Personale eccellente, super disponibile a qualsiasi ora della giornata, molto carini anche con un semplice 'buon giorno, come stai, com'è andata la giornata al nostro ritorno in albergo '. Ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della stanza, quindi avevamo una stanza doppia vista piscina e mare, panorama mozzafiato. C'è un piccolo frigo, con acqua, coca e fanta incluse, che vengono ricaricate ogni giorno. La spiaggia dell'albergo è bellissima, eccellente il fatto di non dover uscire e prendere la macchina per arrivare al mare. C'è ampia disponibilità di orario per la spa inclusa, con vasca idromassaggio, sauna e docce emozionali, piccola ma bella. Colazione molto ricca e variegata. C'è possibilità di pranzare o cenare li, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Hotel bem conservado, quarto amplo com vista linda. Piscina super bonita e praia privativa confortável. Ótima opção de hotel. Ótimo custo benefício.

Café da manhã fraco. Bom que tenha estacionamento, porém estacionamento externo não tem cancela automática, tem que esperar funcionário abrir que às vezes demora - nos atrasou pra um passeio inclusive. Poderia ser uma cancela automatizada pelo nível do hotel.

Ottimo hotel vicino al mare

Personale molto gentile. Camere confortevoli e pulite, materasso ottimo, tv a schermo piatto molto grande. Mare vicinissimo alla struttura con i lettini e teli mare forniti dall’hotel. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Ristoranti, bar e supermercati a pochissimi passi.

Stanze poco insonorizzate, si sentivano rumori dai corridoi. Consiglio di sostituire la macchinetta delle bevande calde nella sala colazione, perché il caffè non sembrava un espresso e il cappuccino era annacquato.

Alles in allem gut

Super Lage direkt am Privatstrand. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren inklusive im Preis und wir wurden sogar am Strand mit Getränken bedient.

Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht verstellt werden und es war etwas zu warm im Zimmer.

Nice stay

Friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We also did a massage at the hotel spa which was very relaxing. The bonus for us was the hotel cat, relaxing by the pool alongside the cat was definitely something I'll miss. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, despite having read some negative reviews here, we thought there were plenty of options, and the pastries were very tasty.

There was quite a lot of noise. We went in early May, so beginning of the summer season, and there were plenty of renovation works going on at the hotel. Perhaps this is not always the case, but generally the rooms don't have very good soundproofing so you need ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise

Great access to beach and pool. Some good restaurants on the street just outside. The room was big and comfy (sea view). Very nice shower!

Lovely staff, great bedrooms, good location but the hotel grounds and exterior need a good refurb.

The bedrooms have recently been refurbished and were very good. Massive great state of the art TV and they also have a free soft drinks minibar.

The property (apart from bedrooms) is very dated and needs refurbishment. Very tired and like stepping back into the 1980s.

Good, but horrible spa experience without any feedback

nice location close to the sea. Good room service. Good cleaning of the rooms. Nice service at the breakfast, gentle staff.

very noisy, our room was close to the elevator, it’s seems to sleep with an open door. Very bad SPA. Dirty, smelly and anti sanitary at all. I highly don’t recommend to go to the SPA. I told the problems to the staff and they didn’t react at all.

nice stay during off season

the location, the view, very clean and quite due to off season period, truly recommend for a vacation and quite place

- breakfast can be a lot improved (some vegetables!!!) - at the end of the stay, the property made me pay an extra 25 euro as city tax, although my Booking reservation and fee included this. is it currently being resolved by Booking, but it is very disappointing, although I insisted that all the taxes are being included in the price charged by Booking for this reservation. no flexibility of the staff in this respect, sadly.

excellent services, the room was up to our expectations, the facilities are excellent, and from the reception Tonino was an excellent support who solved all our requests in real type. We will gladly return to this hotel.

The staffs waren extremely friendly und cooperative, the room war modern with Terrace, direct acess to beach. Jacuzzi was not large, 4 people could use it simultaneously, therefore should resver the SPA by breakfast time. 1hour SPA free, everyday

Hotl was in January nearly empty, so the breakfast buffet war not the best, but anyway ok.

Very nice hotel with private beach! Everything is in Sicilian style! Perfect view, beach, pool. We were staying for the second time and coming back soon!

Great seaviews, nice beach

Nice clean room, wonderful balcony with a sea view. Nice pool area. Nice beach right in front of the hotel. Breakfast ok, but would have enjoyed a possibility to eat outside.

Distance to the restaurants in Naxos is a little far, about 1.5km but still walking distance. The room was HOT, airconditioning didn't work.

They refused to turn on the airco for guest rooms as they claim most guest had no need for it yet in May. It was 27 degrees in my room. In addition, the nice and newly renovated bathroom produced a rather unpleasant sewage smell.

We were upgraded for free to a spacious room with a spectacular view of the sea. The included breakfast was satisfying and very copious. I strongly recommend this hotel.
