This is an apartment that is well-located to the lifts, ski hire ( super morzine intersport with the storage option - fab ), supermarket, and everything we needed. The apartment had everything for easy self-catering, washing, etc. We were 5 adults, there for 2 weeks - snug - but did the trick!. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you!

Beautiful weather, the apartment was lovely (and we left it as we found it ) it has a lot of stairs for a three year old so we had to watch her a bit more than normal. Also could have done with a couple of fans specifically in the bedrooms. We also didn’t figure out the job 😬 But maybe next time

Loved staying in Andrew’s property. Favourite feature - the panoramic views from the upper floor balcony - perfect for morning coffees and nighttime wind down drinks. It was a great base for my mountain bike mad family.

Facilities were very good however, the fridge was disgusting and we had to clean it, there was hair all over my pillow, the glasses were dirty and had to be washed, the cutlery was also dirty and had to be washed.

Great location, far enough out of town to walk off all the cheese and beer, plus nice and quiet too.
Close enough to get everywhere within 5/10 minutes.
Really nice apartment, very clean and everything you would need! Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice too as that’s a bug bear when you go away. Towels provided nice and soft- all in all a really great apartment.
Good contact with Andy the owner and was really nice to hear that it’s a second home, shows that the place is cared about and it’s clear it is!
10/10,
Zach

We have just come back from an amazing trip to Morzine. The accommodation was great and a close walk to town centre, with a casino supermarket 4 mins away.

The absence of a decent dining table is sure worth an improvement.
With 5 adult family members it is a bit cramped in the kitchen Area. Having breakfast or Dinner only in the (very comfortable) couches is not completely optimal.
The presence of a ski locker on ground level is a pre.
Kitchen is perfect.
Presence of WiFi these days is practically obligatory….
Andrew is communicating very well and responds quickly: nice!
All in all we had a very nice stay.
Thanks very much.

We were a group of four blokes on a skiing holiday and stayed at the apartment. We found the apartment full of character, adequately spaced and well-equipped but best of all, in a great location to walk to the town, get to the ski shop, main lifts and to the restaurants and the local supermarket all within 5-10 minutes walk.
In addition, the 2 parking spaces provided are a bonus in Morzine. Would thoroughly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is lovely and in a great location. We didn't get a chance to use some of the extra things such as bread maker, slow cooker but all were there with instructions included. We did use the log burner a few nights which is a nice bonus!
We didn't end up needing to use the cave to store ski's as we ended up finding Gravier Ski Shop. If you're going to Morzine for a ski break and need to hire ski's the staff here were great. They're located close to the bottom of the pleney lift and you can leave your shoes there during the day and swap over after a day skiing which is great so you don't have to do the dreaded walk back to the apartment in ski boots!
Andy was great and kept in contact with is as and when needed. We got an Alpybus transfer from Geneva and they couldn't locate the apartment so we called Andy for some extra directions and he was happy to help.
All in all a great week away!

The apartment had everything from dvds to bread maker. The cave downstairs was a great place to store skis and boots at the end of the day and there was a super market a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious property. Set over two floors with a balcony and a roof terrace too. Ideal location as easy walk to the centre. Casino supermarket nearby too. Would book again.

I was extremely impressed by the property in Morzine, thinking that it was even better than the pictures presented it to be. The views from the balconies were spectacular, the chairs and beds comfortable, and the whole place was extremely well stocked with anything you might need, be that kitchenware or technology.
The shower had good power and there was also a huge bath if you prefer to soak your muscles after a hard day's skiing. The walk to either ski lift was about 10 minutes, so it was conveniently located and you could probably be in town in less.
Lastly, I'd like to say that the landlord was extremely helpful throughout and provided a fully comprehensive brochure giving lots of details about the town and the property. All round great property and I'd happily stay again.

This is a apartment which has been well thought out with all you requirements catered. Bedroom space, two large and a small children's bunk room, two sitting area and a lovely kitchen. The walk to the top floor is well worth the effort and don't be put off.
Floor space is generous, great for a family with two spectacular views; over Morzine, the other from the sitting room balcony looking towards the slopes.
Everywhere was clean & tidy, spacious bathroom with great shower, lots of hot water and a super bath to soak the tumbles of the day away.
A log fire, logs from (supermarket), glass of wine and a extensive DVD collection to watch whilst the younger ones in our family disappeared for night life in town.
Recommend a night watching the local ice hockey team, Beanie's bar & Dixie's for apre skiing.
Apartment is easy walking distance to the supermarket and main town 5 mins away. We used our car to drive up to Ardant chair lift and there is ample car parking, super Morzine was not open but only 5 minutes away.
The owner Andrew was excellent; communication, very accommodating on everything we asked. I would highly recommend this apartment, best one we have stayed in to date and great value for money.

We had a great time in this apartment. It is well equipped and the kids were in heaven with the huge DVD selection. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is small but well kitted out with everything we needed. The roof terrace was a wonderful spot for a BBQ with views over the mountains and Morzine. It is a short walk into the centre of town and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
If you are not a fan of stairs, you may struggle with this apartment as it is a few flights up. Also, the main living area is downstairs, though we tended to live on the top floor with the kitchen and living area and roof terrace.
The property was clean and everything in good working order. Andy, the owner, was extremely helpful in giving us advice on what to do in the area and promptly answered any questions we had during the booking process.
We had beautiful weather and took full advantage of the summer multipass. Morzine is the perfect location for walking, cycling, paragliding, white water rafting and so on. Never a dull moment in our week and we made use of many of the facilities the town had to offer including the skating rink, the indoor and out door pools, tennis courts and summer luge. During the summer there are free kids activities in the town square every afternoon/evening. We loved it and plan to return to do the things we didn't manage to fit into our action packed week.
Thoroughly recommend this apartment and imagine it would be warm and cosy in the winter too.

Just stayed at the apartment for 5 days, It is in nice quiet location but only short walk to super morzine ski lift.
We rented equipment from intersport next to the lift and you can store your equipment over night.
Apartment was clean and nicely furnished with everything you could need for trip.

Our family have just returned from an excellent stay at this apartment. From initial interest to arrival in Morzine the communication has been fab. The apartment is lovely. Based over 2 floors it gives separate areas in which to relax. The log fire was a fabulous indulgence which we enjoyed most nights when eating in. The use of a slow cooker making mealtimes even more easier. Fabulous deep bath to soothe away aching muscles or a powerful shower to wash away the days aches.
We hired a ski locker at The Pleney ski lifts - so much easier than traipsing your ski equipment each day, that also gives you the excuse to stroll back via the numerous bars & restaurants after your day on the slopes. Easy transfers arranged via the owners contacts in Morzine along with ski hire made my holiday all the more enjoyable. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
