About this house rental
Located in the heart of the Mazarran scrubland, in a small housing estate, you will be seduced by this comfortable and contemporary new 120 m² villa with 7m x 4m swimming pool. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you will appreciate its equipment and its geographical location. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the village (1500m), but also 10 min - Bédoin, 10 min - Pernes les fontaines, 15 min - Malaucène. Perfectly equipped for your holidays: American kitchen opening onto the dining room, barbecue, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with its own shower room, bathroom with bath, convertible sofa for 2 additional beds. Air conditioning in all rooms, including bedrooms.

The property sleeps six + but the only shower (ensuite) had a broken shower head holder rendering the Shower unusable. There is a Bath but with no plug, this has a bath /shower mixer but the handset holder is positioned at knee high when standing in the Bath. The Gardens were unkept and looking tired. The general cleanliness did not reflect the cleaning cost.
The direct neighbour appears to be operating a car repairs business resulting in loud unpleasant noises to be heard while trying to relax around the Pool. Generally we had a lovely stay but could have been much better for the price paid.

Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari et notre bébé de 6 mois.. tout était pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Propriétaire répond rapidement aux demandes par messages avant l'arrivée, petit apero d'accueil super sympa, très agréable et en confiance. La climatisation ainsi que la piscine ont rendu ce séjour rafraîchissement par les températures très très chaudes ! Encore merci et nous recommandons ce logement !

Fantastische tijd in Mazan
Huis gehuurd als uitval basis voor de Sporta fiets en voettocht op de Mont Ventoux. Zeer goed ontvangen en volledige uitleg gekregen. Niets was teveel voor de eigenaars. Huis had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een groep van 7. Meer dan voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Ruime woning met voldoende slaapplaatsen. Airco en als kers op de taart een zwembad. Een aanrader !!!

haben wir in Mazan verbracht. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war trotz unserer dürftigen Französichkenntnisse sehr gut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist mit allem für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Immer wieder empfehlenswert!

Fijn verblijf in mooie streek
Een modern huis in een urbanisatie iets ten zuiden van het aardige dorp Mazan. Veel ruimte en voorzieningen, w.o. airco in alle ruimten, met een schoon zwembad (niet verwarmd). Parkeren op eigen terrein. Baheia is een prima gastvrouw en ze ontvangt je persoonlijk voor uitleg. Een grote keuken met veel apparatuur. Huis is zeker geschikt voor 6 personen. De toegangsweg is grotendeels onverhard! Maar wij hebben er een prma verblijf gehad.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Le gîte est conforme à la description (il y a même plus qu'indiqué, comme la clim dans chaque pièce), très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accueil irréprochable de la propriétaire, toujours à notre écoute et de très bons conseils. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour se passe très bien. Très belle maison conforme à l'annonce, irréprochable en tous points. Hôtes aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse infinie. Alles aanwezig voor een zorgeloze vakantie
Goed uitgeruste woning, alles aanwezig van oven, vaatwas, wasmachine tot strijkijzer. Voldoende ruim zwembad en mogelijkheid om buiten te aperitieven en eten. Voldoende ruime kamers, allen voorzien van airco. De locatie ligt net iets buiten Mazan, dus voor de bakker heb je al even de fiets of auto nodig. Winkels in Carpentras vlot bereikbaar met de auto. Zwembad werd om de paar dagen gereinigd. Woning zelf had misschien tussendoor (wij bleven er 12 nachten) eens gepoetst mogen worden, maar dat is dan ook het enig werkpuntje.

Séjour très agréable
La propriété d'un état moderne et propre, est située dans un endroit calme. Parking sous un arbre dans la propriété clôturée et verrouillable. Tous les appareils electriques décrits fonctionnent correctement. Réception par satellite possible pour les chaînes françaises et certaines chaînes anglaises.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont déjà créé une atmosphère agréable à la réception grâce à diverses petites choses (petits pots de confiture sucrés ou des dosettes de café). La piscine est entretenue régulièrement
et vous invite à nager par temps chaud.
La localisation de l'objet était possible après contact téléphonique sur le site, car le numéro de rue spécifié est attribué à plusieurs objets. Après la réservation, une référence aux coordonnées GPS de la porte d’entrée aurait été utile. (À voir sur les cartes Google dans la vue satellite, bouton droit de la souris, élément de menu: "qu'y a-t-il ici?")
Les sites touristiques accessibles en moins de 90 minutes sont le Mont Ventoux, Avignon, Arles, le Pont du Gard, le Roussillon, Rustrel, la Camargue et, près du village d'Orgnac-l'Aven, l'une des grottes les plus impressionnantes d'Europe.
Un hébergement qui peut être recommandé sans hésitation.

The house was exactly as expected and location was perfect. Facilities were excellent and the owners were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful before and during our stay. We arrived much later than usual and they kindly accommodated this and met us at the house late in the evening.
The area is beautiful with many stunning drives and views. Two of our party cycled Mt Ventoux and the location was perfect.
We had a fabulous break and highly recommend this property. We will certainly return.
