Nice apartment in good location

Light and airy apartment, perfect location for us visiting family. Very clean and very helpful member of staff, Rute, who let us in and sent loads of useful information. Close to small, pretty, buzzing park but in a nice, quiet location.

Kitchen could do with a bit of updating, worktop needs replacing but had everything for our needs

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Location was excellent - 13 minutes walk from the center (chiado shopping and restaurants). Beds were comfortable and apartment spacious and clean. Loved the little balcony and the beautiful old neighborhood!

There is a first door outside and the lock there was tricky. Had to spend some time to learn how to use it. Eventually learned but it took some time to get used to it.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der sehr interessanten Stadt

Zentrale Lage. Man konnte viele Ziele zu Fuß erreichen

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich, die Treppe im Eingang sehr steil. Für ältere Menschen schwierig zu bewältigen.

Great place!

The apartment was really clean. It is in a really good spot from where you can reach most of the city's attractions. Huge shout-out to Rute who was there at our arrival and has shared to us many useful information and suggestions!

There are no electrical sockets in the bathroom. I think it's due to the structure of the room itself but you can work around it!

It's okay for sleeping.

The sights were close by walk or by tram (eg. the stop of the tram 28 is near). The owner was nice and helpful. It is ok for one/two nights, when you just want to sleep - and whatever would you like to? It's Lisboa! :) A beautiful cat in the neighborhood (in the window). ;)

The front door could be opened with much difficulty, we were suffering long minutes with it every time. There were not windows of the two bedrooms. There were a lightning yard (lichthof) for the ventilation. It was not perfect. The doors of the two bedrooms and the lichthof could be opened/closed with much difficulty (old building, old doors?). The flat is dark, because it has only windows of the living room.

Very good

The property is a little dated, but they’ve done a nice job of trying to remodel some of the rooms. It was comfortable and they supplied fans in the other way keeping it cool.

The apartment above us on our last night thought that a Thursday night was a party night so I was loud and it lasted for a long time and it was very hard to get some sleep that night

wonderful stay, great location and would recommend!!

such an amazing stay - thank you so much! this is a perfect location (a little away from the very crowded and tourist areas which was lovely) and so much to do and see around the area - plus such great transport and walking links. there are a number of lovely shops and restaurants which I would recommend checking out. the flat itself is spacious and comfortable and great value for money! we loved staying here and will be recommending to others. hosts are LOVELY, they were so helpful with recommendations and navigating the city and we appreciated being met by someone as we arrived. honestly such a great stay and I can’t wait to be back!

Exceptional

Location: Close to bus stops, stores, and a right next to a high rated foodshop. Communication: Precise, not overwhelming, very timely and prompt. Host and person who welcomed us: Rute was very pleasant and gave us sound financial advice for going around Lisbon and Sintra. Apartment itself: Very clean, pristine, no sign of wear and tear, very spacious for a couple. We stayed for 5 days and split sleeping areas a night between living room (sofa is a sofa bed), master bedroom, and the extra room. Note: During weekend it was noisy upstairs but this did not bother us at all. It was a vibe. Rest of the days, silent and calm from 9 pm - 7 am.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

Extremely spacious compared to other apartments for a good price, had everything we needed which was great we didn’t need to go out and buy things. The location is very good 4 minute walk to the promenade, would recommend this place for anyone staying short term or long. Also if you want to do group bookings give them an email and they can get you multiple apartments.

Stay here, it's great.

The apartment is immaculate, check-in was easy, easy to find and great communication. Also I love the little cafe/restaurant next door.

These are small things but no holder for the shower, just wrapped around the taps. Please stick a shower bracket on please! I loved the apartment but can't give it a ten for that sorry. Also, outwith their control but if you want a long lie it's not easy as it's the flight path for the airport.
