About this villa rental
This luxurious and beautifully furnished five bedroomed Villa is in the popular and prestigious lakeland community of Watersong . Its excellent location close to the I4 interstate provides easy access to all the major parks and attractions, Disney, Sea World, and International Drive are only 20 minutes away, with Universal Studios 30 minutes away. We have easy access to Orlando International Airport which is also only 30 minutes away!There are lots of world class golf courses nearby with the championship course of Providence only 2 minutes drive, and the courses at Champions Gate only 10 minutes drive away. With lots of great restaurants and shops close by, having a lovely meal out or by the pool is easy. The open layout allows you to enjoy the full beauty of this villa with its five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and south-facing aspect overlooking a lake and trees. Enjoy a BBQ on the extended deck with the outside kitchen or relax in the spa and pool after a day of fun visiting the attractions(heated at an extra cost).The Watersong Resort is a gated community surrounded by woodlands and lakes and conservation areas. There are numerous on-site facilities available free to guests including a grand clubhouse, a fitness centre, table tennis, pool tables, air hockey, shuffle board, and a large outdoor heated pool, children's playground and a beach volleyball court. Our Pool can be heated if you wish at an extra cost, and a refundable security deposit will be required.

We have just returned from our Florida holiday and had an amazing week in Kevin and Tonia villa. There were 2 families in our party with teenage boys. The house was a perfect size with the 5 bedrooms and ensuites.
The pool area was a great space to relax and kept the boys entertained when we were having down time from the parks and exploring the surrounding areas.
This villa is tastefully decorated and has all the kitchen gadgets/ crockery/pots and pans you could wish for, plus the outside kitchen / bbq area.
I would recommend this villa, its centrally located, great value for money and Kevin and Tonia are the perfect hosts, with very quick responses to any questions you have along the way.

House was very nice but nothing special. House was very close to the gate but there was not any noise. Neighborhood was very quiet. Plenty of room for many guests. We would stay there again.

Villa was a little tired and the pool floor was dangerous, cut to my right toe which stopped me going to parks with grandchildren.

House was very well maintained, clean lots to do on your downtime as far as entertainment goes knowledge was all kept in a binder for troubleshooting or any issues property owners were nice well-mannered very helpful and wonderful to work with property was also in a gated community and was just absolutely amazing I highly recommend for anyone looking for vacation house to stay at this is the place.

The house was great. We had no issues. There are some things that could use a little TLC, but hey I know the drill, this is a rental property, that's the way things go. Kevin and Tonya could not have have been easier to work with, communication was great. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The family enjoyed the stay. It is very close to the entry gate, making it a breeze to get in and out, and the people at the security gate were super friendly.

Location is absolutely perfect and having the gated community where you have security 24/7 is fantastic. Access to the house was simple. The house itself is spacious and we all loved the flow of decor (colour) in the open concept of the kitchen and living room area. We did have a few issues arise during our stay for the month, one being we could not use the hot tub/spa nor pool for the first 5 days but the owner was very quick to respond and it does take time to get things fixed. We fully understood that things do happen when renting and need to be fixed and constantly upgraded but these issues did not stop us from enjoying the pool and spa once it was fixed. Our friends and family especially our grandchildren shared so many laughs and memories with us. We are hoping to come back again for another month during 2026.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The heated hot tub and pool were an added plus after long days walking around the parks. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room, my youngest son was able to have his own room, which was nice because he is usually the one who has to sleep on the couch lol Thank you for making this family vacation even more special 😊

As a group of retired aviation executives we have done this annual golf trip for 20 years. This property ranks as one of the best we have found. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we will certainly consider renting it again.

This house was wonderful. It is a nice gated community that was very thorough when checking into the neighborhood. The house was very nice, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we would need which was great. The outside was very clean and well kept. The pool was gorgeous and they also has pool towels for us to use which was also great. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the house. Unfortunately we are VERY hot sleepers, so this was kind of a struggle for us. This would not deter me from staying here again, I would just bring a portable fan for next time. The location was great for us for both disney and universal. Our host was also amazing. He was very responsive and great to work with.

The villa was perfect, my family and I had the most fantastic time in your home, we could not fault anything and glad we heated the hot tub as was a great place to be after being in the parks all day, would love to return to this villa again in the near future. We had a blast and I got engaged! The house was beautiful and the property manager was so helpful and responsive! There were cockroaches in the kitchen but when i told the owner he offered to send someone out same day to exterminate (its florida we understand theres gonna be bugs). Would 1000% book again!

This beautiful house provided wonderful space for our large family to comfortably enjoy time together, and much needed relaxation. The neighborhood was safe, welcoming and perfect for daily walks. The house being located just inside the gate made exit/entry a breeze. It is also conveniently located close to attractions and stores for every day necessities. (Yes, there is Florida traffic, but if you use an app that provides traffic info, travel time to and from attractions was not bad at all.) The entire enclosed pool area was spacious and provided enough seating for nightly dinners outside, without having to worry about mosquitoes or other bothersome insects. Having a code for entry was also a positive, in not having to worry about keeping track of keys. Kevin was a wonderful host and he was extremely quick and responsive to all of my questions. Thank you for allowing our family to spend time in your amazing home!

