Really close to Saumur town centre, Rural location, quiet and peaceful. All the basics needed and large fridge and freezer for longer stays. Staff were super friendly. Swimming Pool a real bonus.
No air conditioning so bring a fan

Pas de minimum pour nettoyer (éponges …) inclus dans le prix

3.0
nothing
staff smelling alcohol, having to pay for the sheets and towels, carrying our luggages until the room, no soap nor shampoo!
it is not a place to stay over night ! definitely not for golfers.

Mooi zwembad. Rustig park

Fair Price.
Miles from anywhere with no restaurant, or any kind of cafe/Bar, definitely not advisable for a one night stop over, bad advertising by booking.com !!!

Facilities that were at our disposition ..Great for family.Plus since we were numerous it was easy to stay together.
Could have been a little bit cleaner but then again I am a fanatic on cleanliness

Lovely and clean, great pool. Very quiet.
Beds a little uncomfortable.
5.0
Great location
Cleanliness and it would be better to make it clear that there is no laundry (sheets ,towels ect ..) at all
8.0
Great location for a stop on the way back from the Dordogne
Paying for bedding / towels and also having to clean the property or pay for it to be cleaned. Lots of hidden costs
3.0
The positives were outweighed by the negatives.
Listing by yourselves didn't inform us of the many hidden charges including, linen, towels, kettle and a cleaning pack. As your site is a booking hotel site then the night rate charge includes all these, therefore it was neither clear , transparent or expected there were hidden charges.
On top of this the photographs depicted a well maintained garden and patio but the truth was a weed infested patio and lawns that resembled fields.

the bed was very confortable
for that price to make and unmake the bed. No soap in the bathroom
7.0
space and comfortable beds
lack of things to do and no shop/ vending facilities

It is totally different in real life to what is portrayed on the website. The staff were unhelpful, the reception area stank of stale smoke, it was like a ghost town. They charged you for everything as ‘extras’, bedding and towels aren’t even included in price! They say you can take dogs then hit you with an extra charge when you arrive. They also make you clean apartment yourself, but provide you no cleaning products to do so but threaten costs if not clean. Apartment was a bit dirty and had mould in it, we actually asked to leave when we arrived as really did not want to stay - but were refused a refund. I would never return, and would urge others not to book. I complained to booking.com.

The location
The chalet did not match the pictures on the website. The chalet was very tired looking as was the whole site. Everything looked very tired and old. There seemed to be an additional charge for everything, including bedding, towels, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel etc. There was an extensive list of charges that would be applied if anything was broken.

Clean, location, facilities
Sofa bed not the most comfortable

The site is really peaceful, so relaxing and quiet. We loved it.
The after hours check in process was really unclear. We ended up deciding to stay somewhere else on our first night because we weren't sure we would be able to get in after hours and we couldn't get in touch with anyone to confirm.

Quiet location but an easy cycle into Saumur and very cycle friendly locally. Pool facilities good and relaxed attitude to use of the facilities.
Nothing within a short walk - you will need to cycle or drive to local shops or boulangerie. Take your own table tennis bats and balls to make use of the tables on site.

This is a tranquil location and is like a little holliday vilage in the woods. I can clearly see that this is a very good holiday destination for familys who are going to stay several days. The car free zone is obviosly for the safety of children and to increase the peacefulness of the location.
This is not a travelers one night stop off. The 'Village of Cottages' is a car free zone you must park 100m away. I was concerned about the low security of the parking area. Getting a proper resturant meal was not posible. They need to clearly advertise that this is not a travelers stop off.

Kids play area
Long walk from carpark to reception (tired and hungry kids didnt help!)

Spacious condo, enjoyed the little terrace as well. Lots of trees, quiet area. Family friendly. Equipped with pretty much all you need to cook, etc.
I had to clean and tidy the kitchen despite having paid for the condo cleaning (defeats the purpose).
Pool very crowded which made it not as enjoyable. The price was very high for the level of service and the amenities that were ok but not amazing.

Nice surroundings - country location. Accommodation was comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Easy drive into Saumur. Good location for a family holiday.
Was noisy the first night with loud music coming from outside one of the properties until 2am. Not sure there is management on site overnight to manage this. Should have rules about silence after 11pm as it is a site for families. was very quiet on the next night. For short stays they could provide more in the way of soap/cleaning materials/dishwasher tablets/ tea towel. You have to make up your own beds with linen provided. We liked the layout of the site and the ability to have outside space - but they are charging hotel prices without the service. Leaving your car some distance away from the accommodation could be a problem for some - there are trolleys for luggage which were fine for us. Think this accommodation is more suited to a family self catering holiday or for someone who wants to play golf on course next door rather than for short stays.

Last minute booking.
Very basic chalet but we were only staying one night.
4.0
The apartment was very tired. Hairs on the sofa and bedroom dusty.
7.0
The location is closed to sightseeing and calm
No Internet connection
Such a camp would benefit to have more services such as small onsite food store and restauration/bar facilities.
