fantastic short break

Vlado was waiting for us, we were slightly delayed because of traffic, he showed us all around the apartment explaining everything, gave us an in depth view of things to do, he even provided drinks on arrival

The panoramic view of the bay and the old town is breathtaking. The apartment is super clean with a spacious living room

The most satisfying thing about living in this place is that the hostess is extremely helpful and always be there for our needs. She gave us guidance for sightseeing, instructions for the utilities, and provided first-aid assistance when one of us got injured.

Nice aparment with excellent location!

Best location in Kotor: beach and old town 10 minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Still very quiet and not much traffic closeby. Very clean and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Nice view to Kotor bay and port.

Best place in Kotor

I don’t know if you can find a better place to stay while in Kotor! The location is great; 5 min walking into old town, shopping centre and food shop just down the hill from the building. The interior is fresh and modern but not too modern. It fells like a home rather than a hotel room – in the best possible way! You have everything you might need; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, air conditioning – everything! The view from the balcony is great and it is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine and some local specialities from the shop. Upon arrival we were greeted by Petrisa who showed us the apartment and explained where everything is, she talked us through how to get into the old town, how to climb the ladder of Kotor and where the closest shops are. She is so friendly and helpful, a great hostess! She even welcomed us with a bottle of local whine and then the first morning she came with cream pie – which by the way was amazing! We had made a dinner reservation at a restaurant about 30 min from Kotor, we first wanted to take the boat taxi but that was way too expensive, so Petrisa and her husband arranged for us to be driven by her husbands brother. He drove us there and came to pick us up. It shows how service minded they are!

There is a reason why this property has such high scores! I can’t find anything to complain about! If I’m going to be extremely picky then I would say a sign above the garage with the name would be great. It is a bit of a narrow turn to the property and we were not 100% sure we had parked at the right place, but that is really a minor detail and nothing to even concern yourself with :) If you are lucky enough to have this property available when going to Kotor, don’t miss out!

Very nice accommodation, very clean, well equipped and spacious. The location of the appartement is excellent, in a quiet area, very close to the old city center and the shopping center. It has a terrace with a nice view of the town and the bay. Vlado is very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of tips about places to visit and good restaurants, he offered us wine and brought cakes. He even helped us parking the car and changing the SIM in a telephone. The washing machine was a useful bonus.

Vlado was a great host, easily contactable and made sure our stay was extra special. I had a birthday during our stay and he and his wife brought us wine which was lovely. When my partner left something at the hotel when we had got to Budva, he dropped it off to us for free which we really appreciated. Our only suggestion is to set up a shared Netflix account for the apartments, as this was the only thing we felt was missing.

Everything was great! Very clean apartment, location is perfect. Host/hostess Vlado and Petrisa were so friendly and welcoming. Local cake and wine were brought to us and they were delicious. Very good Wi-Fi. Thank you!

100% recommend!

Everything was amazing! Great location, less than 10 min walk to the old town and hiking trail. The flat is super clean and spacious, lovely terrace with view over the bay, separate living room area, equipped with everything you could need. The host Vlado is absolutely amazing, gave us great recommendations and was really helpful

perfect in every way

The apartment is beautiful, super clean and with everything you could need (Washing machine / Dishwasher / hob / Micro / fridge plus cleaning equipment). there was also tea / coffee / sugar and salt which makes life so much easier when you are only staying for a few days. The owners could not be any more helpful, they got us Water / juice /local wine (which was amazing) and even brought us cakes on our first morning. They gave us helpful advice on where to visit and park and directions to walk up the back way to the fortress which was stunning. Also a fantastic restaurant recommendation in Bastion (short walk away). Kotor and Kotor Bay is stunning, we were also lucky to have beautiful blue sky's all the time we were there. its a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town and about the same to the nearest Supermarket (Voli), there is also a lovely little bakery round the corner (seems to be open all day)

Everything was perfect - would highly recommend and cant wait to return

Amazing apartment with fantastic view

Great stay!

Petra and her husband would have to be the nicest hosts you will encounter. Petra was warm and inviting right from our first meeting. We met her husband later, and he too was very approachable and helpful. They provided water, juice and a lovely bottle of wine (all complimentary) as well as the getting the local cream cake for us on the second day. Petra sent us details of things to do and gave us maps, they are really wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a good location, not too far to walk to into town and the old city and close to the bay to book tours etc. The facilities are good and there are 2 supermarkets nearby. I would highly recommend Los Olivos and so glad we booked there.

Great place to stay just outside of old town

Wonderful host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Filled us in on useful details about the area and was highly attentive. The apartment was modern and perfect for our needs. The view of the bay was lovely and the walk to old town and the beach were both short. Also, parking was easy.

No real complaints. If you can't stay in old town, this is the perfect option. Also a great option if you have a rental car because the parking was on-site.

A clean, updated apartment in the heart of Kotor

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was extremely clean, updated, well-stocked, and convenient to town. Our host was very communicative, offered helpful advice about what to see and do in the area, and went out of his way to make our stay great. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Kotor.

Great villa, great location, great host!

Lovely villa in a great location, short walk to Kotor old town, access to shore for boats and can hike right from the villa. Really great host, helpful and generous with lots of good tips for a great stay.

Only minor irritation was a bit of early morning noise from building site for a new hotel going up while we were visiting. Not much you can do about that though!

Wonderful stay at Los Olivos

Everything was really functional. Vlado was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us an explanation of the sites and the hikes nearby on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We parked our rental car in the garage on the property. We cooked dinner and breakfast with ease. There was a short walk to the old city and lots of different restaurants, shopping centres and supermarkets. The view from the balcony was breath-taking. Vlado was truly the best host!

Central location with great hosts

The location and view across the wall on the mountainside were great. Hosts Vlado and Petricia are on-site and could not have been more helpful with advice on how to make the most of our time in Kotor (and beyond). The apartment is modern and well set up for a couple. Apart from a few steps up from the garage it is all on one level so that's the easy bit before you tackle the wall and all its steps! The old town and Kotor Bay are a fairly easy 10-15 minutes walk away where there are numerous bars, restaurants and a shopping centre.

Our GPS was not very helpful and we didn't have a Montenegrin sim so it took us a while to find the apartments. The traffic jam in the main street didn't help, too many tourists! :) There is signage to the property when you get to the street but it's a bit confusing until you find out that the Kelly Apartments are downstairs and Los Olivos are up the short flight of steps.

Incredible apartment and balcony view!

Incredible new apartment! Definitely recommend! Everything is very comfortable. There are dishwasher, washing machine, kettle. Tea and coffee, water and a bottle of wine as a compliment were unexpected, but welcome. Even a cake for breakfast. Thank you Patricia and Vlado. Your place is an oasis. Old Kotor is very beautiful and just a few minutes from the apartment. Vlado recommend us the restaurant Bastion. The food was very tasty. I would recommend it to you too. Definitely we will visit you and Kotor again! Thanks

Petrisa & Vlado were amazing hosts, very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, activities in Kotor and even giving us local wine and a local cream cake for breakfast. They, very kindly, printed our bus tickets for us on our last day and drove us to the bus station at 6.45am. The apartment was very clean and modern with air conditioning, an excellent shower and a beautiful balcony with a view over the bay. The apartment was a short 5min walk downhill to the old town, a perfect location for a few days in Kotor. Thanks so much, From Tomás & Aoibhe

Petrisa & Vladir were fantastic hosts, so attentive and checked in with us regularly to ask if we needed anything. They gave us some delicious local goodies, and the apartment itself was very well equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The location was great in a beautiful place. I'd recommend this place to anyone, we had an amazing time here!
