Situated in beautiful Braunton, Hills court has everything we needed right on the door step. The bathrooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. Lots for the children to play with. Spacious house with a good sized garden and hot tub.
As someone who has a bad back, a comfy bed is paramount. The superking in the master bedroom is so exquisitely comfortable it was a total blessing.

Lovely stay at Hills Court
An absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space and in a great location. We stayed for a week with a party ageing from 7 to 70 and had a brilliant time. The location is great, walking distance from the local pub and shops and plenty of options for eating out or takeaways also within walking distance. Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe are only a short drive away. The garden is brilliant as is the huge BBQ and Fire pit and there is plenty of seating outdoors for everyone. Lots of parking space for three cars. 2 of the double bedrooms don't have wardrobe space, but this wasn't really a problem for us. Shame that the Jacuzzi was broken as would have been great to use after long days out. Loads of books, games and toys to keep everyone entertained, and especially enjoyed the Footabll table! We had a fantastic time, making great memories after such a difficult 18 months and Hills Court is the perfect place to relax and do as much or as little as you like. A real gem. Big thank you to Kathy as well who was great re. communication and made us feel very comfortable. Big thanks for the bottle of prosecco left in the fridge too - yum! :o)

Excellent property
Great house in a lovely village in a location close to beaches and days out for the children (such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way). The house itself was clean and big enough to comfortably house our party of 4 adults and 5 young children. It has an excellent stock of books which meant bedtime stories were not in short supply as well as some toys and games. The Foosball table and piano were also a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable. The driveway was big enough to park and turn around our campervan and car. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. The garden is enclosed and safe for the children to play in. The village shops and playground are all within easy walking distance even for a 3 year old to manage. Good location to explore villages further afield, but still within 30/45 minutes drive such as Illfracombe, Clovelly, Lynton & Lymouth.

Lovely spacious house
Plenty of room for two families. Well maintained with really good finishes. Brilliantly located within a 5 minute walk to the town or an easy 10 minute drive to the beautiful Saunton Sands Beach (which has endless parking so no matter when you arrive).

Beautiful house perfect for a reunion
We had just the perfect holiday in this lovely house. Superbly stylish interiors with a fun twist (table football, piano, jacuzzi bath, white board for holiday plans...) It’s spacious and light and well appointed. We loved that it has wonderfully relaxed feeling about the whole place. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit in the garden and meals outside, put the world to rights in the swing chair and the kids loved the basketball hoop. Communication with the owner (and Homeaway) prior to the trip was excellent. I highly recommend this property... although please leave a week free for us next year!

Brilliant stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Braunton and would not hesitate to stay in this property again. We were a group of two families with 4 young children between us. The house worked beautifully, it has the space and set-up you need for children and also feels like a treat for the adults - perfect!
The area has all the shops that you need (including a lovely deli and great fish and chips!) and is a good spot for exploring the wider area.
Wonderful stay!

Better than advertised
This place is actually even better than the photos suggest. The top floor room with its views & windows is a joy. A garden full of little treats such as bountiful herbs and fruit. Fabulous location for access to everything you could wish to do. Shops a quick walk away. Everything perfect. And next year likely even better!

Excellent family holiday home
Great spacious property close to the village shops and amenities. The house has good outdoor space as well for little ones to let off steam while the adults enjoy a glass or 2 of something chilled! Just a few minutes drive to some of the best surfing beaches in the country. My family had an amazing time here.

60th birthday family holiday
Fabulous week away for my mum's 60th birthday. The property is very large and therefore accommodated the 10 of us perfectly. There were plenty of spectacular features to the property and we all felt the photos ondidn't do it justice!

A very well proportioned and generous house
We loved staying here. The house catered comfortably 4 children under 7 parents and grand parents. Everything was available that we needed for our stay. We could sit down and have a meal together without it being uncomfortable. The kids loved playing on the table football and exploring the toys! It’s a great house in an excellent location

Beautiful large family home, thoughtfully kitted out
This large family home is beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout for families with or without children. There is plenty of space inside and out. The owners have been very thoughtful by leaving plenty of cooking equipment and also plenty of different children's toys for all ages including DVDs, (we particularly enjoyed 'minuscule' which had our entire family laughing in the evenings).
The rooms are very comfortable and the upstairs rooms contain fans which was very thoughtful in the hot weather we had. The bathrooms are spacious with good showers and baths and the beds are comfortable. It is a very homely home and easy to relax into for the week. The garden was perfect for us with children as it is safe and enclosed with plenty of space for outdoor games. The owners had been thoughtful enough to leave safety lights on the landing which was perfect. The location of the house is ideal, we did short walks into Braunton for essentials or just to browse the shops and have a coffee and cake. The nearby beaches are beautiful, and easy to get to from the house, plenty of choice of beaches. We found plenty of places to eat out in nearby Croyd. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely book this house again. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you.
