About this house rental

- 1950’s completely renovated beach house
- 3 bedrooms, 5 beds to sleep 8 guests
- 2 bathrooms
- Air conditioning to living area
- Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and Living room
- BBQ and outdoor setting
- Washer and Dryer
- All linen is provided except beach towels
- 400 metres to Town beach (patrolled)
- 300 m to restaurants and bowling club, takeaway options
- 900 metres to the CBD.

Bedrooms consist of the following:

Bed 1 - Queen
Bed 2 - Queen and Single
Bed 3 - Double and Single

Please Note:
- Evidence of pets inside ie. pet hair will incur $80 cleaning fee.
- No partying allowed and the neighbours must be respected.
- No smoking inside the home
- Any breakages or items not working must be reported
- Parking is in the driveway (path is not to be blocked) and no parking on grass

This property was well equiped with everything you would need for a comfy stay. Not far to beach or pool in fact the restaurants werw close as well as the pancake place, which also does lovely crepes, would stay there again no problem. Cass the property owner is very helpful as well. Great place.

The Boat Shed is the perfect place to base yourself for a family holiday, with all the comforts of home, room to park the boat and a back yard for the dog. We were able to walk to the beach, skate park, restaurants, cafes and for ice cream. Plenty of room for bikes, surf boards, skate boards all the holiday "stuff" with easy access and no stairs! Highly recommend. This was our second stay at the Boat Shed and it is our choice of accommodation when in Port Mac.

A very homely, comfortable property. Best thing was the comfortable bed and pillows! We enjoyed the close proximity to town and beaches. We appreciated Cass recommending eateries close by one of which was the bowling club which was a few minutes walk around the corner😊

One of our best holiday STAYZ ever!!!

After having to cancel and rebook our holiday at the boathouse due to COVID, Cass was always understanding and flexible. Then, after almost two years, we finally got to have our holiday at the boathouse and believe me when I say, it was absolutely worth the wait. We have two toy poodles and Cass allowed us to holiday together. The home and location were perfect in so many ways. We love all the little extras and creature comforts to make us feel at home immediately. We will be booking again for next year and plan on this being a regular stay as we loved it so much!

Thanks for a fabulous stay the photos are the exact depiction of this cute coastal property . It’s spotless and had everything you want to relax . Once you arrive there’s no need to use the car as it’s a pleasant walk to the beach , shops or the bowlo for a feed.

We were there for four days near the shopping malls, cafes and restaurant. The location was good but we covered the blinds (no curtain provided) through the day & night for private's. It was good for our dog - big backyard and off the lead at Nobby's Beach.

Cass was a such an amazing host from the start as soon as I booked. Everything was quick and easy and the house was absolutely immaculate! Had everything you need and perfect for a beach get away (especially the fact you can bring your furry friends with you!)! In the perfect location - walk to cafes, servo, bowling club, beaches and much more! Overall I have absolutely no complaints and we are already planning another trip up to the boat house! A massive thank you to Cass again! I would recommend this stay to everyone looking for the perfect beach side get away!
