and train station from the apartment. We spent most evening in the hot tub looking out over Cascais, brilliant. The owner Nick is really helpful and arranged transport for us from the airport.

Amazing Cascais Apartment
This is the place to stay if you want to have your breath taken away by what can only be described as an unbelievable view! The apartment is just simply beautiful light and clean with everything you need for the perfect holiday-You will be spoilt for choice on where to stand on the huge terrace watching Cascais ,the beautiful sea and gorgeous sunsets .The supermarket that has just opened across the road is perfect for everything.
Guncho beach is 10 minutes by car as are most of the smaller town beaches all lovely and very clean .
We could walk into Cascais centre in approx. 20 minutes and
were spoilt for choice for Restaurants.
Thank you Nick for allowing us to rent your apartment for a truly relaxing wonderful time and highly recommend it to anybody and hope to return again in the future.

A special place to stay (& I'm hard to please)
The pictures do not do this place justice - it is massive and the views are spectacular. It is a 10 minute brisk walk into town, small well-stocked supermarket literally opposite, the main hypermarket, Jumbo, is a short drive away. Apartment was spotless, many loungers and cushions outside, v comfortable. The well-maintained communal pool is reached by a trip down a rabbit warren of corridors, but was infrequently used while we were there. We had it to ourselves on several occasions. We think it's 20 metres long, so good for 'proper' swimming as well as lounging and cooling off. There was a problem with the jacuzzi while we were there, but Nick kept us up-to-date by email, and was very prompt with any queries we had. The apartment is in a semi-commercial district - lots of banks, so we sometimes had to search around a bit for parking if returning during the working day, but we always found somewhere fairly close.
One small down was the aircon in the bedroom was very noisy. I don't think you'd need to use it normally, because there is usually a breeze, but it was very hot and windy while we were there and we needed to use it. No aircon elsewhere but its not a problem because the main room is completely French windows, so there was virtually no time that we didn't have some airflow through the place.
All in all, a special place to stay. Thanks Nick.

The need for a laptop when renting this property
There is certainly some poetic licence in the description of this property since :-
1. There is only one bathroom and that did not even have a locking door.
2. The kitchen ovens were in one case too high and consequently dangerous when lifting cooked items from its interior and the other oven was impossible to operate - no instructions of any sort available hence the need for a laptop to 'sus' out the operating manual.
3. The top floor has twin beds but access to this area is via a narrow winding staircase - not conducive when perhaps requiring the toilet downstairs!
4. Cleaning was good save that the 2 lady cleaners did require that bed linen be hung out to dry at least twice during the visit.
5. There were 18 'dead' lights around the apartment plus there was no means of using the lighting at the rear of the kitchen nor the Air-con there.
Apart from the above there were certainly magnificent views and it was convenient for restaurants , shops etc.

Wow, wow, wow. Amazing place
This place is by far the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. It’s actually more entertaining to stay in than go out! The pictures do not do this place justice, the views are amazing. It’s brilliant having all the doors open and having the breeze flow through the apartment. EVERYTHING in this apartment is to the highest spec – from the washing machine, Bose sound system to the sink taps! The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. The town is nice too, few good restaurants but we found it more entertaining to BBQ on the terrace most nights. Do not be put off by the price of this property, it’s worth every and more.

Great Rental
The view is worth the price. The penthouse's outside space is just as lovely as the inside space. The photos don't do it justice. Both the apartment and town are lovely. It's an easy walk to the center of town.
The owner and manager make arranging the stay very easy. The communication is prompt and clear. They will even arrange for you to be picked up at the airport.
One of the best places I've ever rented.