We only had a 4 night stay in this property, it was very comfortable and well equipped although some areas require some TLC. The property is a little tired of which some areas I did pout out to the owner during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking through to stay.

We have never been to Florida before. The house was amazing, location was amazing, our kids enjoyed the pool, spa and games room. We were close to everything we wanted to do. All around awesome experience.

No code to get into house till 12 hours before arrival. Owner said he was having a bad day. We overlooked the garbage that sat on the curb for 5 days. Not surprising we saw rats and racoons, overlooked broken microwave handle couch ripped and stained, banister loose, kitchen cabinet door laying on floor, stains and burn marks on carpet, burnt out lights in showers, and broken closet door. 2 services men stopped looked at broken microwave and broken faucet never fixed anything and left. One even tried to get a $100.00 service call fee. At least 10 workers on burned house next door pounding every day from 7:30 am till 5:00 pm. The next day we get an email from owner saying we smoked in house(not true) and left the grill dirty (that we never used because it was filthy) and he would have to charge us. We have pictures of everything and sent them to owner but he said he never received them. We go on a Florida vacation every other year for the last 30 years and this place is not worth it. First time we ever got a complaint and we even had the cleaning fee returned once

This house was huge and had plenty of space for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet which made our stay very relaxing. The patio and pool area are fantastic, we ate nearly every meal outside and spent our nights playing games on the new patio furniture and swimming in the heated pool. Kevin was a great host and communicator, responding in just a few hours to any questions or small issues we had.
The only downfall for us was that this property was a little further south of the activities we had planned and traffic was a big issue around rush hour times. Non-rush hour it was fine.

This property was ok. The house was nice but the beds where hard, the property next door was vacant due to a fire. This property was not disclosed and at times could feel unsafe.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Kevin’s property! It’s spacious and comfortable. The amenities were as described. Kevin is a great communicator and organized. He had everything you would need in the house manual. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

I stayed here with my friends for two weeks I’m October 2022. The house appeared exactly stated in the listing. The house and pool were clean with lots of space for many guests.
Travelling to and from Disney, Universal and outlets were close by and direct routes to these places.
The house looks over a lake where we saw many wildlife. Just beautiful.
Kevin made our stay perfect and we could always communicate with him.
I highly recommend this property to anybody visiting the area.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. In a lovely location which was close to all the theme parks and shops. Lovely pool area to relax in. We had a couple of queries which were dealt with immediately by the owner. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back another time.

Amazing house
This property has everything you need for vacation. My family and I truly enjoy this beautiful property. It has all the amenities that you'll need for your home away from home. It's very spacious, perfect pool, quiet and safe neighborhood. Supermarkets and stores very close by. We had a minor problem at check in but the owners Kevin and Tonia resolve it very quickly. The owners are very friendly and quick to responds any questions or concerns. We do recommend this property 100%. Thank you both for everything.

Great Experience
We travel frequently and enjoy having a home to ourselves along with a washer/dryer. The house was just as expected which gave us the ability to enjoy the Disney Parks as well as a couple near by beaches. The pool at the house was heated and we were able to also enjoy it daily. The house was clean with the bathrooms being exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large with some basics so we could cook and grill with ease. We even has meals delivered easily as well. This was the perfect location for us to have a home base and explore all that central Florida has to offer!

Kevin & Tonia was amazing to rent from they are so friendly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We can not say enough about the house. The house was beautiful and so clean. The pictures does no Justice for this place. Even though the homeowners are in a different country they responded very quickly to any questions that you had immediately. We will definitely rent from them again. Our grandbabies cried when we left they wanted to stay there and play. Thank you for an amazing Christmas.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property, neighborhood was nice. Property was exactly as the photos online. We did have some complications understanding how to use the tv’s, upon arriving there was a vehicle parked in driveway and as much as the house looked in order, underneath beds were not cleaned (tissue/slippers/plastic bottles) etc.. We had some other minor things that happened (critters/gas grill) however when I reached out to the owner he was always so responsive and more than willing to help with what he could. We took care of this house as if it was ours. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Villalobos Family.

Location is far from attractions, property needs some attention, basic stuff like dish soap, first aid kit extra trash bags and toilet papers cleaning supplies….. etc is not provided , you will have to buy everything on your own. But overall it is ok.

The home was beautiful, the pool was great, very spacious. My family enjoyed their time there. The home is in a perfect quiet secure community. There are a few minor things that needs to be looked over, but overall great home.

Romantic and family friendly atmosphere
Renting this property was a breeze. The owners were very responsive to any concerns and the property was clean and designed for stay at home fun. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of our vacation fun. The house is local to all major stores necessary for dinning in or out. The area is quiet and secure and the neighbors are friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming again.

Wonderful two weeks holiday for family of 8
Communication from start to finish was excellent. We had a wonderful two weeks at Kevin and Tania's lovely house. The location was great for us, with a large Publix supermarket within a few minutes, which was handy to pop into on the way in. The property is well maintained and everything that you could ask for is supplied. Would highly recommend.
